Hi all! I’m trying to better understand how the geo information (longitude and latitude) provided by Typeform is being captured, when it’s available and when it isn’t, and how reliable it’s to determine the responder’s location. I couldn’t find any help article on this topic, so figured I will ask the community.  Any response will be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance

👋 Question for the Typeform community: If you use AI translation and then make some manual edits, what happens if you run the AI translation again after adding a new page? 👉 Does it overwrite your previous edits or only translate the new content? How do you handle this on your side to avoid losing your changes? 👀

I built a typeform with 6 possible endings based on answers you give. Based on the ending you got, I also want you to recieve a custom email sequence sent from my Kajabi.So I went and built a Zap with 6 branches, conditioned to trigger when your outcome title contains a certain word. Problem is, Zapier cannot identify that outcome title. What it does instead, is that it only reads the Outcome Title that appears after my last test submission. So, for example, if the outcome title from my last submission is “Apple”, it only goes through with the branch that has that end card, and the others fail. If I then submit another form that gives me the outcome “Pear”, then that branch work while the “Apple” one and the other 4 don’t. Please help  

On our form, questions groups buttons are jumping to the ending screen. There is no logic tied to the question group jumping to the ending. This issue started today. Is anyone else experiencing any issues with logic today? We have not made changes to the form in a few days.. 

Question is simple... Why is it ON on paid plan? Why do I have to turn it off now every time I duplicate form? We have over 500 forms and it starts getting annoying… That option should be completely GONE.  Paid plan. Can’t edit name.

Hello 👋I’m having an issue with Typeform and I’m not sure what’s going on.When I’m building my questionnaire (in the “Create” tab), I can’t see any recorded responses. However, when I test the form, I can see the responses displayed at the end.Is it normal not to see anything on the builder side? Can responses disappear or not be saved depending on how the form is tested?Thanks in advance for your help 🙏v 

Hi everyone 👋I’m currently building a Typeform with fairly detailed descriptions for each question, and I was wondering if it’s possible to customize the layout of the answers.👉 Is it possible to display the answer choices to the right of the description (instead of below)?👉 Or is there an alternative layout/view that allows for a more horizontal or compact design?The goal is to improve readability when there’s a lot of text and visuals.Thanks in advance for your help! 

Hi Typeform Community,We've been experiencing an issue where our Typeform webhook in production keeps getting automatically disabled, and we're trying to understand if this is a known Typeform behaviour or something on our end.Here's what we've observedOur webhook was disabled at some point last Friday and remained disabled until this Monday. - When we manually re-enabled it, it got disabled again within ~10 minutes. We also noticed the following error in our backend logs: "The typeform hidden field formid is not a correctly formatted number" - Our backend API endpoint is functioning correctly — manual test submissions are returning OK responses. - The issue affected multiple regionsWould need some help in answering the below Does Typeform automatically disable webhooks under certain conditions (e.g. repeated delivery failures, errors in hidden fields)? Could the "formid is not a correctly formatted number" error cause the webhook to be auto-disabled? Is there a way to prevent this fro

Hello Typeform community, I’m currently using image-based answer choices and was wondering if it’s possible to freely move the answer choices around on the page. I’m not referring to changing their order within the grid, but rather being able to position each image anywhere on the screen (for example, placing them in different areas for a more custom layout). Is this kind of flexible positioning possible in Typeform, or is it a limitation of the tool? Thanks in advance for your help 🙂

Hi guys, 2 years ago, I asked the Typeform team whether it’s possible to duplicate all the notification settings (e.g. notify myself) when duplicating a form within the same workspace. Does anyone know if this is still on the roadmap?   

Hello! It seems that a scored questions can only lead to different Endings. For example, total score of 1-5 to Ending 1, total score 6-10 leading to Ending 2, total score 11-15 leading to Ending 3. I would like different total scores from a group of questions to lead to different additional questions. So, in this case, total scores of 1-5 lead to Additional Question 1, total scores 6-10 leading to Additional Question 2, total scores 11-15 leading to Additional Question 3.  Is this possible?

