Hi, We use VideoAsk for onboarding + ask our clients various questions regularly. They’re loving it so far. 1 major issue - sometimes our VideoAsk can have a bunch of questions and take quite some time. In case a user is unable to complete it in 1 sitting - our users need to be able to save their progress and resume. How do they do this? Is this an upcoming feature? Can they at least skip questions if they’ve already submitted once? If we capture name + email - can we let them resume progress or skip questions? I know partial submissions are visible in the VideoAsk form folder - but if someone wants to resume - can they input their name/email and resume where they left off? We’re trying to provide an excellent customer experience and if their browser freezes/shuts down or they just need more time before resuming their VideoAsk submission - being unable to save your progress and having to start again from scratch leaves a sour taste.. Is there a way to send out a big VideoAsk in smalle
We use this functionality with Typeform and assumed the same functionality would work for VideoAsk, but it doesn’t seem to work quite the same. We created all the variable fields we need on the VA side, but that only seems to work if I’m sharing the VA link directly with the variables with theURL.
Hi, When I upload a video to my videoask, the program automatically aplies a yellow filter on my video that change the natural light in which it was recorded. I don’t know how to fix that. I’m recording with my Iphone 13 camera in 4K and 60fps, and before uploading it has a high quality, but when I upload… it changes. If someone can help me, Thanks.
Hello,I did exactly what is described in the article on Google Analytics; namely, 1. Linked my Google Tag Manager account, 2. Linked my Google Analytics 4, but still didn't see any of the four recommended events in Google Analytics 4.I’m confident I am linking my account correctly.What am I missing? Hi everyone, We’d like to use an NPS feedback in our videoask. However, the goal is to collect long term feedback from individual users and see how their ratings change over time. After digging around on the website I couldn’t find an exact answer, but is it possible to view respondent’s individual scores if we skip data collection (i.e. everyone remains anonymous)? Any answers, tips or feedback welcome!
Hi,Is it possible to create a condition based on a custom variable’s value? For example, I’d like to pass a variable customer_has_trial_left and if true, I would like to be able to offer the customer to start a trial, but only if he still has a trial left, otherwise it goes to another step. If not possible, what workarounds are possible?Thanks
I have an application where I am seeking feedback from customers but want the option to default to a screen share in the “open ended” response bucket. I realize you can do this through the “video” response, but I think conversion would be higher for many viewers who assume this means recording a video of _themselves_ not just a video of their _Screen_. If this is possible already, let me know!

I have a VideoAsk that has a “Video of the Week”, and then after that step, the can go to the ‘Archive’ and watch old Videos of the Week. Sometimes, I’d like to send my customer one of the old (‘archived’) Videos of the Week because it directly answers a question they have. Right now they have to go through the first, irrelevant video to get to the important video, which they then have to find by title. How can I just send them a link to the specific video I want them to see?Any suggested workflows? Am I right that a direct URL is not possible?
I already have the video subtitles for all the languages divided into the given times. But I don't know how to add these subtitles to the video, I tried to duplicate the video and create a video for each subtitle, but when I changed 1, all the others changed too. So I wanted to know how to make the subtitles available, either in separate videos or together.

However, I'm concerned that if I downgrade to the basic version, it might affect our current video, potentially changing the branding to VideoAsk. Hi VideoAsk/Typeform team:We understand that Typeform is WCAG 2.1, Level AA compliant and that you also offer an accessibility checker. Given that we use VideoAsk as both a standalone platform and embed VideoAsk in our Typeforms, we would like to know whether or not VideoAsk shares the same WCAG compliance.We were recently informed that one of our VideoAsks failed to work with JAWS screen reader, so we would like to understand the inherent limitations and workarounds.Thank you!
