Hello! (Using Plus plan)We I have created an ending slide with a thank you message at the end of the survey, however in preview, the last slide is being replaced with a branded default slide. In the articles posted online, it says there should be a settings section to change this but it does not appear to be there.How can we override the branded screen to end on our own message.Have tried to lodge a ticket with support but the page won’t load.

Hi!I added a redirect link to the End slide. The button is correctly working on mobile - when I click it it opens the link.But on the desktop it works only if I click enter. How to make it work by the button click? Its not intuitive that you need to click Enter 

I tried to insert the utm parametres but Typeform doesn’t read it. Can you explain me how can I fix this? Hi everyone,I’ve been exploring ways to improve customer booking experiences using Typeform for local service businesses. While researching the Best Carpet Cleaner Brisbane options, I noticed how conversational forms can make quote requests and feedback collection much smoother for customers.We recently looked at workflows used by Austech Carpet Cleaning, and it gave me ideas for using Typeform to simplify appointment requests and post-service surveys.Has anyone here built service booking or customer feedback flows with Typeform? Would love to hear your suggestions and best practices.

I’ve looked through the forum and do not see a solution to turn off auto-advance. Does anyone know if this has been solved or if there is a work around? I want the respondent to have the opportunity to review their answer before moving on to the next question. 

On a multi question page, based on the response of a question (Yes/No), I need to ask subsequent questions. Ideally would want the subsequent question to display only based on the response - if not, then at least the subsequent relevant question should be mandatory. For e.g.:Q1) Have you completed the declaration? → Yes/No If response is Yes - Q1.a: When was it completed? _______ If response is No - Q1.b: Reason for not completing?________Q1.a or Q1.b is mandatory. Is something like this possible?

Is anyone else having issues exporting results today? 

We use the typeforms embed on our domain. Most of them, but not all. Some only on typeforms own domains assigned to us. When I check where the TypeformSubmit event happens, it does ONLY on typeform domains, but not on our own.  Since I’m running an A/B test on our site, I can’t check the form submission rate on GA4, because it just doesn’t happen for the segments that are visiting our domains. It says No data for this combination of segments. What type of problem is this?  

I’m integrating Typeform with a custom API using webhooks, but I’m facing an inconsistent issue where some form submissions are delivered correctly while others never reach my server. The form itself works perfectly and all responses appear inside Typeform, but the webhook delivery seems unreliable. I already confirmed that my endpoint is public, uses HTTPS correctly, and returns a 200 response almost instantly.I tested the same endpoint with Postman and other webhook testing tools, and everything works normally outside of Typeform. However, during real submissions Typeform sometimes reports timeout or failed delivery errors even though my server logs show very low response times. I also recreated the webhook configuration and simplified the payload handling logic, but the problem still appears randomly.Another issue is that duplicate webhook events are occasionally being sent for the same response ID, causing duplicate entries in my database automation workflow. I have set up my typeform for customers to buy tickets for different events with different cost. The logic is set up and works perfect. I’m connected to Stripe. As they go through my form at the end it shows their total price and they have the option to pay by credit card or charge their account with us. When I go to the Results page it shows which options they choose (what event and how many tickets) but there isn’t a column for price (that calculates the total price). Their option is to pay by credit card and it charges their card the right amount but it doesn’t show how much each person was charged on the Results page. How do I get this information?I did create a content quote page saying “Your total is @price” and it shows it to our customer but again, nothing shows on the Results page. 

How do I change my community name and how do I know how I got in typeform in the first place?? Like who sent me the link

Hi there I’m encountering a reoccurring issue with my Typeform - Airtable integration.I successfully managed to set up my Typeform - Airtable integration which works perfectly at pulling the data from the Typeform into the Airtable, until somehow the integration breaks down. I’m not sure what happens but after a day or so the Typeform information stops coming through. At first, I thought maybe it was because I hadn’t set up the Typeform extension on the Airtable (so it’s communicating both ways) so I set that up too. With that extension I can import new responses that have been missed but unfortunately Airtable doesn’t quite match to some of the data sets in Typeform so it can only import certain data sets and I have to manually match up the rest. My theory is that the integration can only handle so much data coming through at once? Please can someone give advice on how to keep the integration connecting smoothly? Given that we use VideoAsk as both a standalone platform and embed VideoAsk in our Typeforms, we would like to know whether or not VideoAsk shares the same WCAG compliance.We were recently informed that one of our VideoAsks failed to work with JAWS screen reader, so we would like to understand the inherent limitations and workarounds.Thank you!

Hi! I saw that this was asked appx 4 years ago but wasn’t possible then…Is there a way to remove the “ok” or “submit” button when there’s a multiple choice? I feel like it’s redundant since they already select their answer and then have to click that, too (it also covers the text on the screen on mobile on mine).Thanks :)

We use Typeform to collect information from therapy-seekers to then go on and pair then with the right therapist for them. We have recently done some user research and the biggest piece of negative feedback was about the ‘typewriter animation’ because apparently sometimes it’s very slow and so the questions take ages to load. I would like the questions to load instantly but can’t seem to find a way of turning it off. Is this possible? If so, how?

Hi guys, i want the final question to just be the calendly calendar, not a button that links to it.At the moment on mobile all i see is a button ‘Schedule Time’. This is no good for me. On desktop it seems to show the calendar, but not on mobile. Is this not a functionality that TypeForm has?

I’ve spent the last 6 days building a client briefing form on Typeform because, honestly, since it’s one of the most well-known form platforms out there, I assumed I wouldn’t run into major issues with what is basically a very standard use case. The form is for interior design projects, and depending on how many rooms the client needs designed, it can go beyond 100 questions. Nothing absurd, just conditional logic, sections, and text-based questions. After carefully setting up the entire structure and logic flow, I was surprised to discover that the form became EXTREMELY slow. Not “slightly laggy” slow. I mean slow to the point where I would genuinely feel embarrassed sending this briefing to a client because the experience is terrible. Then I searched the forum and discovered that a lot of people already have this exact same issue. I would have absolutely loved to discover that BEFORE spending almost a week building everything. Originally, I was prepared to subscribe to the Basic plan

Does anyone know an alternate way to contact Typeform? I have a billing inquiry and the contact page/submit a form page is not working. 

Hi Typeform Community,I have an issue with the form results, I have a question in the form that is multiselect and mandatory yet in the results it seems like everybody was able to skip it and not responses have been recorded.When i filled out the survey again I realised it recored my responses and test responses but the rest are still empty.How can I get to my data for this one question in particular?Thanks in advance

I have a mundane ranked choice problem with multiple winners. I don’t need typeform to pick the winners, but I would like the group to each rank their choices and I can (arduously) pick the winners manually.Context: My wifes’ college friends are visiting Philadelphia this fall for a few days. Including us, that’s 11 people. There is too much to see and do and too little time. For arguments’ sake.I want them to rank 10 of the activities and I will pick the top 5 in terms of rank choice.At the least, I hope Typeform can just get the survey of 10 choices by individual. At the best, I would like it also to pick the top 5. Is this possible? Is it clear? Thanks, Paul
