Sign in to your Google Fiber account using your email and password. On your account page, click edit under the Account Info card on the homepage. On your profile page, click Cancel Fiber Service.0620-7187-697

Unable to Cancel Subscription

Hi there,I am currently unable to cancel a subscription for our business account, as we do not know what email it is under. I have an invoice for reference, if that helps. Payment completed but account not upgraded

Hi there,I upgraded my account because we had reached our limit in free responses. The dashboard says we need to upgrade, but when I go to billing it says we are on the basic plan and the money has come from my account. Unfortunately I sent the email out to all of our customers (on a paid service) and now support hasn’t been in contact for 12 hours and Im a bit frustrated as people are viewing the email and the survey isn’t working. Any ideas?

HELP, I need to have final checklist of chosen answers.

Hi, I am making a simple form that people can choose from picture. These are the steps. picture selection of color shape of the table(every shape has different number of seats) for example they choose round shape I made a different answer that shows seating capacity of that shape 2,3,5,6,10 and for rectangle when they choose it will show 2,4,6,8 number of seater and the last step is to show the checklist of what they choose from color, shape. The problem is when I put the variable @ for 3 different shape seats, it show _ _ _ 8 _ (is there other way to make this show without the blanks?

Recipient should keep a copy with themselves

Hi Can the recipient receive a copy in their records after giving a response. I mean to say they should have a copy of the survey which they filled immediately after filling it. Is this feature available?

My typeform never synced the results

So today I lost 26 answers after a survey as Typeform never reflected the answer on “results”Yes, everyone submitted it, I checked one by one and after 30 min of no updates, I tried a test that never went through. What can I do? I’m desperate as I trusted this platform to give me the results on the spot.. it’s been 3 hours. Thanks,Yanina

Make sure to choose a profile picture

Hey, this may seem obvious but lots of members forget to choose an avatar or profile picture. I recommend you choose one yourself, it makes the community a lot more human and makes you more credible as a member. It does not necessarily need to be a picture of yourself, just make sure it’s appropriate Just go to your profile (top right) and click on settings. It should be pretty easy to do. If you have any problems let me know!If you wonder about my profile profile picture, it’s an image that a community member designed for me in previous life.
