I am trying to allow the public to decide a competition winner. However, I can’t find a way to do it using the system that our committee wants to use….To explainQuestion one asks the voter to select one option from 4 possible options. Question two asks the voter to select one option from 4 possible options. Question three asks the voter to select one option from 4 possible options. Question four asks the voter to select one option from 4 possible options. Question five asks the voter to select one option from 4 possible options.All good so far… I can do this, and at the end of these 5 question I have 5 answersWhat I now want to do is to ask the voter to take the responses from those 5 questions, and rank them in order of preference…. I can’t see a way to dynamically generate answer options, by taking their answers from previous questions. Is this possible in type form? Or am I going to need to jump over to proper survey platforms?

For users that choose not to pay more to remove branding, the bar at the bottom on mobile devices covers the bottom question selector. Poor UI. Hi everyone — I’m hoping for some guidance on a scoring issue I can’t seem to resolve.I’m building a score-based assessment (Likert scale, 1–5 per question). The goal is to display the total score on the final End Screen using {{score}}.Here’s what I’ve already done: All questions have numeric values assigned (1–5) Score quiz is enabled No branching rules are active (I deleted all rules) No outcomes are intentionally set The form flows naturally to a single End Screen The End Screen includes Your Total Score: {{score}} / 125 I’m testing on the published link, not preview However: The score does not calculate {{score}} renders as blank In the Scoring tab, I sometimes still see a banner saying “Outcome quiz is already set up”, even after duplicating the form and removing logic My questions: Is there a known issue where Outcome Quiz logic persists even after deletion? Hello team,I’ve built a Typeform and embedded it as a popover on my website.Now the problem is that it takes a lot of time (3-4 seconds) to load the form once a user clicks on the popover. I checked with my internet, and it is fine.Can someone help with any optimisations that can reduce this loading time? I’ve been trying to reach out for support, and nothing works. I get this error whenever I click on Submit a request. There is no human support in chatbot as well nor there is an email address to reach out to. Please look into it as it will deteriorate customer trust if there is no way to reach out to support.

Hello Typeform team and community,I am trying to transfer ownership of my Typeform account to my professional email, but I get an error saying that this email is already associated with an account. Here’s the situation: I started creating an account with this email, set a password, but never completed the email verification. As a result, a “ghost” or incomplete account exists in Typeform’s system. I cannot log in, reset the password, or access this account, yet the email is blocking the ownership transfer.I cannot use another email address because this is my official professional email, and I need it to be the account owner.Could someone from Typeform or the community help me? Ideally, the ghost/incomplete account associated with this email would need to be deleted so that I can complete the ownership transfer.Thank you very much for your help!

Hi everyone,I’m on a Typeform Business plan and I regularly use the AI translation feature.After several uses, I sometimes get the following error message:“Translation file too big – We were unable to complete your AI translation due to a large file size. You'll need to reduce the size of your form and try again.”What’s confusing is that: the form content hasn’t changed, and the next day the translation often works again without any issue, with the exact same form. 👉 Is this expected behavior related to a temporary AI quota or usage limit (daily/monthly)?👉 Is this limit based on overall AI usage rather than the actual form size?👉 Is there any way to track or view AI usage on a Business account?Thanks in advance for your help 🙏

Hello Typeform Community,I’m currently setting up a form for an invitation to join our Beta Program, and I’m testing the email notification feature to send a confirmation email to responders who agree to become Beta Testers. The email will include a list of instructions and a URL to access the program.However, I encountered an issue when trying to pass a field value as part of the URL path. I learned that Typeform can only pass field values as URL parameters, but I need to include this value in the path/slug of the URL to make the URL dynamic.Is there a way to pass a field value as a URL path in the email notification, or is there any workaround that could help achieve this? Hello everyone,When trying to connect my Zapier to TypeForm, some of the forms of my organization are missing in the wizard. I can see all the forms I create but only some of the others.I guess it’s a question of ownership. Any help? 

I want to use my typeform via SDK in typescript. But it says Sorry, you can't access this typeform until its creator says so. How do I make my form public and use it in my projects? Could that be done with the free plan?

I have successfully trialled the form builder and have created and submitted a form.  I am now testing the whole process before I sign up to the monthly paid plan.  We want to use the form as a credit application form. We therefore need a copy of the form fields to be attached to the email so we can save a copy in our ERP system.  Is that possible?  I’ve looked and looked and can’t work out how to do this. Thanks

I took the Typeform Business plan for translations. I had everything translated by AI and everything is fine, but when I open my questionnaire it doesn’t ask which language we want. Even though I unchecked the ‘Automatically translate to match browser language’ option.

Hello,When I attempt to configure my connection to my Notion account I do not see all my choices in the drop down. If I perform a search I do not find my databases either. How can I resolve this or am I missing the key to mapping?It seems to only show some of the databases from the Team HQ.Thanks!  

Hi there, I have a one question survey that I then like to have show responses to within the embed frame. If someone could explain it like I’m a 5 year old that would be great.

This keeps popping up on my screen forcing me to constantly refresh the page.  Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix the issue? 

I was interested in using Typeform to collect survey data from youth. Because we’ve done this same survey in the past, we know that respondents often have to split up the survey completion over a couple of days. Is there a way to create an individualized link for each respondent so that, when they click on it, they will be returned to where they left off? I should note that multiple respondents will be using the same devices to take the survey. 

Hello thereI’ve built a fun quiz for my team for a Christmas Party and there is one sticking point.  Is there a way to go from a statement which tells the player their score to the Ending without losing the Button text? I’ve typed in various Christmassy phrases to match the performance of the player in three slides and the Preview only states ‘What’s my Score?’ for each one when I test it.  Is there a way around this?  I’ve tried to add an extra slide, to bridge the gap between the scoring and the Ending, and adjust the Branching but then that Button says ‘What’s my Score?’!I tried to amend the Branching through the AI Chat but it changed key parts of my quiz which I wasn’t happy with.It’s worth noting that I’m using the free part of Typeform and am not paying for the more complex services, as this is just a one-off use for fun.Any tips would be gratefully received! Sarah 

I’m experiencing an issue with my form responses.I initially collected responses during a small event while using the free version. At that time, I could only view the first 10 responses, although the dashboard indicated there were 34 responses in total.After upgrading my account, I’m still unable to access all responses. I’ve also tried filtering the results by “Response type: Partial” on the results page, but this did not resolve the issue.I’ve attached screenshots of the dashboard, the filter settings, and the responses page for reference.     

When I duplicate one of our client-facing Typeform questionnaires, to make subtle language or order changes, it would be much easier and faster if there was a ‘list’ mode or some way to easily view or export the question text. In the full content view with images and a list on the left that can’t be horizontally expanded (showing only a short text excerpt), it’s not possible to look at the questionnaire contextually as a whole. It’s a great tool and we have a wonderful designer that’s making a lot of its capability, but as a writer there should be a way to zoom out and look at it as a complete piece of content we’re presenting to our clients.The only viable suggestion I’ve seen is to manually go through question-by-question and cut and paste the text into a doc. For a platform at this level of maturity and sophistication, it seems odd to not have an “export Typeform as text” function.
