HI. We want to start with a basic plan. Before doing so, need to know if our account information is seen on the end of the submitter / revealed in the link? We have several organizations offering different services and would like to have only 1 basic account for our multiple organizations. Please advise!

So today I lost 26 answers after a survey as Typeform never reflected the answer on “results”Yes, everyone submitted it, I checked one by one and after 30 min of no updates, I tried a test that never went through. What can I do? I’m desperate as I trusted this platform to give me the results on the spot.. it’s been 3 hours. Thanks,Yanina
Hi there,I upgraded my account because we had reached our limit in free responses. The dashboard says we need to upgrade, but when I go to billing it says we are on the basic plan and the money has come from my account. Unfortunately I sent the email out to all of our customers (on a paid service) and now support hasn’t been in contact for 12 hours and Im a bit frustrated as people are viewing the email and the survey isn’t working. Any ideas?
Hey, this may seem obvious but lots of members forget to choose an avatar or profile picture. I recommend you choose one yourself, it makes the community a lot more human and makes you more credible as a member. It does not necessarily need to be a picture of yourself, just make sure it’s appropriate Just go to your profile (top right) and click on settings. It should be pretty easy to do. If you have any problems let me know!If you wonder about my profile profile picture, it’s an image that a community member designed for me in previous life.

Hello great community, i am adding one question regarding selection of monthly pass, options will be like this : a) September 2022 b) October 2022 c) November 2022. It means upcoming three months in options.Is there any way that options automatically added based on current month, instead i put value every month?Thank you in advance
