I purchased a product from sweatcoin through the typeform link via PayPal but my purchase have not arrived yet although I was told it will take 7 days before arrival. Can I request for refund because I'm scared due to PayPal not being available in my country and having used someone else's Paypal, I'm scared of losing my sweatcoin please I think it is a mistake. I just want to reverse the transaction if possible. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
