How can I build a typefom 

Anyone else got this issue?My Published surveys work well on desktop but on mob, ALL dropdowns options on ALL published surveys appear as white font on white background - even though my background in Design is dark. This used to work as I tested it 2 m months ago but at some point it stopped working. Any ideas?  

Is it possible to let folks upload zipped folders to send multiple files (under 10MB total)?

I saw a similar post from about 3 years ago, but wanted to check to see if the ability to turn off auto advance has been added yet?

On a multi question page, based on the response of a question (Yes/No), I need to ask subsequent questions. Ideally would want the subsequent question to display only based on the response - if not, then at least the subsequent relevant question should be mandatory. For e.g.:Q1) Have you completed the declaration? → Yes/No If response is Yes - Q1.a: When was it completed? _______ If response is No - Q1.b: Reason for not completing?________Q1.a or Q1.b is mandatory. Is something like this possible?

Hi. I'd like to ask a multi-select, multiple choice Q, and then follow it up with a ranking question that includes only the answer options selected in the first question. For example, if the user selects answer options A, C and E in Q1, they'd be asked to rank A, C and E in Q2 (but they would *not* see answer options B and D in Q2, because they didn’t select them in Q1). Is this possible?

What is typeform

I’m using VideoAsk to collect short job promotion videos from individual agencies.Each agency will submit a video response for a specific job opening, and I need each individual video response to include or connect to that specific job’s direct link.In other words, I don’t want one general link attached to the whole VideoAsk. I need Response A to connect to Job Link A, Response B to connect to Job Link B, Response C to connect to Job Link C, and so on.Is there a way to have each respondent submit their unique job link and then have that link stay attached to their individual video response when I share or embed it?Basically, I need every individual response video to have its own correct, unique job link connected to it.What’s the best way to do this in VideoAsk?

Hello! (Using Plus plan)We I have created an ending slide with a thank you message at the end of the survey, however in preview, the last slide is being replaced with a branded default slide. In the articles posted online, it says there should be a settings section to change this but it does not appear to be there.How can we override the branded screen to end on our own message.Have tried to lodge a ticket with support but the page won’t load.

Hi!I added a redirect link to the End slide. The button is correctly working on mobile - when I click it it opens the link.But on the desktop it works only if I click enter. How to make it work by the button click? Its not intuitive that you need to click Enter 

I tried to insert the utm parametres but Typeform doesn’t read it. Can you explain me how can I fix this? How do I link my social media URL’s to the social icons at the end of a Typeform?

Hi everyone,I’ve been exploring ways to improve customer booking experiences using Typeform for local service businesses. While researching the Best Carpet Cleaner Brisbane options, I noticed how conversational forms can make quote requests and feedback collection much smoother for customers.We recently looked at workflows used by Austech Carpet Cleaning, and it gave me ideas for using Typeform to simplify appointment requests and post-service surveys.Has anyone here built service booking or customer feedback flows with Typeform? Would love to hear your suggestions and best practices.

Above is how it looks in the editor ^Here is how it looks live ^ This just occurred in the last couple of days. Was there an update that broke this? It’s been fine with this font and text size for the last 18 months. Changing the global font size in design template does nothing.

We are working with stage performers and need to build a form for questions about career developing. 

I’ve looked through the forum and do not see a solution to turn off auto-advance. Does anyone know if this has been solved or if there is a work around? I want the respondent to have the opportunity to review their answer before moving on to the next question. 

Hello guys, I need your help.First of all, I was not able to -even though I have deleted all my browser data like three times, to get to the customer ticket area. That is why I am contacting you here and I really hope you can help me because I need your help.On Thursday I have had a workshop session where I have let 20 people fill out the survey. On Thursday evening, as a newbie, I have realized that my responses were not saved, that is why I have upgraded my plan. Unfortunately, I have not seen new answers and I am very sure that at least 17 have answered them. On Friday I have had another workshop where some people filled it out. No one who has send it in on Friday counts to the 20 people from Thursday.  These are very important leads for me and I really hope it is possible to recover them, just like the AI agent said. But I just can’t find a way to a normal person yet.  Thank you very much in advance.
