Log In Issue - Error 403

I have tried to log in to my account and i received a message saying that i had to reset my password becuase the old one has expored.I follwoed the instructions and i am not able to access to my previous account which i am the owenr and admin receiving a message with a 403 error.I cant access my account, and formsPlease can someone hlep?Is there an actual cusromer service team to address the issue?Kyriaki

How to reach typeform support when support button is not working

We have a Typeform Business account, but we are unable to contact support through the Typeform admin panel. This issue has been ongoing for several days. We have already tried clearing browser cookies and logging in using an incognito session on Google Chrome, but neither approach has worked. When we click the “Support” button in the admin panel, we receive the following message: “Messages could not be loaded Tap to retry” Tapping “retry” does not resolve the issue. Can someone help? Thanks in advanced

Folders within a workspace?

Hello everyone, we have many many typeforms for many topics in our company and use them internally and externally in four and sometimes five languages. To get some order we have a lot of workspaces, usually one for every language/country. However some of these workspaces are getting pretty filled up now and sometimes we have to search for a few moments to find a relevant typeform survey/quiz. I now have the following question: Is it possible to create folders in workspaces in order to get a better overview over the typeforms in the workspace and sort them separately? This would be super helpful. Thanks.

Charges after account cancellation

Hi everyone, I canceled my VideoAsk account, but I’ve noticed I’m still being charged even after the cancellation. Has anyone else experienced this? I’d like to understand if this is an isolated case or if there’s something else I need to do besides canceling through the platform. Any tips or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated! NEED HELP! Money deducted without any notice. How can I get refund asap?

I had a free student’s plan (through GitHub) which I used once for a classroom project and never used Typeform again. I recently graduated. I got a mail out of the blue saying 539€ were paid for an annual subscription renewal. That’s a disastrous unplanned expense for me as an immigrant unemployed fresh graduate in Europe. Kindly cancel my subscription and please issue me a refund of the 539€. What might help (for others, in future) is a reminder email a week *before* the renewal date with a choice to continue or discontinue the subscription. I have already raised a ticket and recieved an auto-generated response, but it is very stressful for me untill and unless I get the refund or at least an assuring response from a contact person (not auto-generated).

Switching to free mode in dormant months?

I’m planning to subscribe to Typeform's monthly Business Plan to launch a fundraising initiative for my company, where participants will be required to make a donation before taking a quiz. While I value the data analytics and priority support provided by the Business Plan, our company only plans to use the quiz for a three-month period each year. We intend to make this an annual initiative, but we’d prefer to pay monthly for the Business Plan during the active months when the form is live. During the off months, we’d like to switch to the free plan to avoid unnecessary costs. Is it possible to do this without losing any essential user analytics or elements of the form, and would we be able to reactivate the Business Plan the following year without any issues?

hiwhen i clone a form the image that appears in workspace is the same, even if i change the theme of the form.therefore i have a lot of forms with same image in my workspace.are there a way to change the image associated to a form in workspace for easily identified forms?thanks

All forms lost. How can I repair them?

Hello! Yesterday I went into Typeform and saw that My Workspace is empty. When I connect to my account, its seen like new. All the forms are gone, none of the forms that were created earlier are missing.How can this be restored? I'm writing here because the support chat doesn't load in any browser either. I really need your help. Please help me restore my forms.

What plan should I take if I want to start typeform again after finishing the last answer?

Cannot reach a real person at typeform. Stuck. Frustrated. Ready to quit.

I get emails from Tyepeform saying my payment is past due, but I can’t reply to those (no-reply) address. These bills are reflecting the wrong plan. I went in and donwgraded succesffully, still get the same wrong bill. Can’t reply for help. I use the chatbot and it offers human help, but immediately after doing so only offers me buttons, 100% of which go to a web form and not a person. About 24 hours from giving up. I have flexiquiz, surveymonkey, and don’t need to be treated this way when there are so many options. I am so sick of deceptive practices. A chat window that looks like live chat, but it’s a bot. A bot that says it will connect you to a human, but will not. An email letting you know there’s a problem, but no way to reply WT A F

A form was deleted from my account, without my knowledge. I don't find any drafts of the questions i elaborated. I had about 3 people answering it. So is there any chance i find a trace of this form somewhere in the internet environment?

Im an agency owner and I really like what video ask brings to the table for my agency. I’m wondering if there is a way to do this for my clients where they can log into a dashboard of videoask which is branded under my company name? Payed for Plus plan but still not upgraded – URGENT

Hi, we tried to upgrade to the Business plan a month ago but for some reason that didn’t go through. We discovered this yesterday, that our response limit was down to 10 a month, which affects our business big time. We have e-mailed Typeform about this. Since we desperately need this to work we upgraded AGAIN, with another card, to the Plus plan. The payment went through, and the FAQ says the plan should be activated immediately, but no. No Plus plan in sight, just the Free plan – still. Please respond to our e-mail about this, this affects our daily business and we have now paid you twice for nothing in return.

Request for Refund: Unauthorized Annual Plan Renewal

Hello, I recently discovered that $572 was automatically deducted from my credit card for the annual basic plan renewal. I did not intend to subscribe to the annual plan, and I did not receive any warning email or notification prior to the charge. This amount is significantly more than my monthly salary, and I cannot afford it. I kindly request you to cancel the plan and process a full refund as soon as possible.
