I sent like 10 Support request over the last 8 weeks and I don’t get any answer from Videoask Support.Do you guys know if this Support is still active? 

I've upgraded, but I still don't have more minutes, and my business depends on your service.

Hi everyone, I’m trying to create an app that duplicates forms, renames them, places the form in a specific folder and can toggle the form on or off. I’m using Zapier’s custom webhooks because the VideoAsk/Zapier prebaked recipes won’t work.When I got to register an app, I keep getting an error saying “Whoops, something went wrong...”There’s not follow up message or other error that I can see. Has anyone else seen this issue?

Hi VA Team,I’d like to use and recommend VA as a core tool in my agency/consultancy. However, I haven’t seen any new product updates, major or minor, in quite some time.Also, some of the option seem outdated (for instance, no text overlay formatting options, the video chat page is a dead link, widgets, embed and video players are desktop-first) etc.Is the product just on maintenance at this point or can we expect new features, bug fixes, etc. soon?All information seem to end in 2023 early 2024 as far as I can tell.Regards,DC  

hey guys, Not sure if I am missing something but does Videoask actually exist any more? for context I run a marketing agency and we are interested in using video ask and its AI features as part of our services portfolio, but when I went to record a video i couldnt get access to the camera video features and when I checked the blog and X accounts, the last posts were from more than 6 months ago.  Any help or insight would be greately appreciated. 

Recently, I posted a question here  that videos, in a VideoAsk, don’t play automatically on iPhones that use the Chrome browser. The implication is that the user needs to click ‘Play’ every time they move to the next step (in addition to clicking to submit their answer to contnue to next step). This compromises the user experience too much, especially in steps where the question is a text overlay, over a Pexels of Giphy. In such instances, the user doesn’t even see the question until they click ‘Play’.I’ve decided to stop using VideoAsk and switch to Typeform until there’s a solution to this issue. In Typeform I will only integrate video in some steps and rely more heavily on text in other steps. If the user only clicks ‘Play’ ocassionaly, it would be OK.My question is, if I cancel my ‘Brand

Trying endlessly to reach out to support, on a monthly grow plan, trying to figure out what’s my current e.g past month minutes usage/consumption but no luck so far. Can you pls help/reach out at least?Thanks

Hello, thanks for any input.  I run a digital agency helping local home services businesses.  Essentially, I’d like to embed a welcome video on their website with 3 CTA buttons. The welcome video will be about 40 sec long. The 3 buttons will be Contact Us, Book an Appt, Learn More. The Learn More button will be a 1 min video with 2 CTAs - one button will be to another video 1 min long.  So, each customer will have a VideoAsk of a total of 4 mins of video total if the had a 4th video.  That’s it, per month, per customer.  All videos will be static with no more video consumption minutes needed.  I’d like to have about 50 customers total and a white label ability.  How many minutes requirement per year does this equate to for my agency needs?   2400m / year plan??

If I cancel now, will my current VideoAsk projects remain live and accessible for the remainder of this month’s paid period?Thank you for your assistance.

Hello - I need to understand if a respondent re-records their video, does every re-record count towards my allowances of minutes? I'm conscious a user could re-record multiple times and so my allowance is quickly decreased. I'm hoping just each uploaded/submitted video counts towards minutes processed. Thanks in advance.

Hi guys i have the monthly GROW plan and i want to upgrade to the monthly BRAND plan. Is there a way for me to just pay the difference between them or i will have to pay the Brand plan full price? 

I have more than 10 sales reps responding to video calls from clients coming from our website and email efforts.  Is there an option to add more than 10 seats? 

We have the Brand level subscription.  However, we are still seeing the the VideoAsk watermark. How do we remove?  We have our logo in the system…….and we note accordingly.  However, it still defaults to the VideoAsk watermark.  

We have build up thousands of contact details in our VideoAsk account and we need to delete them - is the only way to do so really only individual deletion? This will take forever! 

Important! Videoask is no longer usable for us and our customers! Recently, you have to click 4 times for the video to start correctly with sound on a smartphone or desktop. This is a disastrous feature and our customers are complaining heavily. Please change this back immediately to a video functionality that starts the video with sound after a single click. Otherwise, we won't be able to use the tool anymore. We are very dissapointed to that…Have you had the same experience? How are you dealing with it? No user is going to click 4 times just to get the video to start properly.  

HiWant to bump up to Brand, paying monthly. While I can see a price, there is nothing that allows me to select that.How do I do that?thanksSuzanne

Is there a way to merge two contacts with the same email address? I have several in my account that are this way but here is an example:  

3 days have passed, but the custom domain is still yellow. No response from VideoAsk support. Added CNAME to my domain’s DNS settings on Namecheap Saturday early morning, but until now, Tuesday, it’s still showing yellow on Videoask. I contacted support (support@videoask.com) using the email address registered on my account but haven’t heard from them until today. I thought the Brand plan includes priority support.

Hi allIs it me, or is Video Ask Support team understaffed or something? They are taking a long time to reply to emails.  For example, I emailed on 27 March and chased on 4 April, and still have not received a response.  I am looking to subscribe to the Brand package but it seems that my emails are not being treated as a priority.  I have a survey due to be launched on 1 May but need an answer to a question urgently before proceeding.Any ideas.Thanks.Rob

We use video ask for recruiting and since yesterday all candidates have reported that videoask is not working, when I try it it shows the video and allows to record, but not the question in text. is anyone else having this issue?

Hey guys. I am having problems making the monthly payment. I'm using my physical credit card and it says it's expired. it expires in 2027. I need help

My account was automatically upgraded to brand instead of the plan I was on and charged annually. I have emailed as soon as this happened and zero response.  This is terrible customer service. Please refund me ASAP.
