Embedded form doesn't work on mobile (with Elementor)

I’ve seen no less than a baker’s dozen with this same problem, but none of those solutions seem to work for me (or the solutions were handled outside of the community and never shared). It also seems as though Typeform needs to invest in some more robust development work so this doesn’t keep happening. I understand it’s usually our fault for some kind of individual website setting, but I’ve never had a problem with Gravity Forms or any other embedded forms on WordPress.So, as the title states, my embedded form doesn’t load on mobile. Desktop is fine.In the form settings, I currently have “Full screen on mobile” turned OFF.Page in question: https://lowgravitysolutions.com/contact

Can you have 3 sets of opinion scale questions within one quiz?

Hi!I’m trying to build out a quiz that is in 3 sections. Each section would have about 5 questions in the opinion scale format. I want to see /calculate the scores of each section but have it all within one quiz so the user doesn't have to take 3 separate quizzes. Can that be done?Thanks,Laura

Automatic Email validation: we want to ask this value twice in a form and check if they match to continue

Hi,We have got a serious issue with wrong email addresses entered through the forms. We ask for the email address once and some users enter things like: gmai.com, hoymail.com, gmail.con, gmmail.com, etc etc. Then, when we manage the collected data, we send emails to dozens of wrong email addresses and lose potential leads. We wanted to add 2 fields asking for the email address, so users must enter this information in two separate fields and if they do not match the form does not allow them to continue the process (this is something we see on plenty of forms, mostly when asking to set up a password). That change would minimise the negative impact of this issue. Do you know whether there is a way to do this with Typeform and how (or the link to the documentation page)? Thanks in advance.

Formatting for long list of multiple choice options

I have a long list of multiple choice options. I have 1 question where there are 10 options and another where there are 20 options. I want all the options to appear without the user being required to scroll within the TypeForm widget. IE if they need to scroll down, I want them to scroll down on the web page. I have struggled with figuring out a way to do it.

Typeform Lead Info Not Passing Through To Existing ActiveCampaign Contacts

Hi TF,As per Neilm27 post a year ago, I’m also having issues with some form submissions going through to ActiveCampaign and some not.But I’ve just discovered for me that it only happens with leads that already exist in our ActiveCampaign contact list. For some reason Typeform doesn’t send through the form field data and update the existing contact in ActiveCampaign with the same email?Is there anyway to resolve this on Typeform end? We have a Typeform that is integrated with ActiveCampaign using the native integration app on ActiveCampaign.

Branding and Overlay text in API

I'm building out a process to speed up creation of forms (Videoasks). I've consulted the documentation at GetPostman but there are two things I'm having trouble with:Branding - In the Retrieve form by ID action, I can see in the response that there are nested parameters for branding, including branding_id . However, the POST action for new forms does not appear to accept branding_id as a parameter. Is there a way to specify the branding ID of a form (VideoAsk) with the API? Overlay text - In the Retrieve a question action, I am able to see a parameter called “label” which appears to correspond to the overlay text. However, the POST action to Create a question and the PATCH action to Update a question both do not appear to accept “label” as a parameter. Is it possible to specify the Overlay text via the API?

HiiI am struggling with a question: How can I bring contact details from an optin to a Typeform?Potential leads fill in on my website an optin with name and email. After that the lead comes on a thankyou page on my website where they can fill in the Typeform. In the Typeform are Hidden Fields. form.typeform.com took too long to respond

Hi there,I have a very weird problem.typeForm embed in WordPress website. Works perfectly until a member of our team from Dubai sent me this screenshot: The form is still working from our offices around the globe. I created the empty HTML page and embed there. The same results for the Dubai office.and the weird thing is if I send them a direct link to the typeForm form, it works.Of course, we tested from different browsers. ISPs, laptops, IPs, desktop/mobile, OSes .. etc, have the same results.A month ago, we didn’t have this issue. Everything started around 2-3 weeks ago when some of my colleagues started reporting this issue. In the beginning, we thought the issue was the office internet connection.Does anybody have this weird issue?

I use learndash to run asynchronous global cohorts. I would like to use videoask as a way to:1. Checking in at the beginning of the course by introducing themselves via videoask.The videoask requests them to do a self introduction. I’d like every response to the videoask to show up on the page where the videoask is. 2 Answering questions/sharing comments.Throughout the course I’d like to ask a question via videoask for participants to reply to and be able to see/hear each other’s answers. I have tried using Zapier, but each time a new reply comes in, it over writes previous replies. How can I set this up?

Typeform and ActiveCampaign integration - some submissions are not not being sent to ActiveCampaign

Hi We have a Typeform that is integrated with ActiveCampaign using the native integration app on ActiveCampaign. The problem is that some of the form submissions are not going through to ActiveCampaign, but some are going through fine. I can’t see a way to troubleshoot this, so wondering if anyone can help? What are the common problems with this integration? Or is there a way to find what my problem is? Many thanks!

How to store simple calculations?

Step 1 - Whats the length?Step 2 - Whats the width?
