When I try to log back into my videoask profile it comes up with the message' Before continuing, please help us make your account safer.’Check your inbox to verify your account. But I claim this account for my client and have also obtained the login details from this client. And this notification appears there every time and don't want to bother the client all the time for this.Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?
Hi guys, hope you’re well!need urgently support:the Videoask App isn’t opening anymore.I’m using IPhone XR, everything was fine and since 3 days it only shows the start page (white and videoask logo) but doesn’t continue to login.need the app urgently to take my customers calls!!In general I feel all videoask related is lower as usual. looking forward to hearing from you!thanks, Patrick
Hi there I’ve been paying for VideoAsk for several months now but I haven’t had the time to really dig into the software. The support I’ve received has been prompt but very unhelpful. I don’t know how to get value from the software (my main objective is to get paying customers) I would like support to help me achieve this.
In order to start using any paid VideoAsk Plan, there seems to be no other option than enter creditcard details. I have stopped using them however, for a reason.I want to upgrade So I would like to use the (only) alternative option: my bank account. The card linked to it is governed (checked, validated) by SEPA (European payments area) and supposed to be valid worldwide. But VideoAsk does not allow me to?VideoAsk , do you discriminate bankcardholders??

It will automatically be called My organization, if you would like to give it a name or update the name at any time you can do so by going to the Account Org & Settings: Select Overview: Then set a name for your organization: If you get invited to another person's organization it will appear in the drop down list at the top of your inbox so you can easily switch between organizations any time: If you would like to leave an organization you will need to be in that organization, go to your Account Org & Settings and select Team.
