I was going to send this as an email but i soon found out that sending an email to the Typeform is no easy task, so i am going to make myself look like a complete clown here. I’ve created a small little Dota 2 game related quizz.I was about to post this on Reddit where i am absolutely confident it would get just over 3000 respounses.Sadly i do not have the 101.15 EUR to fund this fun little "project".It would be the only Dota 2 related quizz that has the entire 130 heroes in the game as a result. So my request is: If you would kindly agree to upgrade my plan to 2500 results for ONE month you would get some free traffic and advertisement for your platform (that is extremly well made and easy to use btw, congrats on that).Otherwise i am afraid my quizz will just die hidden in your platform and on my account that i might never use again.If ANYONE is reading this email i am incredibly thankful for your time and i hope you agree that it’s not such a bad "deal". How to reach Typeform support for billing issues
I’ve been a Typeform subscriber for 5+ years now. I’m shocked to see that my account has been downgraded to the FREE plan and all my Typeforms have been taking down, despite the fact that I’ve paid for the yearly PRO subscription. Typeform did not send a single email to me, before taking all the forms offline. I’ve created a ticket, and even sent an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. My entire business relies on capturing leads through Typeform, and the fact that Typeform does not provide urgent support to its loyal customers is shockingly unbelievable to me. 😟 Does anyone know if there’s any way to reach the support urgently? P.S: I can’t access Live Chat, because I’ve been downgraded to the Free plan.
Shared folders and forms
Hi,I opened a paid account for myself, I created 50 questionnaires there. I shared the questionnaires with a paid account of my workplace. If I now cancel my paid private paid account - will the files be deleted on the shared folder since I am the one who originally created them? Or will they stay and work normally? They are all already integrated.Thanks
Transferring account ownership
hi Im using my social account(gmail) I read the article about transferring account ownership belowhttps://www.typeform.com/help/a/transferring-account-ownership-4403599810324/but I couldnt change my email. what i found was only setting a new password Im gonna leave my company so need to change the ownership.plz let me know the other way to change owner`s account or if it is possible, delete owner`s account with leaving survey data thanks
Typeform - Salesforce Integration - API Callout Error: 401 – Unauthorized
Hello, we are contacting you because we noticed an issue between Typeform and Salesforce and the related integration. I am going to explain better the situation in order to ask you your sopport. This is our Platform: https://o4o8x9cxytl.typeform.com/circularity?typeform-source=circularity.com and this form is directly linked with our Salesforce CRM in order to generate new leads. We noticed that the syncronization does not work anymore since more or less February. Before the integration worked correctly. If we go to the Typeform, we can see the following error: API Callout Error: 401 – UnauthorizedWe didn’t touch anything so we can not understand the issue. Can you help us ? Get the Typeform invoice attached to an email or via the API
Hello,is there any way to get the Typeform invoice attached to an email? Or if not, is it possible to get it through the API?I would really like to give my bookkeeper the possibility to download the Typeform invoice by herself. Currently only I am able to do that, which is really annoying. I know I can add her as a member, but this would give her access to other things as well. She should only be able to download invoices..So is there any way to get the invoice, other then login in as an admin? Thank you!Kind regards,Philipp
Typeform telling me I need to upgrade to have higher Responses limit.
Hi there Typeform Community,Hoping someone can shed some much needed light for me :)After doing several upgrades to my plan this morning after saying I had used up my monthly response limit, which meant me lead gen forms were closed, - I am now on the PLUS for 1K responses - I still cannot publish my typeforms, or take any more responses, and my responses are well below 250!All forms are set to "Private" and telling me I have reached my limit of 250, and that I need to upgrade. So frustrating.Please help!This is very bad for our business.Please help ASAP!Thanks in advance
Trouble accessing my account
I recently updated my payment details, but every time I try to log in it continues to ask me to update that information. I update all of it, try to navigate to the workspace and it pushes me back to the payment details page. Like a vicious circle. Has anyone dealt with this before?
