Hello,

 

I try to upgrade my plan and when eventually choose my plan I can’t proceed with the payment.
Im checking the box “I'm an EU-based business with a VAT number” however the system doesn’t recognize my VAT number at all. And I can’t proceed with payment unless I pay VAT in my order.

Hi @abc1 Nice to see you here again! :) I would suggest reaching out to our billing team directly for this one so they can see why you’re VAT number isn’t working. They can be contacted here

Dear Liz,

 

I sent two times my problem but unfortunately, noone has got back to me.
Eventually, I paid the VAT in order to manage to complete my order and publish my surveys.

No unfortunately they can’t proceed fixing my issue, just to correct the system’s bug for future reference.
