Hello everyone. I am looking to create a self-assessment for our clients to complete that will assess their levels of vitality (energy, motivation, sleep etc). They are busy execs so i want the results to be sent straight to their email so they can review them in their own time. The issue i have is this assessment is split up into three domains -OWN, SUSTAIN, RECOVER - with about 5 questions falling under each area. I’d like the end results that are emailed to them to show how they score under each of these domains so they know which one they should focus their energy on. How do i create a self-assessment hwere the results show an overarching score for each domain as well as high level insights. Thank you Danae 

Last year, we built 2 VideoAsk ‘apps’ (one for summer only and one for year round classes). After they were built, we ran through a relatively simple process that created the google sheets to receive the VideoAsk responses. We built google app script to sort, clean, and order the 154 possible responses (per app ‘session’) so we could make the responses actionable for our staff.We turned the summer app off at the end of summer and left the year round app continue - it’s still working today. When we turned on the Summer app again this year, it will no longer connect to google sheets… we have to go through Zapier now and that has NOT been useful. We attempted creating a new sheet and workbook but nothing has worked to date. We have tried to use Zapier, using the documentation about moving ‘special variables’, but it does not work. And, Zapier doesn’t appear to be able to read the 154 questions for me to create 154 special variables.  I can not find documentation to explain a way to simply

I can’t believe how hard it is to create the logic needed to obtain the results of an assessment I’ve been creating. I have literally spent all day on one assessment and I’m still struggling. Why, given how much this costs is it so complicated with no one to ask other than this community for help? 

Hi everyone, I have read through the threads, but my question is somehow not answered. I have integrated my typeform forms on my website with the CMS “Contao”. I just inserted the code and it works great. But: Unfortunately, my Typeform forms always only display “directly via unknown source”. The website is linked to Hubspot and Google Analytics. The source in Hubspot is displayed via other forms on the page. My Typeform forms are also linked to Hubspot and Google Analytics and I have set the sliders for “Form settings” and “Tracking” to “on” (Utm_source, Utm_medium) etc. today. Can you help me? I have my typeform set to automatically send respondents their answers once they are finished.I want them to see a copy of all answers submitted, but not their score. When I input @ All Answers recall command in the body of the email, it adds their score to the bottom of the summarized responses. I do not want the score included. How can I work around this?

I'm running into an issue where my integrations are still receiving "Partial Responses" even though I have completely disabled that feature in my form settings.Has anyone else faced this bug or knows a workaround to stop Typeform from sending incomplete submission data to webhooks? Hi Typeform team, We are experiencing an issue with how our Typeform displays inside our classroom environment. If we open the Typeform directly (not through BrightEdge), it still opens inside the classroom interface. As a result, users encounter the same display issue regardless of how the form is accessed. Because of this, we need a fully device-responsive Typeform that can adapt properly to any screen size and container, especially when embedded or opened within another platform’s classroom view. Could you please advise:  How Typeform handles responsiveness inside embedded environments? But we do not see them in GA. How can we fix it?

I’m getting email notifications every time someone starts a Videoask and inputs their contact details. I only want to get email notifications when someone completes the whole thing successfully. How do I do this?

This is a development/continuation of a question I asked some months ago. Previously, I asked about comparing variables, and with valuable help from ​@john.desborough I resolved it. “I created another variable (balance) that takes its value from the figure for income. Then I added the figure for expenses to the surplus variable, subtracted the surplus value from the balance and compared income to balance. This allows the comparison to be made leaving the income figure intact.”That calculation was to determine whether income is greater (by a factor) than expenses. Now I’d like to add another calculation that determines whether expenses are more than income. I have tried to follow the same pattern creating another variable, ‘deficit’,Add expenses to deficit Subtract income from deficit Query whether deficit > 0However, putting both calculations in the same questions ends in a mess. I can’t work out how to put two calculations, with two outcomes into the same question. When I put test 

Today I changed the order of asking for name and e-mail to right before results rather than at beginning. But now when i go to results I can only see todays and the others are not visible anymore?? 

Hello,I am creating a module in Hubspot and in the module I embed a Typeform as a pop up. However, when I am going to Hubspot, it doesn’t track the utm_source. Hi everyone,For about a week now, some of my clients have stopped receiving notification emails from their Typeforms.I contacted support and was told this is a known issue that’s currently being worked on. However, I haven’t received any further updates and haven’t been able to get a response via chat.Since I manage multiple client accounts, I’m concerned this might be affecting more forms than we’re currently aware of.Is anyone else experiencing issues with notification emails not being delivered?And if so, have you found a temporary workaround?Thanks in advance!

Currently, the responses in videoask.com aren't timed, and I want to enhance the user experience by implementing a timer overlay. So basically, once a user clicks on record button and once they have recorded it - the user doesn’t get a chance to again record it. As if it the each questions in my videoask are timed for 2 minutes and once a user clicks record and it the 2 minute timer has been passed the recording is saved and the user is directed to the next question.

I’m building a Typeform that asks businesses about their monthly revenue.I only want to fire the Meta/Facebook pixel if someone selects an answer above a certain revenue threshold (for example: “$50k+/month”).I do not want to block or disqualify people who are below that number. I want everyone to still be able to submit the form.The goal is:• Keep the form open to all• But only send a pixel event to Meta when the user indicates they are above X revenue• So Facebook can learn who my ideal customer isI know how to fire a pixel on full submission, but that’s not what I want.Is there a way to trigger a Meta/Facebook pixel event based on a specific answer choice or condition, while still allowing all other submissions?Thanks in advance.

Hi. I'd like to ask a multi-select, multiple choice Q, and then follow it up with a ranking question that includes only the answer options selected in the first question. For example, if the user selects answer options A, C and E in Q1, they'd be asked to rank A, C and E in Q2 (but they would *not* see answer options B and D in Q2, because they didn’t select them in Q1). Is this possible?

Hello! I currently have Typeform responses being pushed to Go High Level (our CRM) through Zapier. I've tried disabling it through OneTrust (a cookie manager), but it still appears even after disabling it.I understand that the Typeform form is inside an iframe and loads its own code, where OneTrust detects cookies and displays the banner.I need to disable cookies in Typeform. Could you help me?
