Happy Spring, Typeform community! The Research & Development team is coming in bloom this season with a new feature that many of you are going to love - conditional follow ups! If you’ve used our notifications feature before, you might be familiar with sending emails after a respondent submits the form. With our new follow-ups feature, you can send different emails based on answers, both on the respondent side and the creator side. Watch the video below for more information on what this looks like. To start using this feature, Click on the gear settings in the form builder. Then, click on “Follow ups” Next, click on the + button to begin creating your follow-up sequence. Choose the condition you’d like the email to send under and create-away! Our building will allow you to edit the email plain text, but you can add your own HTML or CSS to enhance the design. Before I begin to tell you about this new feature, I think this one deserves a drum roll. Without further ado…. Our contact info question is now available! Many (many!) of you have been waiting for this feature, and you can all sleep well at night knowing that it’s possible to ask for contact information in the same question. This feature doesn’t need much explaining, so I’ll dive right into explaining how to add this block to your form in the video below: To use this question: Search or select the question by clicking the + button on the upper left corner of the builder. Next, choose which questions you would like to appear and which you’d like to be marked required. Finally, be sure to publish your typeform so the changes are live! Happy August, typeformers! For those of you who love to embed your typeforms, you’re really going to dig this new feature. Our product team has made a small (but mighty!) update to the embed code. Previously, if you made any changes to the design of the embed (such as the button text/colors/etc), you needed to re-embed the code for those changes to go live. Now, with our updated live embed feature, you can make any changes to the look of your embedded typeform and those changes will automatically reflect in your embedded typeform. Happy almost June, Typeformers! You may remember our announcement earlier this month in the post here about deprecating the Chat UI: First, thank you all for your feedback and sharing your use cases. We realized it was a bit too soon to deprecate chat, so thanks to your feedback, we’ve decided to move the switch-off date to August 31st, 2023. We know it isn’t easy to say goodbye to a feature, but we hope the extra time gives you the chance to adjust to the change. And don’t stop sharing your use cases! We’d love to see how you’ve been using chat and offer any alternative suggestions for embeds, such as using our popover option. We chose to deprecate the Chat UI due to low usage, but we’ve been working on new innovative ways to collect, such as Formless. While this isn’t a replacement for the Chat UI, it might be a useful option for you in the future if you’re looking for an even more conversational form…less. Hola hola, Typeformers! Our product team is back with a handy new feature some of you have been requesting - the ability to see when your team members last logged into their account. If you’re on our Plus plan or higher, you automatically have access to this feature now in your account. To find when a user last logged in, First, go to your account settings Then, click on Organization Settings → Members Finally, you’ll be able to see the last login date of each organization member. Hello, wonderful Typeform community! If you read our post here or attended our webinar last month, you might have seen us using a new AI feature, Smart Content Optimization. If you’re wondering what on Earth this is, you’re in for a treat! Writing questions succinctly isn’t everyone’s strongest quality, so we’ve made it easier for you by using AI to provide suggestions for shortening your questions while making it clear what you’re asking based on the data our models have learned from other typeforms. This feature will appear when you type a question that has more than ten words. Take a peek at how it works below! To use this feature, when ten or more words are typed into a question, three little purple stars will appear. Then, a newly generated question will appear. You can accept or reject this suggestion. Happy official summertime, Typeform Community! And with summer comes, a boatful of new features. Our latest one, the Lead Qualification block, will help you save some time so you can be out in the sun while the leads roll in. If you work in any B2B company, you know that some leads are better than others. Instead of wasting time trying to figure out which leads to contact first, we’ve lightened the workload for you. With the Lead Qualification block, you can set scoring based on answers to specific questions on your form and then send customized responses according to the lead score. Getting started is easy! All you have to do is: First, add the “Lead Qualification” block to your form. You can do this by clicking the + button on the upper-lefthand corner of the builder. Next, assign scores to the relevant question answers. You can assign scores to some or all of the questions on your form, depending on how you have decided your lead scoring. Finally, create follow-up actions

We wanted to post a little reminder here to make sure you're aware of what's happening.
