I want to embed a dismissible form, on every page of my Wordpress website. So, when a visitor lands on a page the first thing they see is the form, but have the choice to dismiss it if they do not wish to complete it.

Depending on which plan you have, our advanced embed options would allow the form to appear automatically when the respondent lands on your site, and they can close it by clicking the ‘x’ button.

but have the choice to dismiss it if they do not wish to complete it.
it is really good to add a dismiss option on it its good for website user experience i also do same thing in my paintball guns site
