First, is it possible to create my own personalized template, and if so, what aspects of the contact info question can I edit as I wish?Secondly, I’m wondering if it’s feasible to add all the questions on one page. Hello guys,Usually I connect my forms to Notion but for this time, I would like to receive every responses to an email address. Do you have any ressource to do that ? I looked up in my settings but it doesnt seems to have a simple solution for that, just notification when I have a new entry. The issue is that, the person who will need to see the responses aren’t good with a computer so consulting Typeform is too much for him.Thank you guys!

Hi,  I’ve just put together my form of 7 questions. I then copied the link to my instagram bio but it doesn’t work. I’m getting a message saying “Sorry you can’t access this typeform until the creator says so”Is it something in settings that needs changing? I can’t find any setting options anywhere.  Any help much appreciated!  Thanks Ben 

I'm currently having trouble integrating Typeform into my client this website's workflow and would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance.Here's what's happening:Styling and Responsiveness: The Typeform survey doesn't look right on my website. It doesn't match the style of the rest of the page and doesn't work well on different devices and screen sizes. I've tried to change the CSS to fix it, but it's not working.JavaScript Conflict: The Typeform survey is causing problems with other JavaScript on my page. Sometimes the survey doesn't load correctly, and other features on my site stop working.Submission Handling: After someone completes the survey, I want to send them to a 'thank you' page on my website. I can't figure out how to catch the survey submission event and make this redirection happen.I've looked through the Typeform documentation and tried different solutions, like changing the embed options and tweaking the CSS, but I can't fix these issues.Has anyone faced similar

I’m having lots of TypeForm issues today (including being unable to raise a ticket) Latest issue is not being able to upload a new logo to a design. Anyone else experiencing this?

I’m getting responses being sent twice and some times three times to my google sheet.  It’s playing havoc with associated workflows.Is this a known bug?

Tried on old forms, duplicated, and on different browsers.

It’s Miguel from Relomar. We have the same problem with uncompleted Date information on Partial submission that John reported time ago.  It would be helpful if Typeform populated this field with the form entry time — since the abandonment time isn't available — as it would save us from having to perform complex tasks to obtain that data. I haven't managed to retrieve it automatically yet, but I’m working on it.Thanks a lot, John, for your posts in the community.

Hi everyone,I’m working on a business setup consultancy website and using Typeform to capture leads and enquiries.Currently, we’ve embedded Typeform on our website for consultation requests, but I want to improve conversion rates and user flow.My questions: Is it better to use multi-step forms or short forms for high-intent users? Any tips on placement (homepage vs landing pages)? Should we redirect users after submission or keep them on the same page? Would love to hear what’s worked best for you.

I’m trying to translate my very short form now, and the AI translation is partially wrong so I’m trying to do the few necessary tweaks myself via the template download and upload.The problem is that no matter if I actually edit the downloaded file or not, when I re-upload it I systematically get the error message “Translation file doesn’t match form questions. Your new translation file has 7 rows of information. It needs to have 6 rows to match your form. Please edit and try again.”Funny thing is that if I delete a row (which I shouldn’t do because the original file actually has 7 rows), I get the same message but now it talks about a file of 6 rows instead of 5, so the issue seems to adapt to how long my file is and never gets resolved. 

The payment field in our form stopped working more than 48 hours ago - after what appears to be an update to Typeform’s Stripe integration. We’re not the only users reporting this problem. We submitted a proper support ticket a while ago now and yet, we’re still awaiting a resolution. This issue is affecting payments, so it’s fairly critical, and the team really needed to have escalated and gotten it sorted out a long time ago.

My payment page comes in blank on the live site. User cannot fill their card details etc.Any recommendations. I’m using Stripe as a payment gateway  

It’s been 3 days since my payment page is broken and it has cost me loose customers. No contact from support. This is horrible. My Question is typeform going to reimburse the losses i suffered. As paying that heavy subscription amount is no joke and getting no support.

Hi everyone, I’m new to Typeform and am building my first forms. I have troubles with removing the hint “press Cmd ⌘ + Enter ↵ ” that appears next to the button. I can’t find it in the messaging settings.   I’d appreciate any help!  Thanks, Anna
