Typeform Love program ❤️Community Love

It’s my pleasure to introduce our Typeform Love program to the community! What is Typeform Love?Typeform Love is about showing appreciation towards our most active community members. We really want to thank and give back to those who regularly contribute to our community and create awesome content!  Who is eligible for getting Typeform Love?Any member of the Typeform and VideoAsk Community (regardless of what plan they are on) that contributes to the Community (community.typeform.com) on a regular basis and/or takes part in our inspirational content (webinars, case studies, etc).  How do we know who are the most active members? The community platform back end gives us a very accurate view of who the most active members are on a monthly basis: views, posts, answers provided, likes, etc. We’ll use those reports to understand who we should send our Love to. Note: when we say activity we mean ‘meaningful activity’. Typeform’s Global Year End Break: December 23rd - January 1st 🌎

Hi Community,This year we are introducing an end of year break for the Typeform team to give everyone a chance to relax, unwind and enjoy the holiday season. This Global end of year break will allow the whole company to collectively take some time off, recharge creative batteries and feel refreshed and ready for the new year and all the exciting things we have planned to deliver to you in 2025. This break will take place between December 23rd 2024 and January 1st 2025. What does this mean for you? During this week of rest we will be operating with reduced staff, but will continue to provide support for any urgent issues. You can continue to submit your questions to our Typeform support team via this link. Typeform email support will be available during this period. However, live chat will be offline from December 22nd - January 5th.  VideoAsk and Formless support will be available at a reduced capacity. Upcoming Downtime Alert! Enhanced Chat Experience October 1st

An enhanced support experience is coming your way!  On Tuesday the 1st of October at 15:00 CET, we’ll be performing a scheduled maintenance to upgrade our Live Chat services which will last about 2 hours and 30 min.  We’re making it easier for you to contact our live support team (if your plan supports live chat) or ask our handy bot questions about using Typeform. After Tuesday, you’ll be able to contact our support team via live chat through the link in your settings like this:    During the change window, users are not able to contact us via Live Chat. However, our Support Team is standing by to help you via email through our Contact Support Form.  We will be closely monitoring our systems and share further updates in the Community and on our status page if needed. Should you see some errors, latency or impact of any kind regarding Live/Bot Chat services, after the change window, feel free to reach out to us at the above mentioned form.

Hey Community 👋 Recently the Typeform team have been working on a project to revamp the Template Gallery and provide even more easy-to-use typeforms to help and inspire our lovely customers. The new look gallery is now LIVE with 42 different forms to choose from! 🎉 You can search by roles, goals or form type 🔎 So you could be a marketer looking to create a lead generation form  A product manager hoping to gather some feedback  Or an HR team wanting to run a company survey  We’ve got plenty of forms, surveys and quizzes to kickstart your Typeform journey and we’ll be continuing to add to the gallery over the coming months!  Do you find it easier to start from a template? New product announcement! The future of forms is...formless ✨News

Hey Typeform Community 👋 I just wanted to pop by with a quick but exciting update on a new product from Typeform, which we're releasing into private today –  formless Back when I co-founded Typeform in 2012 our vision was to reshape forms. Instead of resembling mundane laundry lists of questions, we wanted them to feel like engaging, real-life conversations (just like in the 80s movie “War Games”). 🗞️ June Community Roundup ☀️

Typeformers, how are we already in July?! I’m not ready to be a third of the way through summer. Time has been flying thanks to our product team dropping features like it’s hot. Hopefully you’re all taking some time off this summer to enjoy the weather, but if you’re not, read on for what’s been happening at Typeform in the last month! Let’s dive right in to the numbers.  Since June, we’ve had 761 new members join, bringing us to a total of 25,467 users. 106 of you were VideoAsk users - yay!    192 conversations were started, handing out 676 likes along with it.     90,038 visitors stopped by the community and 41,657 of those were unique views.    74.52% of questions were answered - yay for answers!  Here are some of the highlights from last month:  @Grace  kicked things off and shared a lovely example of how you can use VideoAsk for event planning. 🗞️ May Community Roundup

Summer is here! And so is another month passed in the community. As I write these, we’re a few members shy from reaching 25,000, so pat yourselves all on the back for being part of this corner of the internet! We've hit 25K members! Here are 25 use cases that blew our minds 🤯Community news

Hey folks, In case you haven't seen the big news yet – we've just smashed past the 25,000 community members mark 🚀🤩🥳 This is an incredible feat, especially given that the Typeform Community only went live a couple of years ago. Happy 2nd birthday to the Typeform Community 🎂Celebration

Has it really been two years?
