I want to embed a Typeform on my website, Interiors Land, but I’m unsure of the best way to do it so that it displays correctly on both desktop and mobile. I’ve seen different embed options like iframe and popup, but I’m not sure which is recommended for smooth user experience. Can anyone share best practices for embedding Typeform on a website?

I am reusing a typeform from last year and I cannot see the X in the right hand corner so my Patrons can exit the screen. I have tried changing my background color but without success. The X was visible when I used this form originally. What has changed?

I’m currently on the free plan and am an individual planning to relaunch a startup that is preparing for launch.I would like to use a Typeform quiz as part of my email marketing campaign with MailerLite, and for that I need a shareable public URL for the form. I understand that generating a URL may require upgrading to a paid plan.At this stage, I would prefer not to incur any extra monthly cost if possible. Before considering an upgrade, I wanted to clarify:Before upgrading, I wanted to confirm: If I upgrade to a monthly paid plan, will I be able to generate and use the public URL for my form in MailerLite? If I cancel the subscription after one month, will the form or its URL be affected? What happens to a form that uses paid features once the account is downgraded back to the free plan? Hello,I need to set up an auto trigger so that people who have started filling out the forms and have not submitted get a email reminder. The first question is to capture the email. I don't see any option, and also I can’t see the partially completed forms in the backend either (only the stats on how many completed).

Is there a number at which I could reach somebody? I’ve had no replies to my emails to the support address. Thank you. 

Hello,I have created a survey in Typeform that is intended to be a customer satisfaction survey about our company.I now want to share this survey with our customers, but I am unable to do so in a functional way.My goal is to: Upload an Excel file with customer information (name, email, etc.) Send the survey automatically to all listed customers in bulk Be able to identify which customer submitted which response (i.e. see who said what) I have tried different options, including email-related settings and sharing methods, but nothing seems to work. Hi community,we set up a multi-question poll, which is finished now. Unfortunately out of 139 answers only 39 are showing in the results and CSV-export. This only applies for our first question. During the poll, these missing answers were showing.Could there have been a bug in Typeform around early to mid November 2025? Hey team, I'm wondering if it'll be possible to do like an Internet speed test like native within the form within a survey and then create variables after that or even just like a survey question after that, but I don't want them to leave the page. Is that possible?

How do I properly set up Hidden Fields so that when a user clicks a link in my HubSpot/Mailchimp email, their CustomerID is automatically captured in the Typeform results without them having to type it in? I’m building a Typeform that asks businesses about their monthly revenue.I only want to fire the Meta/Facebook pixel if someone selects an answer above a certain revenue threshold (for example: “$50k+/month”).I do not want to block or disqualify people who are below that number. I want everyone to still be able to submit the form.The goal is:• Keep the form open to all• But only send a pixel event to Meta when the user indicates they are above X revenue• So Facebook can learn who my ideal customer isI know how to fire a pixel on full submission, but that’s not what I want.Is there a way to trigger a Meta/Facebook pixel event based on a specific answer choice or condition, while still allowing all other submissions?Thanks in advance.

I created a quiz for testing and my coworker created a separate quiz. We realized it would be better as one big test. Is there a way to merge both in typeform

I need to reorder my questions. I know I can do that in the sidebar at left (see pic) but it’s too small to easily navigate through. Can I see them all in the main screen somehow?  I also need to change all their response types to opinion scale 1-5. Can I do that in bulk? Thanks. 

Can someone please respond to my email regarding billing for VideoAsk?My initial inquiry was replied to by an agent named Precious asking why I was cancelling. I listed all the reasons, and then - silence. It’s been weeks and no reply. I have replied 5+ times and no response. Now today, I get a bounce back saying the support email address is no longer active for Videoask, yet when you login to the website and click support button it just links to the obsolete email address.If you’re no longer supporting this product, please be forthright about it. I wish I never signed up.

Hi everyone — I’m hoping for some guidance on a scoring issue I can’t seem to resolve.I’m building a score-based assessment (Likert scale, 1–5 per question). The goal is to display the total score on the final End Screen using {{score}}.Here’s what I’ve already done: All questions have numeric values assigned (1–5) Score quiz is enabled No branching rules are active (I deleted all rules) No outcomes are intentionally set The form flows naturally to a single End Screen The End Screen includes Your Total Score: {{score}} / 125 I’m testing on the published link, not preview However: The score does not calculate {{score}} renders as blank In the Scoring tab, I sometimes still see a banner saying “Outcome quiz is already set up”, even after duplicating the form and removing logic My questions: Is there a known issue where Outcome Quiz logic persists even after deletion? Is there a definitive way to fully reset a form from Outcome mode to Score mode? Can {{score}} fail to
