July Community Roundup ⛱️Roundup

It’s not only been a scorcher in some parts of the world, but also here in the Community!  🌞 If you’re not going through a heatwave (I’m very jealous of you) you can still experience the heat of some of our new releases from the last month! The product teams have been doing a fantastic job of releasing all sorts of new features that have been requested by all of you out there building typeforms and videoasks during the day and having your siestas in the afternoon 😴 Anywho, enough with the summer references. Let’s get right to it!  Since June, we’ve had 798 new folks join the community, bringing us to a total of 16,883 members. 103 of you were VideoAsk users!    229 conversations were started, with 1475 likes handed out     30,075 visitors stopped by the community. June Community Roundup 🌞

 Summer is finally here! There may be heat waves across the world, but you’ve all been heatin’ up your forms by asking plenty of questions in the community. You’ve posted some tricky issues, like this one, and shared how creative you're getting. It’s been a joy to see some of you using both Typeform and VideoAsk to grow your businesses, so let’s keep the summer fun rolling into next month! In the meantime, let’s dive into the numbers from last month.  Since June, we’ve had 951 new folks join the community, bringing us to a total of 16,104 members. 193 of you were VideoAsk users - yay! That’s almost twice as many new VideoAsk folks here. Hello, community folks! If you’re an active user of our embedding features, we want to hear from you! Likewise, if you’ve thought about embedding your typeforms and decided not to, we'd also love to know why.  Our product team would like to know more about what embed types you’re using and why, any pains or frustrations with the embed process, and why you’re not using certain embed features we offer.  If selected, you’ll speak face-to-face with our product managers for no longer than 30 minutes via Zoom. Be sure you’re ready to chat with your video on! This research will help our product team know what features to build next with embedding and improve existing ones.  Fill out this form here to express your interest in sharing your feedback. We're 10,000 community members ​​🚀News

Congratulations folks 🎊10,000 is just a number, but it gives us the perfect excuse to pause and reflect on all the amazing moments and the hard work we’ve put in this year. Community growth isn’t about adding more members - although that’s always a good sign!. April Community Roundup 🌸

The weather was gloomy for many of us around the world in April, but our new features weren’t! This month, for example, we welcomed a brand new eCommerce integration, Square and some fancy updates to our logic map. Let’s dive into the numbers from last month.  Since April, we’ve had 880 new members join, bringing us to a total of 14,270 users. 64 of you were VideoAsk users - yay!    217 conversations were started, handing out 1963 likes along with it.     72,765 visitors stopped by the community and 29,504 of those were unique views.    64.80% of questions were answered - yay for answers! Here are some of the highlights from last month:  Grace is still releasing VideoAsk-related content like none other. March Community Roundup 🍀Roundup

March was the month of feature enhancements, updating everything from the Calendly app to the Results panel. While we were updating different areas of the product, we welcomed more conversations from VideoAsk users, hosted webinars, and witnessed some epic Typeform building from all of you! 2022 is shaping up to be a busy year, so let’s dive right into the numbers from last month.  Since March, we’ve had 1217 new members join, bringing us to a total of 13,392 users. 200 of you were VideoAsk users - yay!    286 conversations were started, handing out 2224 likes along with it.     84,383 visitors stopped by the community and 33,705 of those were unique views.    76.25% of questions were answered - yay for answers! Here are some of the highlights from last month:  We’ve been rolling out the VideoAsk content! February Community Roundup ❤️

Just when I thought January flew by, so did February! We must be off to a great start this year with VideoAsk creators officially joining the community. If you haven’t given VideoAsk a try or don’t know where to start with it, now’s your chance! Ask around to see what folks are using the product for or drop a link to your form to share inspiration for others! And with that good news, on with the good stuff! Since February 2022 we have had 896 new members join, and we’re currently at a total of 12, 176 creators – many of whom are VideoAsk creators    235 conversations were started by our members and 1026 likes were handed out.    69,316 visitors stopped by the community and 26,656 of those were unique views.    81.28% of questions had an answer - yay!  Here are some of the highlights from last month:  The biggest highlight in February was opening our doors to the VideoAsk community. Typeform + VideoAsk upcoming community changescommunity news

Hello amigo@s, I want to give you all a quick update regarding upcoming changes to the community content structure.As some of you may know, we’ll soon be welcoming VideoAsk creators to our community. This means amongst other things: Ability to sign up to the community with both Typeform and VideoAsk accounts (enabled already) Look and feel improvements (enabled already). Community categories to be structured by product. (coming soon). Updates to navigation menu (coming soon). Looking for Square Online Beta Testers!

Many of you have been asking for other eCommerce integrations with Typeform… so for 2022, we’re happy to announce our next upcoming eCommerce integration: Square Online! The app will enable Square Online merchants to: Embed typeforms in their Square Online eCommerce sites Create new leads in their Square CRM from Typeform responses Create product recommendation quizzes for their customers  Before our product team launches the Square app within Typeform, they’d love to have a few of you test out the integration to gather your feedback. Not a Square customer? That’s fine, we’re happy to bring you along for the journey if you have an interest in setting up a Square Online store and connecting with your Typeform account. Be one of the first to give Square + Typeform a go by filling out this form here.  Any questions? January Community Roundup ☃️Roundup

Does anyone know where January went? I don’t! January flew by, and we’re already a month into the year. It seems like many of you came back from the holiday season ready to start off this year with a bang, diving right into your forms and finding all the use cases for them! This month we welcomed Grace to the Community team, who comes from VideoAsk support and now will be creating plenty of wonderful content for you to make even better use of your VideoAsk accounts. If you have a form you’d like to show-off, drop it in the comments here! On that note, on with the good stuff!  Since December 2021 we have had 1586 new members join, and we’re currently at a total of 11,287 creators. How to sign up to the Community

 You can now sign up to the Community through your Typeform or VideoAsk account! If you’re already a community member you’ll spot the difference next time you log in to your account (make sure you continue to log in the same way you always do  )VideoAsk users will now be able to join the community without needing to have a Typeform account too, just log in with your VideoAsk account and create your user name to join!Keep an eye out for more changes coming in the Community as we begin to invite VideoAsk customers to join us…

Bye 2021, hello 2022! 💫

Hello my friends! The holiday season is here and I couldn't be more excited about it! It's time to reflect on 2021 and think of goals for 2022. 2021 was very important to Typeform. Our Community is one of the highlights of this year, so we'd like to thank you for that! Thank you for bringing so much knowledge, insights and empathy to our Community. We hope that, together, we can achieve even more next year! The highlight of 2021 for me was joining the Typeform family! I've learned so much here and I can't wait to learn more with you next year.
