We are wanting respondents to be able to either select a number or fill in the blank –provide two answers inside one question. See below:
Question: How many people make up your team?
Staff: [fill in the blank with # of staff members]
Volunteers: [fill in the blank with # of volunteers]
Is this possible without having to ask two separate questions?
