Unable to access account verification on business pan

Hello,

 

I would like to have my account verified. My goal is to launch email workflows and be able to customize the subject line of the follow-up email. However, by following Typeform’s documentation, I’m unable to access the account verification process, even though I am the account owner. How can I proceed? I have a Business plan.
