Hi,I’m doing a landing page where people who went to my Intro course and did not buy, but want to keep going somehow will land.In this page, I want to do several things:Identify their goals, why did they sign up for more (if they did not enroll in my program)? Get their feedback about the intro course. Give them a set of alternative actions, products and services suited to their goals based on #1.It would be a lot for one VA. So I want to create 3 different ones.Can I do this?The sitebuilder on this page works with blocks and I can insert htm code in different blocks. So technically it is possible. At least from my site viewpoint.But I wonder if the widgets are going to fight with each other, get misplaced or other conflicts.Also I wonder if it is possible to set the video cover to static so that the visitor does not see my face talking all over the place, which I think can be overwhelming.And any other considerations or settings that I may not know I need to know are welcomed. Thanks!
Hi all, my team are looking to use Typeform to collect data on different pages of our website e.g. How useful did you find this page? with a 1 - 5 start rating. The issue I’m facing is how to track which page of the website each response is coming from. The best solution I have for now is to use the utm_source however this would require setting a new embed for every page and writing a custom utm for each one. This is ok but a bit time consuming. Is there another way that a single embed can track the URL of the page it’s been completed on? I’ve turned on “Read URL parameters” which claims to read the whole URL but this doesn’t get pulled into the results page.Any integrations that have this feature do let me know.Thanks!

I have a survey that I want to send to people within multiple organizations. I would like to be able to tabulate the results by organization and then as a collective. In SurveyMonkey, I would use “collectors” that create unique URLs for each organization, but then report the results together. I can then use the collectors as tags to sort out answers and see results by each organization (see picture below).Does Typeform have a way to do this without requiring the user to list their organization and using that as a sort?Screen capture of Survey Monkey Collectors.Â
Hi people,Hope you’re all doing great! I’m quite new here , exploring Typeform, and I would like to know the following: How can you avoid that someone with access to the generic links, could access again and again with the aim to copy all questions and answer categories and walk away with your method?So far, I sent general links to our testers. So I understand they could access eternally to them?Is there a way to avoid this? To make sure a link is only valid once? (They could still copy while they fill it in, but at least not enter again once submitted). I tried to avoid this by generating a copy of the questionnaire. But in that case, the data are gone and you start all over… that’s a shame for comparisons, etc.Thanks for sharing your insights. Have a great day,EstherÂ
Hi,I published my very first Typeform and was excited, to share it with friends. Unfortunately, when I try to open the TF-Link, I geht this message – also on different browsers or devices:  Does anybody know, what the problem is here? Do I need to get a plan first, to publish my TF?BTW, I found several “dead” TFs like this in german language on the web. Thanks so much for your help! I hope, I get this up and running somehow.Jens Â

Is it something related to my html page? I mean, I’ve to define something within the CSS? Or do I need a responsive page (ex. with Bootstrap) for making the chat showing bigger? Thanks a lot!

Hallo, I created a Typeform and my boss bought the (basic) upgrade for her account. How can I transfer the Typeform I created to her account? Transfer of ownership doesn't work, as her account already exists. I cannot find any option to contact the support team, as that part of the website is bugging, so I hope to get an answer from the community. Maybe also important: my account is connected to my Google account. I already tried to set a new password to separate the social account from the mail address, but that doesn't work. Clicking the “set a new password” button just sends me straight to the log-in page.Â
To hopefully make it clearer with an example: I want to have a public lead-gen form that anyone can respond to and that I will review. For some of the submissions that I would shortlist, I want to send a follow-up detailed response form. I want to be able to assign there responses back to the original submission, without asking them for Name, email etc again. Is there a way to generate individual links for respondents within the platform, so I don’t have to track it manually? Thanks!

Hi,I have created a survey, and set a hidden field “email”.To send this survey, I am using CleverTap which in turn uses Mandrill as an Email Service Provider. Mandrill being an extension/add-on from my company’s Mailchimp account.My problem is that I don’t know what syntax to use to pull the email of my responders.In this field: I have tried using the CleverTap personalization syntax @Profile - Email | default: "test" This didn’t work:I have tried using the Mailchimp merge tag:  *|EMAIL|*But when embedding the survey into CleverTap it tells me it needs a default value. I contacted CleverTap explaining how the personalization syntax wasn’t working and their response was:“Why you have added the Personalization commands in the Typeform because this is something which only accepted on the CleverTap Email editor to access the Personalization data from the user profile which is available on the CleverTap Dashboard.”Which, wasn’t very helpful.So, if anyone has any idea of how I can achieve th
Hello there, I made a survey and purchased the basic plan. I have no design template on it just pictures on one side, the questions on the other. 14 slides for the whole survey.  When I press publish, I always get this !!! No explanation, no hints from the program or anything else. !!! Please explain me how to publish or what I am doing wrong if so.  Â

Hi allI am brand new to typeform. I really want to sign up and join, the product looks great!!I am here because I am really disappointed  in surveymonkey. Simple reason is I cannot get support out of them. My problem is when I create a survey my recipients say they dont receive it. They say they check spam and junk mail. My question is, the way I need the surveys to work is when I publish, I need to be able to upload my attendees email list from a csv or excel into typeform and email them the survey (quiz). Then I need to be able to see you has completed the survey via there name or email. Also if they contact me and say I haven't received it ,is there a way to resend it individually. I must be able to prove that that person completed the quiz. I would have tested it myself but on the trial it will not allow me to publish, therefore I cannot check how the collect responses work. I also dont wont to pay and then it cant do what I need it to do Â
I have an integration between the intercom and typeform, so I have no possibility to adjust the code when the form is being embedded in the intercom message. How can i cancel welcome screen from appearing on mobile?

Hi. We are exploring using Typeform as an embeddable form for a private community managed through the community platform system Hivebrite. I tested embedding a form in a custom page and it is not displaying. I tested the same form embed code on a Wordpress page and it displayed fine, so it’s not the code. I also tested a different embed code (from Vimeo) in Hivebrite and it displayed, so the system is recognizing embed codes, just not from Typeform. Is there another step that i need to be taking for Typeforms to be recognized in a private site?Â
Hello,  I am currently trying to embed a TypeForm email request into Cargo (cargo.site). Unfortunatey, Cargo’s cusotmer service just informed me that anything with <script> tags likely won’t work within Cargo. Is there a way to make the email request, just an iFrame? Let me know!
