Creating variable answers

I can’t believe how hard it is to create the logic needed to obtain the results of an assessment I’ve been creating. I have literally spent all day on one assessment and I’m still struggling. Why, given how much this costs is it so complicated with no one to ask other than this community for help?

Hi @Jayne sorry to hear you’re having some issues with setting up your logic, it can be tricky if you’re creating complex workflows.

There’s a few things I can suggest so we can help you, first up, feel free to ask here in the Community, share what it is that you’re trying to do and we’ll do our best to assist! We have a very kind community member @john.desborough that’s a bit of a logic wizard, so I’m sure he could help.

You can also reach out to our support team any time via this link, and they can dive into your workflow and help get it straightened out.

We also have some great Help Center resources, including these tips for when logic goes wrong, which I’m sure you’ve probably already spotted, but thought I’d mention it here just in case.

Have you tried asking Typeform AI to build it for you? It does have some limitations but it could be another way to save some time.

Let us know if there’s something specific we can help with and we’ll do our best to get you on the right track! 😊

Thank you for the reply Grace. I still can't believe how tricky Typeform is especially given how much it costs. I managed to set up my quiz ...eventually... Now my problem is that any time I change the results, I lose the score settings.

hmm @Jayne I wonder if it might be worth reaching out to the support team for some help, maybe they can suggest a way to set it up so that doesn’t happen?
