I am logged into my typeform account and select help center. Link to https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us I get logged out and at the buttom I find Still got questions? Feel free to contact us or ask the Community. Got a Business or Premium plan? Log in to use Live Chat. link to: https://admin.typeform.com/login I log in and get back to where I started. A classic loop. Thats brilliant and entertaining. But how do I chat with typeform?Thanks
Hey, so brand new user here and I know for a fact that Typeform is what I want to use so I am going to get the Business plan. Only issue is that I am getting the “arg” message every time.I have tried:turning on international settings on card Apple pay Google Pay Different Browsers Different CardsGotten nothing. Has anyone else experience issues like this? I need to build out my applications over the next 48 hours and this is blowing my mind that I can purchase the product
I was locked out of my account this morning and cannot get any password reset emails, which seems really odd. I created a support ticket around 5 hours ago and still have not heard back from Typeform.Can someone tell me how to expedite the customer support process with this company?
I created a particular workspace to experiment with Typeform when I was new to it. It has a silly name. Since then created some more ‘serious’ workspaces which I use for my job. I deleted the experimental typeforms in the ‘silly’ workspace, but it's still sitting there and right now I'd like very much to either delete this workspace, or rename it, but I don't know how.
How can I refund and cancel a subscription I got just now? It was a mistake and now my bank account is almost empty!
I was trying to register for a one month only subscription because I would only use Typeform for 1 WEEK. I used Typeform before (2018) and the basic monthly subscription was also around the $20-$30 dollar range so I thought ok, that's what I'll do again.I'm surprised because they subscribed me to the ANNUAL plan and my debit card was charged more than EUR300?! I am a grad student with no work at the moment and this is my rent money they took. :( I already sent an email and a message because this is urgent and I have no response.
Hello everyone,we have many many typeforms for many topics in our company and use them internally and externally in four and sometimes five languages.To get some order we have a lot of workspaces, usually one for every language/country.However some of these workspaces are getting pretty filled up now and sometimes we have to search for a few moments to find a relevant typeform survey/quiz. I now have the following question: Is it possible to create folders in workspaces in order to get a better overview over the typeforms in the workspace and sort them separately? This would be super helpful. Thanks.
I have been trying desperately to contact Typeform support to file a complaint about being billed for an account I do not have. I keep getting charged and am receiving email for the account but I never signed up and when I try to log in with the account that I receive email from, it shows as a brand new account with no subscription attached to it. I have written to customer support 3 times now and nothing is happening. I cannot seem to get through and this is incredibly frustrating.
Our staff has be trying to login in for the last few months, but I have not been getting the verification code to login to the business account. And since we cannot login we cannot access the Live Chat for assistance. We tried the support emails but only receive automated responses and no actual help. The payment to our subscription will be affected if we cannot login. HELP
I recently got charged a lot of money for not using typeform in over year, with no responses and no use of my typeform account. I have reached out and created tickets with typeform but have yet to get a response. I need that money back, it was a lot and as a student I really cannot afford this right now.

Hello:)Last month i survey useful with Typrform’s monthly plan.However, from this month i have nothing to use, so I should have canceled it, but I forgot.I downgraded as soon as the payment was made this month,but I did not use it. Is it possible to cancel it? I was aware that it was possible to downgrade while using it, but my English skills were not good, so I thought that all the answers I had right away would disappear when I made a downgrade reservation. sorry.
Yesterday, I attempted to reset my typeform account password, and I followed every instruction provided from TypeForm in order to do so. I received an email from TypeForm that I’ve copied/pasted into this post. I have reached out to type form for help more than once, and am unable to get a response to get my password reset or unlock my account. Please help! Recently, I had to switch to a new email, so the original email I signed up with Typeform is no longer active. I tried to go to “settings” to change the email to the new one, however it will not allow to me since my Typeform was linked via socials, and I cannot set up a password since I am no longer receiving any emails. I emailed Typeform regarding this issue and informed them to respond to my concern to my NEW email (not the one I signed up with), but I have not heard back for several weeks. I’m assuming they have been trying to email my old account. I would like help with this please, as I’m not receiving any notifications or any updates!
I was using the package for student to register for a trial subscription because I would only use Typeform for trying the survey for my studies only but then I didn’t use it. I'm so shocked because they subscribed me to the ANNUAL plan and my credit card was charged 572.30 USD. ( I am a student with no work too at the moment and this is more than my living cost for the whole month. It strange that they didn’t have any reminder about the next bill then I totally forgot about it. I have already sent an email but haven’t got any reply.please help
