Hi Typeform community!I’ve set up a quiz where I’m already tracking scores based on correct answers. However, I’d like to enhance the quiz results by allowing users to see not only their final score but also which questions they answered correctly and incorrectly, with the correct answers shown after they submit the quiz.Is there a way to achieve this in Typeform? I’m using logic jumps and variables to track the score. Any help or guidance on how to set this up would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!Rafa

Howdy from the 'ice hut' - the igloo is coming later. ❄ Well today was freezing rain through most of the day here. Not a great day to be outside. But good enough to spend the time cleaning out the garage in order to get both vehicles inside. Before the snow falls for the rest of winter. And then to spend some time inside at the keyboard working through the details of today’s top tips. Topic today stays with connecting a Typeform assessment quiz to Convertkit. We’re going to extend the simple connection to passing over both the ‘score’ of the quiz and the calculated ‘level’ of the respondent. The idea here is take the ‘level’ (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced) of the respondent and get them into an email sequence specific to the stream. We’re NOT going to explore having Zapier figure out the appropriate tag/level to add to the Convertkit record.We’ll send both the score and the ‘level’ from the quiz across as variables. BUT we are going to store those values into a couple of custom f

I tested the survey to see if I would get an automatic email with my results. It worked. I sent the typeform to friends and family. Some got their results and some didn’t. How does this get fixed to where all participants will automatically receive their results upon survey completion ?

Limiting typeform responses from the same person

Someone asked about this a year ago and there still isn’t a fix - can Typeform offer a button that limits a respondent from submitting to the same survey multiple times? There is currently no easy solution to this issue and it seems like a big one. I know Google surveys offers this. Any tips on a super easy solution? Many of the solutions I read in previous threads require more work on the customer side when this should be handled on the backend by Typeform. Thanks!

Feature Request: Add Virtual Background / Blurred Background on webcam upload? ETA?

+1 request here for the ability to add virtual backgrounds or blurred backgrounds on webcam video recorded uploaded. We are considering moving away from using VideoAsk for customer support, as it does not allow our communication to stay on brand.Moreover, the lack of blurred background option, also doesn’t protect the privacy of those who are attempting to communicate. I understand that backgrounds is on the feature list. Any ETA on its release would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is it possible for our submitters to upload a image for their video background similar to what a user can do in a Zoom or Team meeting? I am trying to figure out how to only accept numerical answers in a response that are limited to 6 digits. In addition, if I have a database of valid numbers that I want to accept (reference numbers) and all other entries need to show an error code- how can I do this?

Renaming files during submission

Is it possible to rename files to a different file name when they are uploaded through a form? Using the file names of people’s submissions, particularly those who submit the forms on a mobile device, makes them harder to interpret after. For example, for a return form, we require a series of 4 pictures. When someone submits a picture, can I rename each of them so that when Typeform outputs it to a different service, those names are common between each form? (pic1, pic2, pic3, etc.) Thank you for any advice!

I am trying to edit a follow up email which is sent to my team after a form is completed. I have gone into Follow Ups. selected the Action/Edit Action/Set Up Email/ then make the changes to the email content/Save Then when I come out and go back in, the changes have disappeared and has reverted to original email. I have created a quiz but don’t know how to email the respondents their specific quiz results. It would be so awesome if typeform does this. They have one of 7 relationship personality types they could get in the quiz and so would like the end they can get their results emailed. Is this possible?

Quiz not scoring correctly

Hi,I’ve made a quiz with yes/no questions but I can’t get it to score correctly. I’ve assigned a score to ‘yes’ answers and ‘No’ answers won’t receive any points. But when I took the quiz, it gave me a score of 0, despite answering yes to most questions! Not sure where I’m going wrong.Thanks in advance for any help!
