Planning a birthday celebration becomes easier when you understand what the guest of honour and attendees would enjoy. An online form can help collect preferences about the event, including the date, venue, food choices, activities, and gift ideas.Questions Worth IncludingA useful birthday planning form should be short and easy to complete. You can ask guests whether they are available, what type of celebration they prefer, and whether they have any dietary requirements. Keeping questions clear helps people respond quickly and makes the results easier to organise.Personalising the CelebrationFor a milestone birthday, such as turning 50, collecting ideas can help create a more thoughtful experience. You can also include a question asking guests to share a favourite memory or a short birthday message. If you need inspiration for writing the greeting itself, these 50th birthday wishes can help you find suitable words for the occasion.Making Feedback Easy to ReviewAfter the event, a short

Good dayTried to report:Signature element is not working currently in any of our forms.2026-10-19 09:00 GMT+2Warm regards, Pieter

I modified a form by mistake, instead of making a copy. Is it possible to recover the previous version and its results?

Does anyone know an alternate way to contact Typeform? I have a billing inquiry and the contact page/submit a form page is not working.

I would like to suggest a new feature: Schedule Open Date & Time, similar to the existing Schedule Close Date option.Currently, Typeform allows us to automatically close a form at a specific date and time, but there is no equivalent option to automatically open a form. This feature would be extremely helpful for organizations like ours that frequently use Typeform for quizzes, exams, registrations, and time-sensitive activities. In many cases, students or participants receive the form link in advance so they can have everything ready before arriving at the classroom or event. However, administrators still need to remember to manually open the form at the designated time.Having a scheduled open date and time would allow administrators to fully prepare forms in advance and confidently leave everything set up ahead of time, without worrying about being available to manually enable the form when the scheduled moment arrives. This would help:Prevent human error and forgotten openings. I’ve spent the last 6 days building a client briefing form on Typeform because, honestly, since it’s one of the most well-known form platforms out there, I assumed I wouldn’t run into major issues with what is basically a very standard use case. The form is for interior design projects, and depending on how many rooms the client needs designed, it can go beyond 100 questions. Nothing absurd, just conditional logic, sections, and text-based questions. After carefully setting up the entire structure and logic flow, I was surprised to discover that the form became EXTREMELY slow. Not “slightly laggy” slow. I mean slow to the point where I would genuinely feel embarrassed sending this briefing to a client because the experience is terrible. Then I searched the forum and discovered that a lot of people already have this exact same issue. I would have absolutely loved to discover that BEFORE spending almost a week building everything. Originally, I was prepared to subscribe to the Basic plan

Hello, community, I would like to connect with the students here to share ideas on some study projects

Hey team,  I am looking to utilize TypeForm for my small business. In short, as a small business owner it is tough to justify the added expense. But Using the I did some research on free alternatives. However to make a long story less long, nothing is as good (sexy+ secure)as TypeForm.  I am looking for the ability to create a new client intake form. 25 questions max. 2-3 responses per month. Nothing fancy, but I don’t seem to be able to do this without paying with TypeForm?  Can anybody offer a work around using TypeForm?

Hey Typeform community! 👋Long-time Typeform user here — genuinely love the platform and what the team keeps shipping. I'm posting in Suggestions & Feedback because I've hit a recurring wall that I think a lot of teams running forms at scale will recognise. Would love to know if others feel the same, and whether any workarounds already exist that I've missed!🔍 The Core ProblemWe manage a lot of simultaneous active forms — event registrations, UX research studies, onboarding surveys — typically 10–20 at any given time, organised into project folders. The recurring frustration is managing response limits and auto-closing gracefully, at scale, without babysitting each form individually. Here's what the current workflow looks like when I want to cap a form at, say, 50 registrations for a workshop:Manually open each form and configure the response limit — one by one Set a closing message — again, one by one, no way to template or inherit from a folder Monitor manually, because there's n

I’m looking for an bulk email service for sending emails to 100+ respondents on monthly basis. Any suggestions will be helpful.

Hey, I have searched for this in the forum and found these:Both provided solutions are some form of “what do you want to validate? let’s find some workarounds”, I find this a bit inadequate. Other platforms allow you to supply a custom regular expression which is used to validate the provided value. This offers a lot of flexibility, letting creators specify exactly what they want the field to contain.I think this kind of validation should be offered in TypeForm. Regular expressions are a mature technology widely used since the beginning of the internet, and can be very useful for this purpose. I see a few ways this could happen:An additional setting in Short Text settings allowing you to provide a custom validation regular expression Support for regular expressions in Logic conditions, permitting loops back to the question if the value does not validate correctly A new value type which supports regular expressionsI hope this kind of feature is considered as some values feature detailed

When working at night, some kind of Twitter-like Dark Mode option would be wonderful and help creators (as well and survey participants) work for long periods of time.

Other platforms allow form creator to set certain form vaildation criteria that must be met in order to advance.  We’re trying to use Typeform for lead capture and want to block personal emails (gmail, outlook, hotmail etc)The only thing I’ve found is using logic to reroute those users - but that is not the experience we want. We want an warning to pop up saying they must use a work email. Tally does this

Hi, is it possible to flag up when users enter dates that are out of sequence or have gaps? I am capturing start and end dates for employment. I want to make sure that users cannot enter a finish date that is before the start date they have entered for the same job.I also want to highlight if there are any gaps between jobsI also want to calculate the duration of each jobIs any of this possible in Typeform?

I’ve been exploring different tools for capturing leads and improving conversions, and Typeform keeps coming up in recommendations. I really like the clean UI and conversational style, but I’m still unsure how effective it is in real-world campaigns.I mainly work with landing pages and social media traffic, so I’m curious about a few things:Does Typeform actually improve conversion rates compared to normal forms? How well does it integrate with tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, or email marketing platforms? Is it suitable for high-volume campaigns, or does it slow things down? Any tips on structuring questions for better completion rates?I’m currently testing a few approaches, including shorter forms and step-by-step questions, but I’d love to hear what has worked for others here. Also, if anyone has used it specifically for Indian audiences or mobile-heavy traffic, your insights would be really helpful since most of my users come from mobile devices.Looking forward to hearing your experi

I have a form with a few date questions: one is for date of birth and another is for a future start date. I’d like the dates to be easier to fill out by setting the starting default date to 30 years ago for the DoB and to the first of the next month in the start date.  If this isn’t currently possible, can we make it a feature request please?

Hello!I created a survey yesterday and now I’m being told that the link doesn’t work at all. They only get said message in the title. I’ve already checked if the survey is properly published and it was! Even in the settings it says ‘open to new responses’Any kind of help would be appreciated!Survey:

It would be great to have a setting forcing a user to submit a business email by blacklisting any free email domains like Gmail, MSN, Hotmail, etc. Its a feature in Hubspot and other CRM marketing platforms. I currently use the workflow to reject domains but it would be helpful to have this feature embedded and the free email account domain list maintained by the TF team. Will also help cut down on spam.

Good day, dear TypeForm community! I was wondering whether there are any discounts available for educational organizations? We are a private school that focuses on further training and retraining of adults.

So there is this Support menu under “?” but it comes back with a chat box and consistently “Couldn’t load messages. Tap to retry.” So I tried the “Help Center” which is a collection of how-to’s which doesn’t help. The “Still got questions? Feel free to contact us.” link simply refreshes the Help Center page. There is no published support@typeform.com but I might try that as a Hail Mary.I am trying to report an inconsistency in the wording of the Access & Scheduling options which created a major issue for us but there seems to be no way to do that.

OverviewTypeform’s current cookie consent solution is very limited and self-contained. In this post, I’ll first talk about the issues with Typeform’s current cookie consent solution, and then provide some suggestions that can help, like integrations with other cookie consent solutions like Cookiebot.Current Problems First, let’s say someone visits your website, and you already use a cookie consent solution like Cookiebot. When they first visit, they’re presented with a cookie banner and they accept all cookies. After exploring your site, they arrive at a page with an embedded Typeform quiz (which has it’s own cookie consent functionality set to ‘on’) and decide to take it. In this scenario, they’re asked for cookie consent again through the Typeform embed. That just doesn’t make for a clean user experience since the differing cookie consent software (the one used on the website vs. Typeform’s built-in one) don’t talk to each other or recognize cookies have already been accepted or deni
