Hi, My co-founder and I have sent several Video’s to the VideoAsk support team but haven’t gotten any replies? Does anyone know how to get a response from them?We have VideoAsk heavily embedded on our site, so that it’s the route through which we receive all sales opportunities but none of the submissions are reaching the email address we set up. So we’re losing sales and will have to take VideoAsk out next week unless we can resolve it.ThanksRonan

Hello - I’m trying to sign up as a new customer. When I first went to the website, it said there was a summer sale with $28/month with annual payment on the 3rd tier. When I follow the prompts to accept that option, it isn’t in the subscription options. I’ve tried second messages the last couple of days to get this correct with no response, and you don’t seem to have a phone number to resolve. I’d really like to get my account up and running, but under the deal ya’all advertised. How do I get this going?
No Videoasks are being recorded. All of our videoasks (we have hundreds of student-facing curricular questions responded to by thousands of students a day in schools) are not recording answers. In other words, students submit an answer to a question, and VideoAsk has no log of it. Furthermore, when we try and send a webhook query to suck the data from VideoAsks API to our database, the return query says “invalid date” and gives us nothing.It’s as if the student work doesn’t exist at all.Obviously, this is a huge problem.We emailed/VideoAsk’d support through our account button at the bottom-left “VideoAsk Us,” but no ticket seems to have been auto-generated and we never got an email receipt that the ticket was created.Please advise.We’ll follow-up with more details via email with someone from VideoAsk directly. --- FLEX COLLEGE PREP / IMPACTER PATHWAY

Hi, like every 2/3 days today videoask has problems. Today we are already 3, account owners that we pay that we can't even see the forms that users send and consequently this does not start webhook requests. The problem has been happening for about 1 hour and it doesn't seem to have gone away.

Is there a way that I can create a personality test in videoask without using video? Below is the use caseI want to create an one way video interview process. This video interview would consist of two parts: First Part: 40 question personality test (Similar to Myers-Briggs, with the user being provided with the question and several multiple choice responses. User can only select 1 response per question) Second Part: a 6 question one way interview (Here, the user will only be able to respond via video I want to build this in a single videoask (for lack of better words) flowIs this something that can be done, or would I essentially have to load 40 1 second video clips, (with the question typed in the video to minimize processing time) for the personality screen portion of the video interview process?

After 1000 minutes per month, you need to talk to sales, but no one is responding to me, and I only have 50 minutes left this month.
