Folks: it’s the first day of Fall in the norther hemisphere… and there is an outage at Typeform in the responses area.
I have a couple of things that I recommend to all my clients that you might find useful, just in case:
- subscribe to the Typeform status page where they outline outages and issues - you will get an email notification if something happens
- always connect your typeforms to a Google Sheet so that you have a copy of the responses in the spreadsheet - regardless of other integrations. this is a good way to make sure you have a backup copy of your data.
Take precautions and be prepared for outages. Even ‘the cloud’ and SaaS solutions we use in our business process ecosystem can go down.. what’s our backup plan if that happens??
