I cannot downgrade my account, the change plan button is disabled

Hi

 

i am following this article to downgrade my paid account to a free account

i am unable to do that since the change plan button in my account settings page under plan and billing is disabled

I'm sorry this is not working for you! I recommend you contact our lovely Support team directly. Get in touch with them over here. Our billing team will help you as soon as possible! Make sure to include as many details as you can (screenshots, for example, are always very helpful!).

I’ve tried this link just now and it doesn’t work. I just takes me to another help page and when I log in, it takes me to my own workspace page.
