Your typeform results

Hi, I have a typeform running since yesterday and i have now around 15 conversions but none are counted in my Google Ads Campaign.The typeform is integrated in a wordpress website, before that i was using a form extension (Gravity Form) and the conversions tracking worked (all tags are correclty set with GTM) so i don’t understand why it’s not working now with typeform. I redirect on my confirmation page when the typefrom is completed like my previous form. After researches I connected my GTM with Typeform but is there something else i need to do ?  Thanks for your help and sorry for my bad english.

Hi,I am using typeform on my website and I am going to start doing Google Adwords and Facebook Ads. The point is that I would like to know what are the leads I receive specifically from these campaigns. I don't mean the tracking through Google Analytics, what I need is to check the quality of the leads received from the paid campaigns, so I need that information.Is it there a solution I can implement to get this information in every lead received?Thank you in advance 

It seems the summary tab only shows completed surveys. Is there a way to show partial submissions as well in the graphs? That would improve our analysis experience strongly.

First time using the platform. Not much of a tech wiz. I need help making sure I get an email every-time my form gets completed. And set up an email that informs the recipient that their form was received. 

Hi everyone!Typeform allows a candidate to send his/her answers more than once. What happens when the same person sends several applications? Is only the last submission taken into account or are all submissions kept separately?Thanks for your help.

Is there a way to export the data to excel but NOT use my personal onedrive?  We want to share the data with Executives and PMO and would like a common place, SharePoint site, to save it to.  I mean onedrive is built on SharePoint.  I don’t want to have to share every excel file I create with multiple people.

Hello guys, I need your help.First of all, I was not able to -even though I have deleted all my browser data like three times, to get to the customer ticket area. That is why I am contacting you here and I really hope you can help me because I need your help.On Thursday I have had a workshop session where I have let 20 people fill out the survey. On Thursday evening, as a newbie, I have realized that my responses were not saved, that is why I have upgraded my plan. Unfortunately, I have not seen new answers and I am very sure that at least 17 have answered them. On Friday I have had another workshop where some people filled it out. No one who has send it in on Friday counts to the 20 people from Thursday.  These are very important leads for me and I really hope it is possible to recover them, just like the AI agent said. But I just can’t find a way to a normal person yet.  Thank you very much in advance.

Hi, I’m keen for advice about ranking questions in the downloadable data spreadsheet for analysis purposes.When I design the question to rank options A to F from 1 to 6, when the data is downloaded into excel or csv, it lists the responses in one column in a string. This is not an analysable format if I want to work out an average rank for each option for sub-groups in the survey.I tried spliting the responses into columns usign the text to column function in excel however wthile this splits the responses into six columns (rank 1,2,3,4,5,6) the cell is filled with text (Option A to F) rather than a numerical value so this work around is also not analysable. Is it possible to design the ranking question so that the columns in the data download are for the options A to F and that the cells for each response is the rank (1 to 6) which would then allow for averages to be calculated.Of is there another way to achieve this?Thanks in advance, Lisa  

Hi All, is it possible in Typeform to automatically delete responses that are older than X days ? - We have a survey running through typeform that does collect some personal information. We transfer some of the key results to our Marketing system using Zapier so I don’t need to keep the results in Typeform longer term and would like to avoid storing the personal data there. Ideally I would like to delete responses from typeform automatically after X days. We currently have 2700 responses over past 6 weeks so doing this manually is going to be a real pain. I can only select/delete 100 responses at the time. I just realised I can’t use the filters either because we have more than 2000 responses so that means I have to individually select 7 x 100 responses and then I can use the filter to select 100 at the time to get rid of the other 2000 -- not really a workable ongoing process.Any ideas ?  @Liz , any chance there are some features in the pipeline for this?   

Hi Typeform Community,I have an issue with the form results, I have a question in the form that is multiselect and mandatory yet in the results it seems like everybody was able to skip it and not responses have been recorded.When i filled out the survey again I realised it recored my responses and test responses but the rest are still empty.How can I get to my data for this one question in particular?Thanks in advance

We would like the responses submitted emailed to our business as an email PDF attachment so we can review in detail (and not require the need to login to Typeform for every response).Are there any ways to enable this function in the workflow? 

