The customers when recording a video the AUDIO is dead. https://www.truelatch.com/pages/contact I guess the big “contact support” button that we’re told to click on does nothing we have to get the support here.  Does anyone know why my customers when they record a video of their fence gate, no audio is coming thru.  I hate wasting their time.  I’ll have to delete this software if we can’t get this figured out.

I can’t seem to create any new excel integrations today - am I alone?

Hello everyone,I'm currently building a Typeform and I would like to add two text input fields on the same slide (for example: one field for "Company name" and another for "Website").I tried using the Contact info / Coordinates block, but I can't seem to modify the labels of the fields to customize them the way I want.Is there a way to: add two custom text fields on the same slide, or modify the field labels inside the Contact info block? Any tips or workarounds would be really helpful.Thanks in advance!

We are receiving several anonymous responses. How do I eliminate anonymous responses / inquiries, and require a potential client to input their contact info?

I have my typeform set to automatically send respondents their answers once they are finished.I want them to see a copy of all answers submitted, but not their score. When I input @ All Answers recall command in the body of the email, it adds their score to the bottom of the summarized responses. I do not want the score included. How can I work around this? 

Hi everyone! I'm running into an issue where my integrations are still receiving "Partial Responses" even though I have completely disabled that feature in my form settings.Has anyone else faced this bug or knows a workaround to stop Typeform from sending incomplete submission data to webhooks? Thanks!  

I contacted support four days ago and nothing.  I am testing the  platform.  We watched the video and entered our contact information but the test email did not show up in the interactions area for Videoask. We have used this test email several times.Would that prevent Videoask from recording the interaction with this test email.Does anyone know the answer?  I am really disappointed I can’t get any help from Typeform.

Hello everyone. I am looking to create a self-assessment for our clients to complete that will assess their levels of vitality (energy, motivation, sleep etc). They are busy execs so i want the results to be sent straight to their email so they can review them in their own time. The issue i have is this assessment is split up into three domains -OWN, SUSTAIN, RECOVER - with about 5 questions falling under each area. I’d like the end results that are emailed to them to show how they score under each of these domains so they know which one they should focus their energy on. How do i create a self-assessment hwere the results show an overarching score for each domain as well as high level insights. Thank you Danae 

I’m trying to record the GCLID value from the URL into a hidden field of a typeform. Hello,I would like to install a single “standard” typeform on +50 pages of a site. I need to have for each response on typeform, the url from which the user filled in.I asked support, but my understanding is that you can only enter hidden fields manually (so I would have to create +50 typeforms, 1 for each page). I wanted to understand if there is a way to transmit the entire URL from which the user fills in (not just the UTM)Thanks

Last year, we built 2 VideoAsk ‘apps’ (one for summer only and one for year round classes). After they were built, we ran through a relatively simple process that created the google sheets to receive the VideoAsk responses. We built google app script to sort, clean, and order the 154 possible responses (per app ‘session’) so we could make the responses actionable for our staff.We turned the summer app off at the end of summer and left the year round app continue - it’s still working today. When we turned on the Summer app again this year, it will no longer connect to google sheets… we have to go through Zapier now and that has NOT been useful. We attempted creating a new sheet and workbook but nothing has worked to date. We have tried to use Zapier, using the documentation about moving ‘special variables’, but it does not work. And, Zapier doesn’t appear to be able to read the 154 questions for me to create 154 special variables.  I can not find documentation to explain a way to simply

Hi Typeform team, We are experiencing an issue with how our Typeform displays inside our classroom environment. If we open the Typeform directly (not through BrightEdge), it still opens inside the classroom interface. As a result, users encounter the same display issue regardless of how the form is accessed. Because of this, we need a fully device-responsive Typeform that can adapt properly to any screen size and container, especially when embedded or opened within another platform’s classroom view. Could you please advise:  How Typeform handles responsiveness inside embedded environments? I can’t believe how hard it is to create the logic needed to obtain the results of an assessment I’ve been creating. I have literally spent all day on one assessment and I’m still struggling. Why, given how much this costs is it so complicated with no one to ask other than this community for help? 

Hi,  Hope someone can help answering the following questions about the possibilities in Typeform-I am looking for a tool that can be used to find which style (variable) the respondent has, in order to offer the correct online course based on the result from the survey. I have an online course for each style in my programme. I don`t want the style to show for the respondent, but each answer (one per style) will collect the style/variable chosen and then indicate which style based on the tag of variables. Can I add a tag with a variable per answer, for each question in the survey? Is it possible to show a graphical presentation of the result, showing which style/variable got most hits, based on the answers, but also show the result for the other 5 variables (percentage..?)?

Hello everyone,I am running a registration form and would like to know how my registrants accessed my link. I recently discovered UTMs, which sounds like the best solution for what I need. I activated them in my Typeform "Create" menu, and I want to create a few, like utm_source=twitter, utm_source=direct, utm_source= emailing.Accessing those results requires connecting my Typeform with Google Analytics, which is where things get complicated. As I am new to this, here are the steps I took:- Creating an account- Creating a UA property, with my Typeform's URL as the default URL- Copy/pasting this UA property's tracking ID into Typeform's GA integration. However, whenever I answer my Typeform with various UTM tags, nothing happens. No traffic shows up on my GA dashboard, and no data is registered. im wondering how to create in easy way a quiz/test/exam with score, and each answer score with points, the right answer got 1 point, the bad answer got 0 points. Then, if someone score with (for example) under 10 points - FAILS (first ending), under 10 points - PASSES (second ending)
