Hey Typeform enthusiasts! 👋 We all know that creating engaging forms can be a game-changer for collecting meaningful responses. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned user, there’s always something new to learn and share.  

I'm considering a competing software with TF.This software allows me to ask customers text questions but get them to reply with video  through short but multiple questions.  Is this possible in TF?  thanks.Aftab   

I am the Corresponding Secretary of a nonprofit breed club.  I need to do a survey of our members, and I found Typeform which is perfect.  I do not anticipate needing to use Typeform after the survey is sent, responded to and results tallied.  Can I pay a one-time fee?   Also if I upload the membership list is it kept private as I do not have permission to share all members’ email addresses with another community. I anticipate this project to take no more than 3 total months from start to finish.  I already put together a survey/poll.  Just need final approval; send it out via email and/or USPS to members without email (5) and tally results.

Hi there,I upgraded my account because we had reached our limit in free responses. The dashboard says we need to upgrade, but when I go to billing it says we are on the basic plan and the money has come from my account. Unfortunately I sent the email out to all of our customers (on a paid service) and now support hasn’t been in contact for 12 hours and Im a bit frustrated as people are viewing the email and the survey isn’t working. Any ideas?

Hi, I am making a simple form that people can choose from picture. These are the steps. picture selection of color shape of the table(every shape has different number of seats) for example they choose round shape I made a different answer that shows seating capacity of that shape 2,3,5,6,10 and for rectangle when they choose it will show 2,4,6,8 number of seater and the last step is to show the checklist of what they choose from color, shape. The problem is when I put the variable @ for 3 different shape seats, it show _ _ _ 8 _ (is there other way to make this show without the blanks?
