Hi. We are exploring using Typeform as an embeddable form for a private community managed through the community platform system Hivebrite. I tested embedding a form in a custom page and it is not displaying. I tested the same form embed code on a Wordpress page and it displayed fine, so it’s not the code. I also tested a different embed code (from Vimeo) in Hivebrite and it displayed, so the system is recognizing embed codes, just not from Typeform. Is there another step that i need to be taking for Typeforms to be recognized in a private site?
Morning - trying to share a typeform into LinkedIn and have updated the Meta Preview as show in the image below: but what shows up when i copy and share the link into Linkedin: As you can see there is something that is not getting picked up in the meta preview, even after i have saved the meta preview… is there something wonky here or have i missed a step??
Tendo deshabilitada la opcion Redirección en Finales pero no me deja hacer la publicacion de mi encuestra, que puedo hacer, solo espero recibir 50 respuestas -- Google Translation -- I have disabled the Redirection option in Finals but it does not let me publish my survey, what can I do, I only expect to receive 50 responses
Hello!I need to send the draft of the survey to my manager before the survey is sent to all employees. As I am new to Typeform I just need to know if I click the publish button I can email the link for the survey only to my manager. No one else can see that the survey is live. Many thanksMelita
Don’t use too many open-ended questions. Asking open-ended survey questions requires more time and energy, so limit their number to maximize response rates. Eliminate jargon and complicated terminology. Abbreviations and jargon cause extra confusion, especially when you’re dealing with a general audience. 2. Improve Your TargetingIt’s far more interesting and engaging to answer questions that speak directly to you rather than generic questions that could be answered by anyone else. That’s why enhanced targeting works so well for boosting survey response rates. Suppose you’re asking a group of people about their opinion on the latest baby food product — you’ll get far better response rates when targeting parents rather than more generic sample groups. 3. Make It Easy To Participate in Your SurveyThe way you distribute your survey plays a major role in the number of respondents that will take part in your survey.
Hi, I would like to know if we can add a logo in the Typeform QR code that is generated? I do not want to use a 3rd party. I would just like to have some options in Typeform. I can see in other posts on the similar question and its all 3rd party solutions. these were a couple of years ago, has Typeform not made an adjustment to the layout options?
Does anyone know if you can have a personal typeform essentially? What we are looking to try is if a customer can input their data in a Typeform, and then we want to have them update it every 6 months or so. We don’t want them to have to send a new blank form for them to just re-type the same info again, so we want to see if there is a way to send them the previous Typeform, this time just asking them if there are any updates to the data...if so they can update, and if not they can skip the question and use the answer they provided last time. This would be ideally across an entire customer base. Any thoughts if this is possible or even practical to implement?
I'm getting the "Your typeform uses one or more features not available in your plan" but it doesn't tell me what feature that is, so I can't rectify it
I’ve been a paying USD 50 a month customer for years on the Plus plan but I’ve just downgraded to the basic plan and now two of my Typeforms have gone offline and I can’t figure out how to get them back online. The issue seems to be that I used to have a redirect on Thank you page feature that’s not part of the Basic Plan. No worries, I’ve removed this, or at least I think I have! The feature has been moved recently it seems so perhaps the system is not recognising that I’ve removed it now. When I go to publish the type forms I’m getting an "Your typeform uses one or more features not available in your plan" message that prevents me from publishing it. This message is not informative and doesn’t tell me what I need to do to enable me to publish the type forms. Therefore, I’m stuck and can’t see how to resolve it.There are no article that I can see in the Help centre that address this issue either. So despite paying Typeform thousands of dollars over the years I can’t talk to anyone about
Hello Community! I'm writing today to offer some clarity about the possible reasons why you may not be able to publish your form. When you get an error message while trying to publish your form, it often means that you're using a feature that isn't included in your current plan. The message would look similar to this one: The solution is simple enough: if you remove that specific feature or upgrade to a plan that includes it, then you'll be able to publish the form! :) The good news is that Typeform will always tell you the reason and the feature that stops you from publishing your form. In case you're still unclear, see below a bit more detail about these: Unlimited questions The free plan offers 10 questions per form. However, the ending and statements count as questions so make sure you count them too. If this is the case, remove the additional questions and you'll be able to publish your form. :) Remove branding The option to remove Typeform Branding is available for Plus plans
Typeform is not allowing me to publish without upgrading. I am not able to turn off the button for Typeform branding, I’m fine without my own branding for now. Let me switch this off and continue on my day. So frustrating, forcing me into being upsold and removing features that were once available on the basic plan. Is this a technical error or some shady practice? I’m not upset over the change in pricing and offerings, I’m upset over not being able to continue on the basic plan and publish the changes of my form without being sent to an upgrade page.--→ Flipping the button to restore typeform branding doesn’t do anything but send me to the page to upgrade my account so I can keep my branding. Can I just choose what I’d like to do pls?

Hey there tf community, i just started a new contract with tf since the employee is gone. So I’m a complete newbie sort of. I just did a tf-Quiz with a couple of multiple choices … as I wanted to test it and publish it … the system told me “This typeform uses features that aren't in your plan”. Alright. I bought a starter licence with monthly payments for 25 Euro in order to test it and probably use it afterwards. As far as I understand my low level features are included in my plan!?When I tried to publish again (since I paid for it) the system told me 2your plan is not the right one to publish this)I have a quiz with 7 multiple choices, a Hello page … and an eMail as a call to action. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for maybe fiting answers?! :-)Yoursdefender
Hey everyone,I have embedded a Typeform into an iframe in an app and at the end, the Typeform stays on the last page. The only way to get back to the start of the Typeform is to swipe the app closed and reopen it. I’ve looked at the End settings and it only seems to allow me to input a URL, but I want to have a button that when pressed jumps back to the start of the form. The only way I’ve found to do this is to add the URL to the Typeform to the button, but it gives me this error message before it jumps to the start (see image) Can anyone tell me if there is a way to Logic jump back to the start please? Thanks!Jeffrey!
