[ CLOSED ] Feedback Wanted: Partial Responses Feature

We’ve closed the form for collecting feedback. Thanks to all who participated! I know you have ALL been waiting for one feature in particular…collecting partial responses. If your respondent starts the form but leaves before submitting, their data isn’t saved to your Results panel. Our product team is looking to capture that information so you don’t lose it, and they’ve started conducting research on how best to approach this feature within Typeform. To do this, they need your feedback!  Fill out the form here to let the product team know you’re interested in helping them shape partial responses in Typeform. (It only takes 3 minutes!) Selected respondents will be chosen and offered at $75 giftcard for taking part in a 1 hour video chat (at most). Any questions? Let us know in the thread below.

We’re already two months into the new year. How wild is that?! It seems like just a few weeks ago that we were wishing one another a happy new year. Now that we’re situated into 2023, it’s fair to say this year has been off to a wonderful start with plenty of new features and new faces around the community.  With that, let’s dive into February:   Since February, we’ve had 724 new folks join the community, bringing us to a total of 22,330 members. 101 of you were VideoAsk users - yay!     220 conversations were started, with 774 likes handed out     86,464 visitors stopped by the community and 39,344 of those were unique views.   Here are some of the highlights from last month:  VideoAsk has officially been part of the community for one whole year! VideoAsk Community Anniversary! 🎈Announcements

Typeform Love giveaway - February 2023 ❤️Community Love

Happy Valentine's Day folks!  We figured that this feast day/commercial celebration of romance was a good excuse to resurrect our Typeform Love program. As regulars may remember, this was the scheme lovingly initiated by our dear Gabi to show our appreciation towards our most active community members.  Well since Gabi left Typeform (amicably, I might add!) I'm ashamed to admit the Love disappeared with her – i.e. we hadn't found the time to keep the program going. For this I apologize, and to make amends we want to issue an overdue outpouring of Love to our most treasured members over the last four months! If you’ve been an active member in the community, you should get an email from us with ‘Love’. 2023 has gotten off to a great start with lots of new features, updates to existing ones, and plenty of form-building activity amongst you all. Nothing like starting off the new year with sparkling new forms!  With that, let’s dive into January:   Since the beginning of 2023, we’ve had 770 new folks join the community, bringing us to a total of 21,609 members. 110 of you were VideoAsk users - yay!     220 conversations were started, with 635 likes handed out     126,313 visitors stopped by the community and 69,364 of those were unique views.  Here are some of the highlights from last month: @Grace  published our first VideoAsk Voyagers of the year showcasing Miguel Bautista’s collection of forms used for lead qualification and video diaries. Our fave typeforms and videoasks of 2022 💖roundup

Cocktail-mixing pirates, climate-changing robots, and a megalomaniac octopus: just some of the topics of our favourite typeforms and videoasks of 2022. In this post we commemorate a year when we saw first-hand how our creators are pushing the boundaries in online conversational experiences. Login Outage for Typeform and VideoAsk is Now Resolved

Hello hello folks and happy evening or morning, depending where you are in the world. Typeform & VideoAsk are back up and operationalThank you all for flagging your concerns and we sincerely apologize for the interruption. At this time, service has been restored, with logins and sign ups working as designed. We’re still getting to the bottom of this. But here is what we know right now:The incident was caused by an expired SSL certificate failing to update due to an integration issue with our security supplier. We want to assure you that although login and signup services were interrupted during the incident, submissions were functioning throughout and no data was lost.Our engineering teams will continue to review the incident to ensure we put measures in place that prevent this from reoccurring, In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.If you ever are wondering if an outage is happening, you should see a notification in the community (if not, let me kn

Community 2022 Roundup 🎉Roundup

2022 was quite the year, wasn’t it? We saw lots of new features, plenty of amazing Typeforms, and made friends with many of you. And can you believe this is the second year our community has been around? I had to double-check which year we launched because it has flown by!  As we head into 2023, let’s take a peek back into the highlights of our community in 2022.  Biggest Announcements of 2022 VideoAsk joined the Community Once a single-product community, we became a double and invited those building videoasks to join us in our little neck of the internet. Since we added VideoAsk, we’ve seen 1102 posts created and 1110 new VideoAsk members. This also brought a new member of our community team - @Grace ! Community and Customer Support during the Holidays

Happy holidays all! ‘Tis the season for liters of egg nog, an excessive amount of sweets, and naps under the holiday tree. We hope you’re taking some time for yourselves these next few weeks. Though, if you find yourself up late at night editing your typeforms and need some help, here are our support hours for the next few weeks.  Community  Grace and I will be off December 23rd-26th and January 2nd. Should you have any burning questions on those days, our lovely support team will be available the following times:  Support - Typeform Our Typeform support team will still be answering your emails in regular fashion, but chat will be closed from December 26th - December 30th to allow them time to be with their families. Chat will resume regular hours on January 2nd.  Support - Videoask The VideoAsk support team will be replying to your messages as usual, except on December 26th when they’ll be taking a well deserved break from their cameras. They will be back in action again from 27th.

We are 20,000 members...and growing 🎊Community news

Hey all!I'm here with some BIG news. As you've probably already worked out from the title of this post, we've now hit 20,000 members of the Typeform Community 🥳  This is a HUGE number, especially given that we only started this community last year. We're made up about hitting this magical mark and would like to say thanks to all of you for joining us on our adventures.  When we set out building the Typeform Community our mission was to create a space where talented folk could join together to help us all "build the future of online conversations". We didn't intend this to be some schmaltzy claim – we actually meant it (and we still do!) We are 15,000 strong! 💪

A little over one year ago we launched this community as a place for creators to help each other build great online interactions. 15 months later and we've just hit the 15,000 members mark! 🎉 We've been truly humbled by the popularity of the community and are delighted to have been able to help and inspire so many people. Congratulations to our award-winning Community 🏆Community news

Hello Community…or should I say award-winning Community!!? Yep, that's right, our awesome little corner of the internet has been named as a winner in the 2022 GameChanger Europe Awards, by customer success platform Gainsight 🏅  A panel of judges awarded Typeform the Architect Award, for "creating a community that is of help across an entire customer journey, and for its track record of building deep, one-on-one connections with customers".  The awards ceremony took place today at Gainsight's Pulse Europe conference in London. Our very own @Grace  was there to collect the award, rubbing shoulders with some of Europe's elite B2B companies.  Congratulations to all of us for this award, it truly belongs to everyone here who has helped shape this community into what it is today. Summer is officially over, and I’m not ready for it! I know many of you are all about your pumpkin spice latte season, so hats off to you if you’ve been waiting for September to roll in.
