We have added 3 extra languages into our typeform. In the instruction video it says that when someone opens the form they should get the option to translate the questions into their chosen language.

We have published and tested it, but we don't get the option to translate the questions.

We want to share our typeform om Monday, so hopefully someone can give me some quick support on how to solve this.

Thanks in advance!

In the meantime we have been trying to solve the problem, but it’s still not working.

However, I discovered that the translation option is visible in the preview version…

Hope this helps you to discover what the problem is.

Hi @Sheila1976 ,

Did you have a look at how to create a multi language form ?

Hi Harsh,

Yes, I did. I followed all the steps and the languages have been added.

However only shown in preview…

I have the same problem.

It would be great if I can add a parameter into the URL to force my available and desired language.

@VitoMedia - one thing to keep in mind is that user browser language choices may override what you are trying to force in a setting for language.

just a thought..

Yes! I work in an environment where language is a sensitive topic and on test flighting our very first translated form I have already received several complaints that the user experience is lacking because the primary version still appears with only a small button to go to a translated version.

I already embed a parameter into my urls for language of the referring content, it would be great if that could also be used to force the language, or if the language of the form would automatically conform to the user’s browser prefs.
