Hello everyone,I'm embedding a VideoAsk widget on my website, but I'm running into issues with customizing the button layout. Specifically, I want to distribute the buttons evenly across the entire video area instead of having them all clustered at the bottom with a scrollbar. My landing page is https://gabrielesartori.myclickfunnels.com/vls-t-e3fc0rr On google ads I then add the ?utm_source=PMAX or ?utm_source=YTADS to that link to split users depending by the campaign they come from. At the end of the timer on the landing page a button appears with the direct link to the videoask I followed the guide on your website and added the #utm_source= at the end of the videoask direct link, but the utm parameter doesnt appear in videoask contact profile. The problem is after the = in the videoask url, there should be a dynamic code to pick from the landing page url the utm source, but there isn't... How can I setup the direct videoask url on the landing page to pick up the utm source and passing it on the lead contact profile? Thanks
I can successfully delete the first response when I try to do so, but deleting the second one causes an error message; I must reload the page to continue deleting responses. Please offer assistance as I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Safari with no improvement.

Hi, I’m creating a new videoask and the title option for each step is missing. I know it should be up the top near “answer type”, but it’s missing. Everything’s called “untitled” and it’s tough to follow my steps.
@andrew_videoask Is it possible to add both a transparent pause icon to the center of each videoask while playing and instead of a transparent PLAY icon at the end of each videoask….a REPLAY icon instead?I’ve had a number of people go thru my videoask and they didn’t realize they could pause the video while playing (they wanted to take notes) and they also wanted to replay the video at the end to see it again. However, it’s not intuitive without a transparent PAUSE icon during the video and a transparent REPLAY icon at the end of the video, instead of the PLAY icon. I am attempting to have my video editor add a transparent pause button to the center of the video as well as a replay circle that appears at the end of each video embedded in the default play icon at the end of each video.If this isn’t available Andrew, would be great if you could suggest this to the dev team. Hi. I connected my GTM container in tag manager to videoask, but nothing happens. There are no events, no pixel, no conversions, there is absolutely nothing in tag manager account or container related to video ask. I need to track leads from google ads, so those who complete the form step, and I cannot find a way it’s unbelievable. Also, UA analytics doesn’t work anymore and GA4 integration is not supported. How any of you is tracking leads from google ads ? I must not be the only one having this problem.
Can we display the user's progress in the Videoask survey? For instance, showing '2 of 10' or '3 of 10' to let the user know they're on question 2 out of a total of 10 questions. This helps users track their progress easily. Please let me know. Thank you.
Hi everyone, We’d like to use an NPS feedback in our videoask. However, the goal is to collect long term feedback from individual users and see how their ratings change over time. After digging around on the website I couldn’t find an exact answer, but is it possible to view respondent’s individual scores if we skip data collection (i.e. everyone remains anonymous)? Any answers, tips or feedback welcome!

Hello! I’m a first time video ask user and I followed a template for my first request. Unfortunately, I can’t see the replies - I just see my video asking for them to respond. I’m wondering if the logic isn’t right possibly because it doesn’t have links for users to respond. Any suggestions?
I am new to this and created a VideoAsk on the web browser without a video. Then I opened it in the app and when I click Edit video, replace video, it says “you don’t have permissions to edit this Videoask.” I am a paid customer on the Brand plan. Thank you.

Hi, We have implemented VideoAsk in our web application, but we are encountering an issue. Whenever a user uploads a VideoAsk video through their webcam, typically around 2 minutes in length, we receive the VideoAsk response via the API using the contact ID. The response provides us with an iframe URL, but when we render this iframe URL, it initially displays a blank screen with the message: "There seems to have been an error with recording or uploading this video/audio." However, after some time, the iframe URL starts showing the video correctly. Could you please advise on how to overcome this issue?
In order to start using any paid VideoAsk Plan, there seems to be no other option than enter creditcard details. I have stopped using them however, for a reason.I want to upgrade So I would like to use the (only) alternative option: my bank account. The card linked to it is governed (checked, validated) by SEPA (European payments area) and supposed to be valid worldwide. But VideoAsk does not allow me to?VideoAsk , do you discriminate bankcardholders??
Hi all 👋I have been using VideoAsk for a few months now and it has quick become my favourite tool to use for both my day job as a recruiter and my side hustle as a web designer. From a recruiter point of view, I wondered if it would be possible to expand on the Contacts section of the app - to be able to add contacts directly, rather than someone having to interact with a VideoAsk first?For example at the moment, I create a VideoAsk for each candidate I interact with to introduce myself, them for applying and to offer the opportunity for them to ask any questions they might have before moving on to the next stage of the hiring process. (As a recruitment agency we pre-screen candidates to then pass on to the hiring manager for actual screening).Most candidates will not interact with the VideoAsk to the point of them needing to submit details which will then add them into my ‘Contacts’. This means that if I was then to want to send another VideoAsk, I would have to create a fresh one an
When a user completes my videoask and enters their email address, the user is never added to the videoask Contact list. This problem started withing the last 12 hours. Is there a known issue?
Hello,My business involves emailing people links with VideoAsk questions embedded. The VideoAsk responses trigger zapier Zaps to kick off other steps. If I need to do maintenance on the whole stack/process, the best way to ensure no answers come through for a period would be to pause/stop my VideoAsk so no one can submit an answer for an hour or two while I do maintenance. I am having trouble where to “turn off” or pause a VideoAsk - stop accepting responses. Can you point me in the right direction?

I am a "Brand" user of "VideoAsk". I designed a VideoAsk with 8 videos and published it on my Wix website.I had only 6 interactions with those videos and I got this message: "This 'videoask' is no longer accepting new answers"Did any of you have a similar problem?
