Hi!

I want to bring typeforms into airtable. I have multiselection questions but I get this message :

“Hmm...not a perfect match

The options in your typeform question must be the same as the options in your Airtable field. If your options are orcelf, and goblin in your typeform question, you need orcelf, and goblin in the Airtable field you're matching with”

I’ve seen other members post about the same question, but non of the provided solutions have worked for me. i have tried:

1)Checking the typeform options are exactly the same as in airtable. (Case sensitive checked, spaces checked, words checked)

2)Made sure the typeform is published. It is.

*You cannot see all my options in airtable but all 4 are there.

Thank you in advance for your guidance.

Hi @CJT Thank you for sending the screenshots - very helpful! Do you happen to have an other option in Airtable? I don’t believe I see one in Typeform, but just wanted to check for both sides!

Do you mean an “another option” option in the answers or other as in other answer?

If the former, no. If the latter, then I have 4 questions in the typeform 4 exact questions in airtable.

Thank you much for your help!

Ah shoot, I was hoping that might be it, @CJT . If you haven’t already, it may be worth having our support team take a closer look into this. They’ll be able to log into your form and see if it’s anything simple that’s preventing the fields from mapping. You can contact them from your account email here
