📣 New feature alert! Live form embeddingNew feature

Happy August, typeformers! For those of you who love to embed your typeforms, you’re really going to dig this new feature. Our product team has made a small (but mighty!) update to the embed code. Previously, if you made any changes to the design of the embed (such as the button text/colors/etc), you needed to re-embed the code for those changes to go live. Now, with our updated live embed feature, you can make any changes to the look of your embedded typeform and those changes will automatically reflect in your embedded typeform. No more need to re-embed each time you make a change! Watch the video below to learn more about this feature or read about it in our Help Center article here. Built thanks to popular demand, our address question easily allows you to collect mailing information from your respondents, all within the same question. You can choose which fields you’d like to mark as required. Each element of the address question appears as its own field in the Results panel, giving you the ability to hide any fields you don't need to see in that Results panel. Goodbye Inbox, hello Table!Product updates

[UPDATE: 29 Feb 2024] The Inbox view will be removed on 31 March 2024 and from then the Table view will become the default way of reviewing your responses. Read more about the Table View here. All you have to do is enter your tracking code into the integration settings like this: If you already have Google Analytics integrated, you’ll need to remove the integration and re-add it with the new Google Analytics 4 code. Update your Airtable integration to keep the data flowing 🔁Integration update

Happy New Year 🎉 And with a new year, comes a new announcement! We’ve launched a new version of the Airtable integration, which means anyone who is currently using the integration will need to make some updates to continue sending data to Airtable. Here’s what you need to do: Go to the Connect panel in your form and delete the active Airtable integration. Once deleted, click Connect to reconnect to the new integration. If you have multiple forms connected to Airtable, you will need to do this for each one. For more detailed instructions on setting up the integration, check out our Help Center article here. New! Typeform email embeds got an update! 🎉product updates

Hey Community! Some good news to end the year - in our quest to help you collect more answers the product team have just released an update to the email embed feature 🚀 Previously when a respondent answered a question embedded in an email the data would be captured once they clicked Submit on the typeform, which wasn’t always helpful as many respondents wouldn’t get as far as clicking Submit 😅 Now, if you embed a single question typeform in an email it will capture the answer and save it in your Results panel without the need to hit Submit! This will make collecting information from your audience so much slicker! 📣 New Feature Alert! Goodbye notifications, hello Follow-upsProduct update

Happy Spring, Typeform community! The Research & Development team is coming in bloom this season with a new feature that many of you are going to love - conditional follow ups! If you’ve used our notifications feature before, you might be familiar with sending emails after a respondent submits the form. With our new follow-ups feature, you can send different emails based on answers, both on the respondent side and the creator side. Watch the video below for more information on what this looks like. To start using this feature, Click on the gear settings in the form builder. Then, click on “Follow ups” Next, click on the + button to begin creating your follow-up sequence. Choose the condition you’d like the email to send under and create-away! Our building will allow you to edit the email plain text, but you can add your own HTML or CSS to enhance the design. The good news is our product team has just come up with a solution for you!! Typeform's new Eureka Surveys integration provides you with a bucket of respondents ready to complete your form and give you the data requested in your research. Hello, Typeform Community! Know someone who could use Typeform? Now you can earn up to $500 by referring them 🏆 How does it work? Just share your invite link to start referring. You can find this link by clicking on your account icon in the top right corner of the Typeform interface and choosing “Refer friends, get rewards”. When friends you refer sign up for a paid Typeform plan, you earn a reward.  There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer (the more, the merrier 🤝). How much can I earn? For every friend you successfully refer to a paid plan, you’ll earn: $20 upfront.  Then 15% of their monthly subscription payment, up to a maximum of $500 (including the upfront reward).  For instance, if the monthly subscription costs $100, you’ll earn $15 every month for over 2 years. Our product team is kicking off fall with some leftover summer heat by introducing their first new feature of Fall… …. One that many of you have been wanting for a long, long time…. …drumroll please… …support for right to left languages! As we’re just getting started with RTL, our product team has added Arabic as the first support RTL language. Very special shoutout to @Karine and @jvh and to all of you for providing so much feedback on this. They’ve taken all those comments and turned it into a feature I know you’ll love. Happy almost June, Typeformers! You may remember our announcement earlier this month in the post here about deprecating the Chat UI: First, thank you all for your feedback and sharing your use cases. We realized it was a bit too soon to deprecate chat, so thanks to your feedback, we’ve decided to move the switch-off date to August 31st, 2023. We know it isn’t easy to say goodbye to a feature, but we hope the extra time gives you the chance to adjust to the change. And don’t stop sharing your use cases! We’d love to see how you’ve been using chat and offer any alternative suggestions for embeds, such as using our popover option. We chose to deprecate the Chat UI due to low usage, but we’ve been working on new innovative ways to collect, such as Formless. While this isn’t a replacement for the Chat UI, it might be a useful option for you in the future if you’re looking for an even more conversational form…less. Hola hola, Typeformers! Our product team is back with a handy new feature some of you have been requesting - the ability to see when your team members last logged into their account. If you’re on our Plus plan or higher, you automatically have access to this feature now in your account. Hello, wonderful Typeform community! If you read our post here or attended our webinar last month, you might have seen us using a new AI feature, Smart Content Optimization. If you’re wondering what on Earth this is, you’re in for a treat! Writing questions succinctly isn’t everyone’s strongest quality, so we’ve made it easier for you by using AI to provide suggestions for shortening your questions while making it clear what you’re asking based on the data our models have learned from other typeforms. This feature will appear when you type a question that has more than ten words. Take a peek at how it works below! To use this feature, when ten or more words are typed into a question, three little purple stars will appear. Then, a newly generated question will appear. You can accept or reject this suggestion.
