Welcome to another episode Workspace Invaders – the series where we raid the Workspaces of successful folks from our community to show you what's possible with a Typeform account and a bit of imagination.

Today we're featuring Michael Martocci (@mmartocci)  the founder of SwagUp –  a side project that became a multi-million dollar startup, supplying company swag packs to employees of some of the world's leading brands (we're talking Facebook, Google, Walmart, and...Typeform!)

Michael bootstrapped SwagUp, launching back in 2017 with a simple tech stack based around Typeform, Wix, Trello, and Zapier. Three and bit years later, SwagUp is an eight-figure business with more than 1,000 customers.

In this episode we'll find out from Michael:

  • How to use low overhead, no-code tools like Typeform and others to figure out if the market wants what you are planning to offer – and how this can help hone your focus.

  • How Michael learned from his initial prototypes to build a typeform that generated him $5 million in sales.

  • How you can use integration tools like Zapier to connect your software together, allowing you to save precious time by automating processes such as lead management, order fulfilment, and hiring.

Here we go...
