Have sent this request to Support a few days back and have not heard from them since.
When I went to upgrade my account, I didn’t realise that my new test account was actually being upgraded.
So what I would like to do is have my paid account merged with my old account with the new Typeforms that have been created.
The new account throws us off our VideoAsk account as well and does not allow us to login without the old account.
Appreciate the help.
