We work with a number of UK/EU organisations where we sometimes need to collect special category information. We have been told that we have to ensure that data that is collected is held in the UK/EEA and not be subject to data transfers.How do we find out which servers the data is held on and if they are on the US servers how can we ‘repatriate’ the data that is held?Julian

Hello !  First time posting here, I’ve look all the way thru the forum and other places on how to cancel email notification when a submission has been made. I mostly use Typeform to send invites for events but I cannot handle getting 500-700 email notification for each person that signs up. I’ve also looked for how this was disabled last year, and 2 years ago, but since then the platform has changed. Can someone help with this?

We are receiving several anonymous responses. How do I eliminate anonymous responses / inquiries, and require a potential client to input their contact info?

Today I changed the order of asking for name and e-mail to right before results rather than at beginning. But now when i go to results I can only see todays and the others are not visible anymore?? 

Just that really. When I set up responses on a form to download, and if I don’t download immediately, I am emailed a link. How do I turn this email off as I don’t need it and it’s just another email cluttering up my inbox? Thanks 

Is it possible to get typeform for a few months instead a whole year? 

i see documentation that free typeform only give 10 time request/response. if get 10 response in one month, will typeform reset the limit in next month?

For school office only

I have been using typeform for a long time and have a lot of live forms, some with very high response counts. Is there a way to see what forms get the most usage? I keep getting close to the plan limit and am not sure what form(s) are responible. The task of exporting data from all the forms and manually comparing would be massive.

Hello Typeform team and community,I am trying to transfer ownership of my Typeform account to my professional email, but I get an error saying that this email is already associated with an account. Here’s the situation: I started creating an account with this email, set a password, but never completed the email verification. As a result, a “ghost” or incomplete account exists in Typeform’s system. I cannot log in, reset the password, or access this account, yet the email is blocking the ownership transfer.I cannot use another email address because this is my official professional email, and I need it to be the account owner.Could someone from Typeform or the community help me? Ideally, the ghost/incomplete account associated with this email would need to be deleted so that I can complete the ownership transfer.Thank you very much for your help!

Is it possible to speak to someone on the phone. I am still having issued adding a user to my account which should have three seats and only has one. 

Hello, I would like to have my account verified. My goal is to launch email workflows and be able to customize the subject line of the follow-up email. However, by following Typeform’s documentation, I’m unable to access the account verification process, even though I am the account owner. How can I proceed? Hey everyone, As support is hard to drill down for this scenario - figured I’d start here. I’m newly supporting a clients eCommerce store and there is a page with a Type Form on there. However, no one knows the account information for this form. Likely an old agency created this form. The only identifier I can see in the code is the data-tf-livehtml attribute with a code value. How would I enable the company to login to the account that this form is associated to?

Yesterday, I attempted to reset my typeform account password, and I followed every instruction provided from TypeForm in order to do so. I received an email from TypeForm that I’ve copied/pasted into this post. I have reached out to type form for help more than once, and am unable to get a response to get my password reset or unlock my account. How do I update the Social media links behind the icons on the closing screens.  I can’t find any means of changing the links (in other words, my Facbook page has changed and I need the Facebook icon on Typeform to go to the new URL).Eric

We have been using typeform for a while and currently our data does not integrate anywhere so it is a manual job to download each form- wondering if there is a option to do a mass data export or if you can do it retrospective after the surveys/forms have closed.

Created my Typform account using gmail address and need to change it to my outlook email address.
