I am working on a Health Care project at Stanford and would like to create a Health Care Form for Patients - with multiple Sections.  We need to gatther the usual Medical Clipboard Data: Basic Contact Information, Insurance Information, Famly and Caregiver Information, General Health Information including Blood Type.  And also we need to collect Disease/Condition Specific Information - with checklists and fill-in the blanks descriptive fields. For patients with multiple Chronic Conditions, like Diabetes + Heart Issues + Parkinsons etc there will be different checklists for each condition.   We need to be able to select which Conditions for which we  present the right form.  We aim to have each of these sections able to be filled out and displayed in Typeforms.  This needs to be done recursively - editing, adding to and updating existing Patient Information.  And we aim to have a Patient’s Typeform display and work in Crbmble - so we can See and Manage a Patient’s progress - without cre

Hi everyone,I'm using Typeform to collect information from users who need help with Android FRP (Factory Reset Protection) issues. The form includes several conditional logic paths based on Android version, device brand, and whether the user has already attempted an FRP bypass. Recently, I've noticed that some respondents report reaching the final screen successfully, but their submissions never appear in the Results section.The issue is inconsistent and seems to happen more often on mobile browsers. Sometimes users say that after selecting their Android version and continuing through the FRP-related questions, the form briefly loads, shows the Thank You screen, but no response is saved. Other users complete the exact same flow without any problems.I have already checked that all required fields are configured correctly, removed unnecessary logic branches, and tested the form in different browsers and devices. HiTrying to integrate typeform and calendly, and i notice that no utm parameters or hidden fields collected via typeform are being passed to celendly via the workflow.Anyone experiencing the same?

I was wondering if everyone could tell me what there favorite cover up is an why. At the age of 45 my skin just keeps changing an I need a good regimen 

I know that there’s the ability to embed utm codes on regular embedded forms but I noticed that if you go for the “Conversational” option and then get the embed code, there’s no option to add utm tracking when you click on the “advanced” as you would with other embedded forms. Anyone know if this is just a missing feature or if there’s a work around to adding tracking to conversational forms. 

Hello,I have a Multiple choice question in which I want users to be able to select a range between 1 and 5 selections. However, when I test and select any one option, it auto-advances to the next question. How do I get it to stay with the current question (use case: I want to select 2, 3 or 4 other selections) instead of auto-advancing?

I’m using pop-up methid of invoking my Typform in Wordpress.I’m using utm_source in advertising and want to transfer the utm_source value to the Typeform form so that it appears in Results.Is there an easy way to do this?

Hi,  Would like you help on how we can direct a customer who’s scanned a packaging label from one of our 10 products to be redirected to 1 typeform but still able to track the source of the lead.  We are in the supplement business and wondering if customers who scan:  domain.com/capsulesdomain.com/drink, etc  are redirected to domain.com/typeform with a unique UTM code so that: we are able to track the source of the lead? are we able to customise that same TF depending on which URL they came from - for example the ones that came from the capsule link, would see a uniue youtube video and the ones that came from the drink - see another youtube video?Many thanks.  Aftab

The event tracking to Meta Pixel is no longer working, and we have also noticed that the Facebook Pixel integration has been removed from the VideoAsk interface. As a result, we are unable to verify or monitor the integration status.

Hello, I’m new to this forum and to Typeform. I noticed that when filling in my form on a mobile phone, sometimes swiping up/down can result in the Typeform proceeding or going back to the next/previous question, automatically. Also, when you click an answer, it automatically jumps to the next question, so that makes the “OK”-button redundant.  Is there a way in which you can manually choose between the automatic proceeding and the proceeding upon clicking the OK-button? Thanks,  Mieke
