10K views and not a single completion - 99% drop off on welcome page

I have our quiz embedded on a webflow page and it I am driving traffic to it from a opted in list and despite driving 10K+ views. I only have a a submission I personally asked the user to complete. https://goboon.co/quiz I already reduced the text on the welcome page after 7K drops - 3K more and it didn’t make a difference. My next plan is to drive to the Typeform hosted page instead but those emails won’t go out until tomorrow. I’d appreciate any input.

Get the score max in the response form definition

Hej ! We use a webhook with Typeform that send us the user’s responses.The data we get has a field named “form_response” then “definition” what is cool because it gives the “real definition” of the form that the user answered.I mean the “real definition” because let’s say that if a form defintion is modified in time, like questions are added, question’s ordre modified, questions are deleted, it modifies the form definition. Having the “real defintion” in the data response, guaranties us having the right user’s questions and answers. BUT the data response does not include the “logic” part of the form where from we can calculate de scoreMax a user can get. This data is only on the form defintion. But as said upper, the form defintion can be modified in time, so we can’t really guarante that the user’s responses score “match” with the current form defintion scoreMax. Idk if it’s all clear, I’m sorry for my poor english, but my final question is : As we have a field named “score” in the us

VideoAsk reusing same name for every response—even with unique email in URL

Hi everyone,I’m using VideoAsk in my recruitment flow. Even though I’m passing a unique contact_email={{email}} via URL for each candidate, VideoAsk still shows the same name—the first one entered—for all respondents using that email. This is breaking my Zap → ClickUp integration. 🔍 What I’ve tried: Clearing browser data Disabling name field on contact form Confirmed name= isn’t in URL Tested in incognito ❗What I discovered: VideoAsk ties the name to the email in its system. The first name submitted for any given email gets reused in future submissions—even if a different person uses the same email. Has anyone else encountered this?Is there a native toggle to fully reset name per submission or something like that.

Unable to edit follow up messages

We have a form for employee exits. The follow up sends all the answers to both us and the person who submitted the form. However, in the email to the responders it puts OUR name at the beginning rather than the person who submitted the form. When we go to edit the email it sends we get an error that we need to verify our account and to contact support. We have had this acccount for over 7 years and are on the Pro+ plan. When we try to contact support it just sends us in a loop and never lets us submit a request. Please help

View individual response via a public link

Is there still no way to natively generate a public link to view an individual response? I’m looking for something similar to the “Response Summary” reports that can be shared with other non-Typeform users via a public link. (But for individual responses instead.)

VideoAsk: Time delay makes exporting at the end of the day impossible

When I went to export data at 11:15pm tonight, I could see that there were new records. When I went to choose the time frame, my last choice was 6/4, which was also the last date of a record on the server. However, when I exported the records, I didn’t get all of the new records. It only exported records prior to 19:00. Records from 19:00 to 23:15 (11:15pm) were not exported. I assume this is because I’m in CST and 5 hours behind the server. It appears, that in order to export the remaining records, I need an option for 6/5, but since 6/5 doesn’t exist in CST, I am not given that option. I have to wait until after midnight to export the last 5 hours of my todays data. It appears to be a discrepency between the server’s time and the time used by the user interface to give me date choices. Anyone have a way around it short of exporting EVERY record ever created in VideoAsk? Thank you.

Follow Ups?

Did Typeform remove the Follow-Up Feature? I can no longer set up an automated email on form completion. I used to get the survey results emailed to my team, but now I have to go into Typeform to look at the results.

Getting more accurate insights on a form

Hi! Is there a way to exclude views, starts, and completions from specific IP addresses so we have more accurate insights / statistics on how our lead gen form is performing? Multiple people on our team have viewed, started and completed the form as we’ve been testing and refining the form.

Locking survey per individual link once completed

I've set up my survey so that my customers recieve an individual link attached to their email address. Is it possible to lock the individual link once the person has submitted? I don't want the individual to forward the link to others.

Automatically send survey results (both score and content/results report)

I”ve been trying to figure this out for days and have upgraded my account just to be able to do this. I am offering my typeform as a service and need to be able to hae survey results, the full report and final score (it’s an opinion scale) sent to respondents immediatly after they finish. Please someone help me. I’ve been scouring the internet and watching tutorials but can’t find out how to do it. Don’t think it shoudl be this hard so I think I”m overlooking something. THanks for any help!

Follow-Up Email is Not Sending Emails

I have the follow-up email set up for my quizzes but it hasn't been sending out the follow-up email after a submission. It's been a few days now and this is still not resolved. I have double-checked the email addresses, spam, promotions folder, still nothing. With the new workflow and updates - could that have cause the mishap? Not sure what else I can do and if anyone else is also encountering this issue! Any help would be appreciated as this is urgent and we are not being notified of submissions.

Push partial responses into CRM via direct integration

Hi community, I’d like to transfer partial responses to our CRM, but this is currently not working. I activated the setting “Send partial responses to integrations” at a later date after my survey had already been shared. Perhaps this is the reason, but new partial responses were not transferred either. Do you have any idea how I can solve this problem? Best, Wiebke

Add uploaded files as attachment to email

My customer asks if it is possible to have the pictures uploaded in the survey displayed in the notification mail, or have them added as an attachment, rather than the download link it currently shows. Since I know simple HTML isn’t possible (yet?), I guess displaying uploaded pictures in the notifications won’t work, but can they be added as an attachment?

Show result as a full number - not as a decimal

Hi dear Typeform Community :) I built several calculations in my form. I would like my users to just see the rounded result / the variable I use, with no decimals. Also the decimal is the English “.” and not the”,” as I would need it in German. What my Users see right now: 18.26What I want them so see: 18 if that’s not possible then: 18,26 Has anybody done this before, I can’t figure it out (I use the Professional Plan - Upgraded builder) I am thankful for any reply :)

Dynamic score for quiz questions based on url params

Hello, I am trying to use additional logic based on URL params to score questions for a quiz. I also need these scores to be part of the response sent via webhook. Would branching be the right way, but I only see calculations to the score and no way to assign a new score in this. Am I missing something. Regards. Prasita

Typeform Results 'ranking' question - Summary vs Report

Hi there First time user here. One of my Typeform questions asked respondents to rank ten items in order of importance. In the summary, I can clearly see the items in order that they were ranked, i.e. the most popular on average is at the top and the least popular is at the bottom. However when I go to generate this as a report, the items are presented without the ranking, simply each item shows its own individual bar graph of how many people placed it in which number ranking. So the viewer of the report will have to scroll through all ten items and do the maths in their head to see which one ranked highest. This seems counter-intuitive, so naturally I assume I have done something wrong. Can anyone please advise? Many thanks PC
