Back in December, we teased that a new version of the Mailchimp would be released in January, and I’m happy to announce V2 is here! The updated integration is packed with new features and updates to existing ones, so let’s dive in. Or, if you’d rather, watch the short video here for a quick walkthrough: Shorter setup No more sifting through multiple pages. Now, you can set up the Mailchimp integration in one go. Now, you have the option to tag specific responses to further segment your email marketing campaigns. Edit the integration If you change anything about your form or decide to alter anything on the Mailchimp side of things, don’t worry! You can now edit the integration after you’ve connected it. This feature doesn’t need much explaining, so I’ll dive right into explaining how to add this block to your form in the video below: To use this question: Search or select the question by clicking the + button on the upper left corner of the builder. Next, choose which questions you would like to appear and which you’d like to be marked required. Finally, be sure to publish your typeform so the changes are live! Hey all, I'm Jake and I'm a Product Manager on the Subscriptions team here at Typeform. I just wanted to drop by and give you a heads-up to say we're making some changes to our account plans for new customers. Don't panic – if you're an existing paying Typeform customer these changes won't affect your plan, but we want to make sure you're aware of what's happening so you don't get confused by folks talking about plans you've never heard about (yet!) These are the key points we can share with our community as of today: We're in the process of rolling out new account plans, revisiting our pricing options to make sure each plan offers as much value to users as possible and provides a better foundation for the exciting new product features that are in the making. We will notify you by email once the new plans are available to you, but again, if you are a paying customer, you will not be forced to move to the new plans if you don’t want to. As part of the changes, our current pla

Or, maybe you want to remove them simply for stylistic purposes. Whatever your use case, you can now remove them with just the click of a button. Let us know how this feature works for you! We’d love to see what you do without those question numbers on the form.

Hello there community!!! Hope you're having a happy hump day. Hopefully I can make it even happier with some good news from Typeform! I'm Jackie and I'm part of the Channel Experience team here at Typeform. We've been working on polishing up our Conversations feature and I'm delighted to announce it's now out of Beta and has officially been named da da da da da da daaaaa... 🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁 "Chat". OK, so the name might not win any prizes for originality – but we wanted something as clear as possible to describe a feature we believe will be a game changer for many of our customers. So, what is Chat? Essentially, it's a no-code chatbot builder within Typeform that allows you to turn your forms into beautiful conversational experiences that you can embed on your website. Here's a video showing some chatbots built with Chat to give you an idea of what I mean: Chat is included with your Typeform account and it's free to get started. Newly updated - Our Linktree integration 🌳Product update
If you’ve got an online business, you may have used Linktree on your socials. If you haven’t had a chance to use their service, I highly recommend taking a peek at their site here! Linktree is an easy-to-use platform that places all of your links in one page so you can direct your customers or followers to different links on your website based on the information they’re looking for. Our Linktree integration is even easier to use now. Before, you could add the Typeform URL to your Linktree account, and once your respondents clicked the link, they’d be taken to your typeform. Our latest update reduces the number of clicks it takes for your respondents to reach your form. Once you add Typeform to your Linktree account, the respondent will only have to click on the link and the form will appear in the same page without having to be redirected to a new window. Fancy, right? Take a look at how this integration update works below. How to use the Linktree integration in your business Lead
