We built this space for you - our main purpose is giving you access to a global community of talented creators and empowering you to do more with Typeform and VideoAsk. To start with, here’s 8 ways you can hit the ground running and make the most of the community from day one: Come on board! Reading is great, and I’m sure you will find tones of useful conversations in our community. However, If you really want to benefit from the community and make a difference, hit the log in button and talk to us. We want to hear from you. Ask a question or start a conversation. Easy, right? We cannot help each other and collaborate without the community actively asking for help. So, if you are stuck and/or you want to get someone else’s opinion hit the new post button. Hey, this may seem obvious but lots of members forget to choose an avatar or profile picture. I recommend you choose one yourself, it makes the community a lot more human and makes you more credible as a member. It does not necessarily need to be a picture of yourself, just make sure it’s appropriate Just go to your profile (top right) and click on settings. It should be pretty easy to do. If you have any problems let me know!If you wonder about my profile profile picture, it’s an image that a community member designed for me in previous life.
Hello one and all!If you’ve got a burning question about VideoAsk that you think would be best answered by a member of the support team, you can find the Help videoask in several locations across the VideoAsk app and website:If you’ve been looking around the VideoAsk Help Center for some answers, you’ll notice at the end of each article there’s the option to Videoask Us. This opens the Help videoask as a widget so you can quickly ask your question via video, audio or text! In the midst of creating your videoask and need some help? You don’t need to go anywhere, just click on the question mark in the build area or in app to Videoask us You’ll also find the link to the Help videoask in the footer of the website, so there’s always a way to get in touch with the support team! Hello great community, i am adding one question regarding selection of monthly pass, options will be like this : a) September 2022 b) October 2022 c) November 2022. It means upcoming three months in options.Is there any way that options automatically added based on current month, instead i put value every month?Thank you in advance

Hi folks!We are getting a good number of questions about community functionality, which doesn’t surprise me at all - this is the main space for us to hang out and learn from each other. I think it’s important to clarify though that this is not an in-house built platform, we have partnered with a company called InSided to bring our community to life. Insided has been in the business of building communities for over 10 years and they provide community software for other successful brands such as Zapier, Miro, Coursera, Mixpanel and Sonos. Their community is very stable and reliable and it offers a good amount of functionality. We work very close with their team and they have a keen interest in helping as build a really special community. Having said that, you will find that not everything is perfect and there are some missing features that could make our lives easier (both for users and admins). So, even if there’s a limit to what we can and cannot change in the community, I’ll always

Here are some tips for writing your very first post:Make sure your title is clear and understandableA post with an easily searchable title can help other community members like you find answers to their questions faster. For example, if you have an issue with the logic jumps, you can name your post something like, “Advanced Logic Jumps not working.” Whenever possible, use the names of the features directly from the builder so others can understand your references.
