How do I contact VideoAsk support?!
Hi, My co-founder and I have sent several Video’s to the VideoAsk support team but haven’t gotten any replies? Does anyone know how to get a response from them?We have VideoAsk heavily embedded on our site, so that it’s the route through which we receive all sales opportunities but none of the submissions are reaching the email address we set up. So we’re losing sales and will have to take VideoAsk out next week unless we can resolve it.ThanksRonan
Question? How do I create a personality assessment in videoask without having to use any video?
Is there a way that I can create a personality test in videoask without using video? Below is the use caseI want to create an one way video interview process. This video interview would consist of two parts: First Part: 40 question personality test (Similar to Myers-Briggs, with the user being provided with the question and several multiple choice responses. User can only select 1 response per question) Second Part: a 6 question one way interview (Here, the user will only be able to respond via video I want to build this in a single videoask (for lack of better words) flowIs this something that can be done, or would I essentially have to load 40 1 second video clips, (with the question typed in the video to minimize processing time) for the personality screen portion of the video interview process?
Need to upgrade account but VideoAsk team is not responding
Hi everyone! The VideoAsk team has not been responding timely with me, and I am trying to upgrade my account to have more minutes. After 1000 minutes per month, you need to talk to sales, but no one is responding to me, and I only have 50 minutes left this month. We are running an admission’s system for our company right now, and if we run out of minutes, our system will break! Does anyone know how to get in contact with them???
Need Pro Forma Invoice from VideoAsk, Is it possible?
As we are applying for several grant programs, a pro-forma invoice would be greatly appreciated to show the cost of our subscription for the next 12 months. This invoice will be used to demonstrate our commitment to the program and to secure funding for our continued use of VideoAsk. Is anyobody knows how to get a Pro Forma from VideoAsk?

When I try to log back into my videoask profile it comes up with the message' Before continuing, please help us make your account safer.’Check your inbox to verify your account. But I claim this account for my client and have also obtained the login details from this client. And this notification appears there every time and don't want to bother the client all the time for this.Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?
App not working
Hi guys, hope you’re well!need urgently support:the Videoask App isn’t opening anymore.I’m using IPhone XR, everything was fine and since 3 days it only shows the start page (white and videoask logo) but doesn’t continue to login.need the app urgently to take my customers calls!!In general I feel all videoask related is lower as usual. looking forward to hearing from you!thanks, Patrick
Not getting any value from Videoask
Hi there I’ve been paying for VideoAsk for several months now but I haven’t had the time to really dig into the software. The support I’ve received has been prompt but very unhelpful. I don’t know how to get value from the software (my main objective is to get paying customers) I would like support to help me achieve this.
bankcard or creditcard, either one should be OK
In order to start using any paid VideoAsk Plan, there seems to be no other option than enter creditcard details. I have stopped using them however, for a reason.I want to upgrade So I would like to use the (only) alternative option: my bank account. The card linked to it is governed (checked, validated) by SEPA (European payments area) and supposed to be valid worldwide. But VideoAsk does not allow me to?VideoAsk , do you discriminate bankcardholders??

It will automatically be called My organization, if you would like to give it a name or update the name at any time you can do so by going to the Account Org & Settings: Select Overview: Then set a name for your organization: If you get invited to another person's organization it will appear in the drop down list at the top of your inbox so you can easily switch between organizations any time: If you would like to leave an organization you will need to be in that organization, go to your Account Org & Settings and select Team.