Hi, been using Typeform for a year plus now. Am not sure if I’m doing it right. Am using Typeform to collect some user feedback in their user journey and connecting it to Google Sheets.One of the issue I’m facing right now with my NPS survey (with partial submission enabled); are that the timestamp are all captured wrongly, especially the partial submission answers.The NPS logic is “Score” → “Why?”; and I included the partial submission between the score and why.  And here’s an example of the survey answers: Each line is a duplicate of the other but the time are different. Blanked out the users email (5 of them). The last submission is where they answered 10 in the score, then the why after.   While there are also instances of user dropping off after entering the score (number); and their date stamp are all wrong as well. Highlighted row, there’s only one email, but it’s a partial submission - but I can’t run the calculation since I’m reading it based on date (1/1/0001 0:00:00 sadly ca

I just deleted all responses on a Typeform but when I go to the result pages I still see [x out of x answered]. Is it a cache thing?RegardsEddy

Hey Typeform users,I am having an issue with a survey using Typeform where 1/3 of the responses are marked as SPAM and when you check the form / survey and look in the RESULTS section. The problem is not this, the problem is that maybe half of the results marked as SPAM are not spam and I want to move them to the main results list which is also the list that is feeding into a connected XLS and its only feeding the main results list, excluding the SPAM list.Talking to support they did not offer any way to export the spam submissions to an XLS or even the option to move or save them individually. So the only solution I see is taking each entry and manually move each answer / options which is a pain.Did anyone had this issue and found a solution?Attaching a screen shot. You can see 77 responses, but those are not counting the SPAM ones that you can see when you click that circled button, there are 30+ ones from which half or more are not spam. So there are in total 100+ actual responses  

Hi all! I’m trying to better understand how the geo information (longitude and latitude) provided by Typeform is being captured, when it’s available and when it isn’t, and how reliable it’s to determine the responder’s location. I can’t believe how hard it is to create the logic needed to obtain the results of an assessment I’ve been creating. I have literally spent all day on one assessment and I’m still struggling. Why, given how much this costs is it so complicated with no one to ask other than this community for help? 

Bonjour,  Pourriez-vous m’aider SVP ?J’ai 2 problèmes que je n’arrive pas à résoudre malgré les ressources dans le centre d’aide ou avec l’IA. Problème N°1 :Quel que soit les réponses, le ending reste toujours le même… Problème N°2 :Le score est toujours de 207 alors qu’il doit être maximum de 105. Mon objectif est :Créer un test avec une seule réponse (pas de bonne ou de mauvaise réponses)  A = 1, B = 4, C = 7 A la fin selon le score, le profil alimentaire de mon prospect varie selon son score final (profil 1, profil 2, 3 et 4...) Sur ma page d’optin le lien URL dans le bouton CTA est l’URL qui va rediriger vers mon formulaire (avec variables prénom et email) afin de ne pas redemander ces mêmes infos en arrivant sur mon test.Comment faire ? Merci beaucoup  Elodie

I'm running into an issue where my integrations are still receiving "Partial Responses" even though I have completely disabled that feature in my form settings.Has anyone else faced this bug or knows a workaround to stop Typeform from sending incomplete submission data to webhooks? Hello,I would like to install a single “standard” typeform on +50 pages of a site. I need to have for each response on typeform, the url from which the user filled in.I asked support, but my understanding is that you can only enter hidden fields manually (so I would have to create +50 typeforms, 1 for each page). I wanted to understand if there is a way to transmit the entire URL from which the user fills in (not just the UTM)Thanks

Hello everyone,I am running a registration form and would like to know how my registrants accessed my link. I recently discovered UTMs, which sounds like the best solution for what I need. I activated them in my Typeform "Create" menu, and I want to create a few, like utm_source=twitter, utm_source=direct, utm_source= emailing.Accessing those results requires connecting my Typeform with Google Analytics, which is where things get complicated. As I am new to this, here are the steps I took:- Creating an account- Creating a UA property, with my Typeform's URL as the default URL- Copy/pasting this UA property's tracking ID into Typeform's GA integration. However, whenever I answer my Typeform with various UTM tags, nothing happens. No traffic shows up on my GA dashboard, and no data is registered. Did I miss anything ?I keep finding descriptions of what UTMs are and stumbling upon the same Typeform Help Center page, but I really feel like I did everything in order and can't find info on t

Dear community, I would like to know whether it is possible for Typeform to just show the host page URL or path where the form is submitted.I would like to avoid the use of UTM tags. This because the form is added to the head of every page on our website in one go, so creating UTM tags for each page manually is not possible.