HiI’m trying to use ‘clarify with AI’ to ensure answers to my open ended question are specific enough.However, results are under expectations.Here is my use case : I would like to ask parents which languages are spoken at home. I need them to give specific answers like “moroccan arabic” not just arabic.I tried several wordings for the question (given examples of ouputs) but follow-up questions generated by AI do not correspond to my needs. They focus on HOW the parent uses languages with their child at home, and not WHICH specific languages are spoken. I’m wondering if there is another way to add context to the prompt (like hidden context, invisible to respondants).Thank you for your help.Best,Marion

Hello, I’m new to this forum and to Typeform. I noticed that when filling in my form on a mobile phone, sometimes swiping up/down can result in the Typeform proceeding or going back to the next/previous question, automatically. Also, when you click an answer, it automatically jumps to the next question, so that makes the “OK”-button redundant.  Is there a way in which you can manually choose between the automatic proceeding and the proceeding upon clicking the OK-button? Thanks,  Mieke

Hi there,I have a technical question regarding the native Google Sheets integration.I have added Partial Submit Points to my form. I would like to confirm if, when a lead passes one of these points but does not complete the entire form (i.e., they drop off before the final Submit button), their partial data is still automatically sent and recorded in the connected Google Sheet.Additionally, if the user later decides to finish the form, will the existing row in Google Sheets be automatically updated with the remaining answers?Thank you for your help.Marco

I would like our customer (who receives a barcode with a unique serial number) to be able to scan that barcode via their phone camera and that it open my Typeform form and the Serial # be auto-populated in a field without them having to type it manually. Is this possible?

Last year, we built 2 VideoAsk ‘apps’ (one for summer only and one for year round classes). After they were built, we ran through a relatively simple process that created the google sheets to receive the VideoAsk responses. We built google app script to sort, clean, and order the 154 possible responses (per app ‘session’) so we could make the responses actionable for our staff.We turned the summer app off at the end of summer and left the year round app continue - it’s still working today. When we turned on the Summer app again this year, it will no longer connect to google sheets… we have to go through Zapier now and that has NOT been useful. We attempted creating a new sheet and workbook but nothing has worked to date. We have tried to use Zapier, using the documentation about moving ‘special variables’, but it does not work. And, Zapier doesn’t appear to be able to read the 154 questions for me to create 154 special variables.  I can not find documentation to explain a way to simply

I have followed instructions from previous community posts, but have not been able to pass through source/medium parameters from GA4 into typeform. Currently our typeform submits are showing in GA4 as self-referral. I would love to get it to a place where we can see source/medium data from where users are arriving at the site. When I took a look in developer tools it looks like we are getting an error that the shareGAinstance feature is not finding the Google Analytics object. We have our GA4 measurement ID set up through GTM, which could be causing an issue. I am seeing the cookie pass through the client ID and measurement ID.   We also have hidden fields defined for passing through UTM parameters to hubspot, which could be conflicting.  Would it help if we defined the GA4 measurement ID in the share-GA instance or is there other areas in set up where we’ve failed. We are receiving several anonymous responses. How do I eliminate anonymous responses / inquiries, and require a potential client to input their contact info?

I contacted support four days ago and nothing.  I am testing the  platform.  We watched the video and entered our contact information but the test email did not show up in the interactions area for Videoask. We have used this test email several times.Would that prevent Videoask from recording the interaction with this test email.Does anyone know the answer?  I am really disappointed I can’t get any help from Typeform.

I’m trying to record the GCLID value from the URL into a hidden field of a typeform. Hello,I would like to install a single “standard” typeform on +50 pages of a site. I need to have for each response on typeform, the url from which the user filled in.I asked support, but my understanding is that you can only enter hidden fields manually (so I would have to create +50 typeforms, 1 for each page). I wanted to understand if there is a way to transmit the entire URL from which the user fills in (not just the UTM)Thanks

Hi Typeform team, We are experiencing an issue with how our Typeform displays inside our classroom environment. If we open the Typeform directly (not through BrightEdge), it still opens inside the classroom interface. As a result, users encounter the same display issue regardless of how the form is accessed. Because of this, we need a fully device-responsive Typeform that can adapt properly to any screen size and container, especially when embedded or opened within another platform’s classroom view. Could you please advise:  How Typeform handles responsiveness inside embedded environments? Hi,  Hope someone can help answering the following questions about the possibilities in Typeform-I am looking for a tool that can be used to find which style (variable) the respondent has, in order to offer the correct online course based on the result from the survey. I have an online course for each style in my programme. I don`t want the style to show for the respondent, but each answer (one per style) will collect the style/variable chosen and then indicate which style based on the tag of variables. Can I add a tag with a variable per answer, for each question in the survey? Is it possible to show a graphical presentation of the result, showing which style/variable got most hits, based on the answers, but also show the result for the other 5 variables (percentage..?)?

Hi everyone, I have read through the threads, but my question is somehow not answered. I have integrated my typeform forms on my website with the CMS “Contao”. I just inserted the code and it works great. But: Unfortunately, my Typeform forms always only display “directly via unknown source”. The website is linked to Hubspot and Google Analytics. The source in Hubspot is displayed via other forms on the page. My Typeform forms are also linked to Hubspot and Google Analytics and I have set the sliders for “Form settings” and “Tracking” to “on” (Utm_source, Utm_medium) etc. today. Can you help me?
