Hi, Really appreciate any help with this.We are having issues both in having the source come across to hubspot, it comes across in some occasions, and we are not seeing contacts being attributed to the page they are coming from. I believe it maybe a cookie issue, however am struggling with the cookie documentation linked to on Typeform.Any help appreciated

I have followed instructions from previous community posts, but have not been able to pass through source/medium parameters from GA4 into typeform. Currently our typeform submits are showing in GA4 as self-referral. I would love to get it to a place where we can see source/medium data from where users are arriving at the site. When I took a look in developer tools it looks like we are getting an error that the shareGAinstance feature is not finding the Google Analytics object. We have our GA4 measurement ID set up through GTM, which could be causing an issue. I am seeing the cookie pass through the client ID and measurement ID.   We also have hidden fields defined for passing through UTM parameters to hubspot, which could be conflicting.  Would it help if we defined the GA4 measurement ID in the share-GA instance or is there other areas in set up where we’ve failed. Thank you!

I'm having some difficulty properly tracking submissions on Google Ads using Typeform. I have ads that direct to a landing page, where i’ve embedded the Typeform button. Ad gets shown ---> Landing Page ---> Typeform I assumed that it wasn't registering the form submissions because of this 3 step process and it was registering a submission as coming directly to it (not through the ad). So I used tag manager conversion linker, but still to no avail. I already setup the UTM tracking and still no info. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I’ve created an online survey but would also like to print in in word or pdf to be able to provide to individuals without cell phones, internet, etc. How can I print the actual survey (not results) OR do I have to recreate myself?Thanks!

I built a typeform with 6 possible endings based on answers you give. Based on the ending you got, I also want you to recieve a custom email sequence sent from my Kajabi.So I went and built a Zap with 6 branches, conditioned to trigger when your outcome title contains a certain word. Problem is, Zapier cannot identify that outcome title. What it does instead, is that it only reads the Outcome Title that appears after my last test submission. So, for example, if the outcome title from my last submission is “Apple”, it only goes through with the branch that has that end card, and the others fail. If I then submit another form that gives me the outcome “Pear”, then that branch work while the “Apple” one and the other 4 don’t. Please help  

Hello,I’m having an issue with the Google Sheets integration.Previously, my Typeform responses in Google Sheets included the following columns: score winning_outcome_id ending_displayed_id Submitted At Token However, these columns have suddenly disappeared from my spreadsheet. Now I only receive: Submitted At Token I didn’t intentionally remove anything from the form, but it seems that the quiz/outcome metadata is no longer being sent to Google Sheets.I tried reconnecting the Google Sheets integration but the columns were not recreated.Has anyone experienced this issue before?Is there a way to force Typeform to send the ending_displayed_id and winning_outcome_id fields again?Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello - we are directing people from our Facebook ad with a UTM to our landing page (meetgenie.co). People then need to hit APPLY before they are taken to an embedded Typeform. Our UTM parameters drop when people go from the landing page to the embedded form homepage. We have a Typeform / GA integration set up but I am not able to track the UTM campaign details against our Form Submission Goal in GA. Is there any way to resolve this?Thanks

When working at night, some kind of Twitter-like Dark Mode option would be wonderful and help creators (as well and survey participants) work for long periods of time.

The customers when recording a video the AUDIO is dead. https://www.truelatch.com/pages/contact I guess the big “contact support” button that we’re told to click on does nothing we have to get the support here.  Does anyone know why my customers when they record a video of their fence gate, no audio is coming thru.  I hate wasting their time.  I’ll have to delete this software if we can’t get this figured out.

Hello everyone,I'm currently building a Typeform and I would like to add two text input fields on the same slide (for example: one field for "Company name" and another for "Website").I tried using the Contact info / Coordinates block, but I can't seem to modify the labels of the fields to customize them the way I want.Is there a way to: add two custom text fields on the same slide, or modify the field labels inside the Contact info block? Any tips or workarounds would be really helpful.Thanks in advance!

We are receiving several anonymous responses. How do I eliminate anonymous responses / inquiries, and require a potential client to input their contact info?

I have my typeform set to automatically send respondents their answers once they are finished.I want them to see a copy of all answers submitted, but not their score. When I input @ All Answers recall command in the body of the email, it adds their score to the bottom of the summarized responses. I do not want the score included. How can I work around this? 

Hi everyone! I'm running into an issue where my integrations are still receiving "Partial Responses" even though I have completely disabled that feature in my form settings.Has anyone else faced this bug or knows a workaround to stop Typeform from sending incomplete submission data to webhooks? Thanks!  

I contacted support four days ago and nothing.  I am testing the  platform.  We watched the video and entered our contact information but the test email did not show up in the interactions area for Videoask. We have used this test email several times.Would that prevent Videoask from recording the interaction with this test email.Does anyone know the answer?  I am really disappointed I can’t get any help from Typeform.

Hello everyone. I am looking to create a self-assessment for our clients to complete that will assess their levels of vitality (energy, motivation, sleep etc). They are busy execs so i want the results to be sent straight to their email so they can review them in their own time. The issue i have is this assessment is split up into three domains -OWN, SUSTAIN, RECOVER - with about 5 questions falling under each area. I’d like the end results that are emailed to them to show how they score under each of these domains so they know which one they should focus their energy on. How do i create a self-assessment hwere the results show an overarching score for each domain as well as high level insights. Thank you Danae 

I’m trying to record the GCLID value from the URL into a hidden field of a typeform. Hello,I would like to install a single “standard” typeform on +50 pages of a site. I need to have for each response on typeform, the url from which the user filled in.I asked support, but my understanding is that you can only enter hidden fields manually (so I would have to create +50 typeforms, 1 for each page). I wanted to understand if there is a way to transmit the entire URL from which the user fills in (not just the UTM)Thanks
