I cannot make a payment

Hello Typeform Team,

Please save my account to upgrade the subscription, I cannot make a payment to upgrade my account to Professional Plan, there is always show “Argh! Something went wrong. Please check your connection and try again.”
Please give me a clue to solve it?

Hey @deapermana. Happy Monday and welcome to the Typeform Community! =) 

 

It seems your bank was declining the payment, which could be for a number of reasons. From what we can see here, your payment is now successfully processed 🥳

 

In case this happens again, my suggestion would be to contact your bank and have them clear the payment to see if that resolves the issue.

I have the same issue, several of my credit cards were declined (all from Revolut with enough backing). This is quite frustrating. I had the issue a week ago already and still it doesn’t work. At first time a month ago, it took my Revolut credit card.
