Hi there, On this page, I can read:answers will be kept safely in their browser's local storage, for 15 days My question is: When does the 15 days span start?Does it start the time the respondent start the typeform?Or does it start the last time the respondent loads or edits the form? Thank you for your help!Patrice
HI, I have seen a few similar posts, but none quite the same or helped me solve the issues. I have a simple survey that leads to an ending and has embedded this into my wix site. The survey works fine, but the redirect URL link I have set doesn't do anything when I get to the end. When I test the survey through the Typeform site, it works perfectly and redirects. Just when embedded, it doesn't work anything happens when you click the button. The same applies if I auto-redirect with no button. It doesn't go to the URL. It just stays on the survey. Below is the URL I want to send the leads to after clicking the button on my ending https://www.alchemyblueprints.com/my-story I have a plus plan Thanks Dan
looking for a workaround : wordpress siteflothemes theme pop up code embedded on home page will show a START button but won’t auto launch.the START button is floating over the menu I don’t have many options under EMBED IN A WEBPAGE as I’m only at a Basic level. But it seems a little strange I need to spend another 696 to make a pop up actually pop up. my interact quizzes pop up just fine. I have tried deleting the first page as suggested in this thread: But it didn’t work. If I make a full page for the typeform quiz it works _without the start button_ Any ideas?
Good afternoon, it was announced the change of the parameters of the free plan, however I can't have an outcome quiz with 3 different endings with the logic set between the endings and the answers? However, in the table below it states that I have unlimited use of logic and multiple endings. Can you clarify?
What does response mean in Typeform? Number of individual users responding to a survey, or number of questions answered?
Apologies if I’m missing a really obvious FAQ that answers this question, but I’d love clarity on what respondent means in Typeform. I’m used to using competitor software where response limits = number of individuals who answer the survey. So on the basic plan you could send your survey to 10 people to fill in, no matter how many questions are in the survey. However, I seem to have hit my limit before then, so I’m wondering if each answer to each question is considered a response?!! Meaning one survey of 10 questions answered by one person would use up all the free responses. Also, does Typeform log someone who starts a survey, but never finishes it, as a response (or log their saved, but not submitted answers, as responses)? Thanks to anyone who can help clarify this.
Hi Everyone :) Been digging, searching for an answer on this, but not really finding anything…What I’m trying to do is:*Allow the user to share their results, socially, at the end of the quiz (I give a number result)*Allow the user to share the quiz (if their result sucked haha)Annnnnnnd it’d be amazing to share via more platforms than FB, Twit and Linked (i’d love to remove Linkedin)What I’ve found is:*Typeform only allow users to share the quiz to FB, Twitter & Linkedin*User can’t share their actual end of quiz result*User can’t share to any other platforms beyond the forced FB/T/LIs there a workaround here I’m not finding? Kinda seems weird there isn’t more flexibility around social sharing given the value of social currency, especially with quizzes, etc across social media. More so when the monthly cost is pretty decent. Thanks :) L
I am using the Launch in Email feature and embedding the code in a ConstantContact email. Everything seems to be working, including passing a parameter to a hidden field, but the user’s selected answer to the embedded first question (multiple choice) is not preselected in the form. This means that the user clicks an answer in the email, goes to the form, and then has to click the answer again in the form. There is branching logic based on this first answer if that is relevant.
Hi!It appears that the full-screen embedding feature no longer works on Shopify (maybe due to a Shopify update). I tried following these directions: https://www.typeform.com/help/a/embed-your-typeform-into-your-shopify-site-4409196271252/ however, step 8 is no longer true, as the template code no longer automatically loads in the code editor:(8. The template code will automatically load in the code editor. Paste in your Typeform embed code - here, we’ve done it between the page title and the page content. Click Save once you’re done.)I tried to manually enter the code pictured in the example, but that did not work either. I am wondering if Typeform has updated directions available so that I can utilize the full-screen embedding feature. Thanks in advance for any and all help!
I am on a paid plan and and went to a student plan (still paying but a lesser $$ amount). My form was working fine on my webpage for months but now it shows the following: This Typeform has moved to a new addressHit the button and we’ll redirect you to form.tyoefirm.comCONNTINUE I click the CONTINUE button and it takes me to the right form but it never used to require this extra step. How do I get rid of this so it goes straight the survey?
Hello Community! I'm writing today to offer some clarity about the possible reasons why you may not be able to publish your form. When you get an error message while trying to publish your form, it often means that you're using a feature that isn't included in your current plan. The message would look similar to this one: The solution is simple enough: if you remove that specific feature or upgrade to a plan that includes it, then you'll be able to publish the form! :) The good news is that Typeform will always tell you the reason and the feature that stops you from publishing your form. In case you're still unclear, see below a bit more detail about these: Unlimited questions The free plan offers 10 questions per form. However, the ending and statements count as questions so make sure you count them too. If this is the case, remove the additional questions and you'll be able to publish your form. :) Remove branding The option to remove Typeform Branding is available for Plus plans
This might be a question that is answered somewhere already, but I couldn’t find anything about it.I have now set up a custom subdomain, lets say 123.typeform.comPreviously the forms had the URL form.typeform.com … If I don’t fully customize the URL and change the ID of the form, there are two thing I would need to know:Do all forms that have been embedded into web pages previously still work or do I need to change the HTML embedded code? Are the forms still available under the old URL form.typeform.com/to/….
I'd created a typeform with chatbot style yesterday and it was working normally. Today when I tried to enter and the link isn't working and I was redirected to a blank tab. When I change your style the Typeform is works again. The chatbot style it is disabled? Thanks.
Hi,I posted a type form last week on FB, Twitter and LinkedIn - the meta data pulled through for FB and Twitter, but only the correct image is showing on linkedin. I've tried the post inspector, and the meta data is still showing as incorrect. All of the changes have been published in Typeform over a week ago. Thanks!
