Hello,I'm thinking about creating a typeform for an e-commerce site, where users will be able to create a complaint about their orders, however, not all products are sold as integer values, some of them are sold by weight, and so, I need a number question to allow people to enter things like 1.7 or 2.3.I this possible on Typeform? I wasn't able to find a way to do so.
I have scripts for the videos that I’m uploading.It would be nice to be able to upload the scripts as subtitles and then have then auto-synced like youtube.The videoask auto-generated subtitles were reasonable for English, but poor for Turkish.I can go through and copy paste script fragments to edit/correct the CC, but this is time consuming.
On google chrome whenever the iframe is loaded the content of the page gets auto scrolled to the typeform’s position. It is working fine on Safari. Can anyone help?
Hi all, I'm having trouble with Google Sheets Integration. Firstly, my integration broke because my team was editing the main spreadsheet. After contacting support, I was advised to create a new tab (TAB2) within the same Google Sheet and pull all the information by using the ARRAY Function. That worked really well, however… TAB 1: RED / TAB 2: GREEN My problem now is with this new tab (TAB2) I created. Somehow I can't filter information, or sort by A-Z for example without losing all the data that's been pulled from (TAB1). I know they are connected by the ARRAY Function, but is there a way I can edit the info on (TAB2) without messing things up? Also, on (TAB2) I created new columns (in blue) so my team can edit and add information about the ongoing claim/form. However, every time a new row is automatically added, the data on the blue columns lose alignment with the data from the grey columns. Does that make sense? I'm not sure how to make them stick with the information from the grey
Hi,I made a survey and sent it out today. Before sending, I checked it and everything seems to work (and still does on my end).However I got two messages saying, that they could not finish the survey (on different sides of the survey) and that the system is not keeping the answers.Any ideas, where I can start looking into? or maybe there is an old post, which I haven´t seen yet, with the same issue. Good day,I am having trouble with the scoring adding up correctly with each separate variable for a quiz I have created. I have three variables for different types of questions I need to add to a specific score. Burnout 2. Trauma 3. Compassion. Each of the questions has been scored 1,2,3,4,5 in quiz scoring. It seems like my calculations have all of the score’s adding together instead of just the one that is chosen. I should have a max of 50 for a response and I am getting the final scores in the 400’s. Any insight on how I can fix this is greatly appreciated. I have a tight deadline and only 24 hrs to solve this. Thanks so much,Terra
Hi all, I would like to run the following process, a potential client completes two questions on typeform one. The questions will be,First Question will be First Name,Second question will be Email.This will then end the first typeform so we capture at least that level of data. At this point that data will be added to CRM to send email to client. CRM is “Brevo - Previously SendBlue” Then we will redirect to second typeform wth following questionsFirst Question: MobileSecond Question: Something elseOnce these questions have been answered I want to merge the data on the CRM together i.e. now add the Mobile to the previous CRM entry. If I have as an answer the email address on both forms the CRM recognises that and merges them otherwise they sit as two seperate records in the CRM. Therefore from what I can see I need to pass as a hidden field from Typeform One to Typeform Two the email address ( I can do that ) and then populate the email question on Typeform Two so client just has to cl
I’m trying to calculate a user’s score using a webook and the answers they gave in the form. The majority of the questions in my form are multiple choice, and when receiving data on my webhook, all of the “label” fields on the objects in the answer field are “Barcelona”. And if not, how can I get the choice the user selected?

I have a videoask widget on my wordpress page. The widget shows fine, but when you click on it, it opens only a blank page, n way to ask a question or create a video. Any one else have this problem? Thanks
