Typeform with hidden fields sent throught an Intercom email

Hi, 

I’m lauching a NPS campaign with an email sent by Intercom containing a typeform link. 

I want to retrieve user information about who has fulfilled the survey so I wrote typeform link with hidden fields using Intercom user datas. I doesn’t work, i didn’t retrieve the datas i wanted. 

Here is how I built it 👉 https://studentpop.typeform.com/to/XXXXXX#email={{Email}}&customer_name={{customer_name}}&last_order_date={{last_order_date}}&business_unit={{business_unit}}

PS : I used the same key structure between intercom and typeform to be sure

Did I make it wrong ? Thanks for your help.
