Creator tips showing up on live form

I’m wondering why the Creator tips are showing up on the form when I send it to people? I have the free version for now.

Here’s my screen shot. Is it because the Typeform is embedded in an HTML page?

My account is paid. It’s only the first tier

Hi @mrdcmiller Thanks for sending that over! It looks like you have content in the description of the question. If you used a template, that might be where this text is coming from. You can easily delete it like this:
