Checking and validating dates

Hi, is it possible to flag up when users enter dates that are out of sequence or have gaps?

I am capturing start and end dates for employment. I want to make sure that users cannot enter a finish date that is before the start date they have entered for the same job.

I also want to highlight if there are any gaps between jobs

I also want to calculate the duration of each job

Is any of this possible in Typeform?

Hi @Playmaker Happy Thursday! I’m afraid this isn’t a feature we currently offer, but happy to share this suggestion with our product team. 😀

Hi @Playmaker hope you’re doing well. I appreciate your question is from several years ago now, but wanted to let you know the Product team just released an Answer validation feature, which might be useful for your setup.

The feature is currently available for Long text, Short text and Email questions, with URL validation coming next.

Here’s the Help Center guide with all the details, and it’s available on all plans. Let us know if you have any feedback 🙏
