How can I refund and cancel a subscription I got just now? It was a mistake and now my bank account is almost empty!
I was trying to register for a one month only subscription because I would only use Typeform for 1 WEEK. I used Typeform before (2018) and the basic monthly subscription was also around the $20-$30 dollar range so I thought ok, that's what I'll do again.I'm surprised because they subscribed me to the ANNUAL plan and my debit card was charged more than EUR300?! I am a grad student with no work at the moment and this is my rent money they took. :( I already sent an email and a message because this is urgent and I have no response.
I manage a team of athletes (approx 25) and have been using the Free version to gain information about their availability regarding track meets/events/races. The 10 response limit isn’t enough (especially if parents vote twice by mistake!) but I really can’t justify the cost of the basic annual plan for 100 responses a month when I may not generate or require any near as many each month, and would only be using them for maybe 5/6 months in a year. Is a monthly payment an option?
Hello guys, A friend of mine told me that i can find a solution by sharing my problem with you here and with my community on Linkedin.I have a very big problem , I just found out that by mistake I made an annual plan when I wanted to make a monthly subscription of $29. I am surprised because they signed me up for the ANNUAL plan and my card was debited with more than 580 dollars.I am still an unemployed student and it's the amount of money to pay my school fees. I hope you will find a solution for me as soon as possible otherwise I will be in a very difficult situation and I might not get my diploma.Do you think they whould refund me ? please if you could help me i’m really in a verybad situation !!!

TYPE FORM TEAM PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP**URGENT** - Not sure where else do go for help!!! Does anyone know how to reach out to the support team in type form via email or zoom or phone without having to fill out a type form that does not answer my issue? Thanks Second Question and main issue.I changed my payment card info and for some reason I am having issues with my new card - so the payment did not go through.Right away when I was notified by type form I went in and paid with another card.Now… for some reasons this has changed a load of my existing form into trial mode so all the features are not working properly which has messed up a load of my live forms that my clients use. Issue of screen shot below which is what my cliients are seeing? This is where it staes the forms are now in TRIAL mode??
I changed my password and was immediately logged out. When I tried to log in with my new password it didn’t work. I got locked out. Reset via Okta Then tried again, didn’t work. Re-set my password from the login page, tried to log in, didn’t work…. tried again… got locked out. Reset via Okta again… tried to log in, same problem. Tried to re-set my password once again… same problem. Step and repeat. What’s going on???
Hello everyone,we have many many typeforms for many topics in our company and use them internally and externally in four and sometimes five languages.To get some order we have a lot of workspaces, usually one for every language/country.However some of these workspaces are getting pretty filled up now and sometimes we have to search for a few moments to find a relevant typeform survey/quiz. I now have the following question: Is it possible to create folders in workspaces in order to get a better overview over the typeforms in the workspace and sort them separately? This would be super helpful. Thanks.
I have an issue that has been going on and putting my business on hold for nearly 3 weeks now. 2 forms disappeared, now I’ve found that 2 forms have logic that is no longer working and was as recently as last week. I have tweeted, emailed, EVERYTHING - I saw there is live chat if you upgrade to the business plan - so I did that...I followed the instructions on where to find live chat - its not an option in my account. I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE OR CHAT - whatever - to get this addressed TODAY. This is an absolute complete stop for me in my business - if I have pay for priority support or there is something I need to do to get this resolved PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Hi,URGENT. NEED HELP ASAP. I am unable to sign in my typeform. Previously signed up using my work email. But because this was eventually going to be a team tool, we decided to use our email alias instead. Received the activation and signed in from there. Cant log back in ever since we logged out. We were actually working on some important stuff in our Typeform. Funny thing, this is confirmed that the email was changed as when i try to sign in via my work email, Typeform asks me to sign up again. What could be the reason here? Why cant we access our account? If email alias is the issue, we’re okay reverting to my work email.
