Hi Team,I’m Dario Schiraldi, looking into ways to ensure that our travel website always reflects real-time availability for services like flights, hotels, and car rentals. This is critical to avoid issues like overbooking or displaying outdated information to users. Some approaches I’m considering include using webhooks , setting up polling at smart intervals, or integrating a real-time data layer. But I’d really value your input.Have any of you dealt with this before? What methods, tools, or best practices would you recommend for keeping availability data accurate and up-to-date, while also maintaining good performance?Appreciate your thoughts and any lessons learned from similar projects! RegardsDario Schiraldi
Did Typeform remove the Follow-Up Feature? I can no longer set up an automated email on form completion. I used to get the survey results emailed to my team, but now I have to go into Typeform to look at the results.
Does anybody know if / how the address fields can be changed from those currently shown? Screenshot attached. I want to use UK address fields if poossible. Thanks 😀

UPDATE! The survey is now closed, thanks to everyone that participated! We’re currently compiling the results, so watch this space 👀 Hey all,We’re trying something new at Typeform—and we want your take! We’re asking real questions to get real answers in our new GetReal series—starting with a topic you probably have feelings about: influencer marketing. Even if it’s not part of your day job, chances are you’ve had a reaction to a sponsored post, a product rec, or an “I’m obsessed with this” moment. That counts! This isn’t your typical survey—it’s an open invite to say the quiet parts out loud. To share what you really think—through answers or a quick video. We’ll turn what you share into something powerful: a data-driven look at what people are actually thinking about influencer marketing. 👉 Take the survey. (It takes less than 10 minutes!) Help us bring real voices to life!
Hi! Is there a way to exclude views, starts, and completions from specific IP addresses so we have more accurate insights / statistics on how our lead gen form is performing? Multiple people on our team have viewed, started and completed the form as we’ve been testing and refining the form.
Hi, I’ve been using a third-party lead tracking tool to capture leads from my website along with their source.Earlier, with the HubSpot form, the third-party script was able to detect the postMessage event that iframe forms typically send back to the parent page with the form fields. However, after embedding a Typeform, we’re no longer able to get the form submission. It just send form ID & submission ID. Attaching a screenshot of console log for reference Does Typeform not send question & answer data in postMessage event? Is there any workaround or solution for this? Please note i am using this third part tool to detect form submission and get users journey and they don't support API/Webhook.
Hi!I’m struggling to get my head around some complex branching. I have a form which asks if customers would like “optional extras”. They can choose any combination of:Inside oven Inside fridgeCarpet cleaning Upholstery cleaning There are follow up questions to each. For example, the selection of ‘inside oven’ should lead to ‘how many ovens’. Similarly, ‘inside fridge’ should lead to ‘how many fridges’.The difficulty I’m having is that is customers choose ‘inside oven’ and ‘inside fridge’, the follow up questions for ‘carpet cleaning’ still appear. I anticipate further issues whereby the choice of ‘upholstery cleaning’, will lead to another set of answers which customers can choose a selection of, which again should lead to the relevant follow ups. Aware there are multiple thread that have been through this however, they seem to be from a few years ago so not sure if they still apply. Any help would be massively appreciated! Thanks
