Problem with widget - WordPress - iPhone not open

How do I add multiple subtitles to a video?

I already have the video subtitles for all the languages divided into the given times. But I don't know how to add these subtitles to the video, I tried to duplicate the video and create a video for each subtitle, but when I changed 1, all the others changed too. So I wanted to know how to make the subtitles available, either in separate videos or together.

[mobile - IPhone] Widget opens in Fullscreen-Mode after clicking on selection button

Hi,I’ve build a kind of Videofunnel where Website-Visitors answer different questions. VideoAsk is integrated as widget. Problem: When the visitor select an item on the second question, the next question appears in fullscreen (without the possible answers). So the visitor has to quit the fullscreen to be back to the question with its answer-buttons.how can I impende fullscreen modus?https://www.moebel-koenig.de

Tag manager doesn't work, there is not way to track conversions on google ads

Hi. I connected my GTM container in tag manager to videoask, but nothing happens. There are no events, no pixel, no conversions, there is absolutely nothing in tag manager account or container related to video ask. I need to track leads from google ads, so those who complete the form step, and I cannot find a way it’s unbelievable. Also, UA analytics doesn’t work anymore and GA4 integration is not supported. How any of you is tracking leads from google ads ? I must not be the only one having this problem.

exclude videoask from a subdirectory

Hi, I want to exclude videoask from showing on a subdirectory of a site and all the pages that are associated to that subdirectory.I have the code to exclude videoask from specific urls (https://codepen.io/videoaskhelp/pen/wvoPXpj)but I’m not sure how to modify this script so that it excludes the widget from showing on all pages under that sub directory Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

Not all HubSport fields showing. Need help!

I am in the process of setting up a HubSpot integration for my VideoAsk. Ideally I am seeing if I can do this via the integration VideoAsk provides, versus Zapier (as there is an associated cost with Zapier to consider). However, when I go to map the fields, it shows a range to choose from (including some that I want). But certainly not all. The properties all come under “Contact Information” in HubSpot. But I am wondering if there is a limit in the display of options provided for the integration? And if so, what the best way is to manage this? Would for example removing some redundant properties that arent being used from HubSpot maybe allow these options to show?Thanks!

Hello community, I'm a huge fan of VideoAsk—it's one of my favourite tools. I'm now integrating it into a new community platform I'm developing on Circle. My aim is to tailor the onboarding experience for the community members. Specifically, I plan to use VideoAsk to gather preferences from members when they log into the community. Their responses will help funnel them into Circle spaces or groups that match their interests.To make this work, I intend to use known member information, such as their email and name, and append these details into the VideoAsk URL through custom parameters. This approach though leaves me wondering if there's more to it or if I'm missing an important piece of the puzzle. Has anyone here tackled a similar integration or has expertise with this setup? Hi everyone,I am looking to create a paid consultation service using VideoAsk.People will be able to pay for consulting us via VideoAsk and receive 3-5 replies per consultation, all through VideoAsk.I would like to sell this service as a product in our store, together with our physical products.Is this possible?Preferably I would like to let people buy single consultation in packages of 1, 5 and 10 consultations. Can't map videoask question with Hubspot properties

Hi. We want to send our VideoAsk answers to HubSpot using the HubSpot integration. Everything is fine until we have to choose an option to match with any HS field. This is the message that appears in the select field: “There are no fields available to select - please contact the integration administrator”We checked already that the contact form option is activated, and the email field is mandatory. This is happening with all our videos.

Videoask Facebook Conversion Events No Result

Why aren't the conversations being recorded when the form is filled out on Facebook? The pixel is integrated. There are no events in the events column. The ad set never leaves the learning phase because the events are not triggered.

Redirecting to a unique link in VideoAsk

Hello team, I had a question!Lets say, I have contact details of 100 people that i know and i pass this contact detail in the URL of the VideoASK link so that i would know which lead is performing what action in videoask. Now based on the contact details in the URL, i want to redirect the candidate to a specific URL - which is unique to the lead!So every lead has different URL that is unique to the lead.How to do this in Videoaask?

GA4 and Google Ads not tracking videoask events

Hi I’m having issues with the videoask event tracking I am using both the GA and GTM integration in Videoask.For GA4 I have set up an event tag that fires when any of the events are sent to GTM and this is all working fine on the GTM sidethe below screen shot on the left shows GTM where all the events are sent and the tags fired, but the GA4 debug view (on the right) has on registered the “videoask_presented” event but it has not registered any of the other events that have been set through GTMthe other issue I am having is that all the Google ads conversion tags that are set to fire on these events are all makred as “still running” so the conversion is not triggering. Any insights into these issues and how to potentially fix would be greatly apreciated. thanks

Hello Community,I experience the following challenge and would love to get some thoughts from you guys on the topic:Built a Typeform in which I embedded 2 Video Asks - all works out fine. The thing is just that one of the 2 Video Ask shall be a “mandatory” answer meaning respondents must answer via video in order to move on. I have an online health and coaching platform for women. I'm looking into integrating videoask but have the following needs 1. customer can submit her videoask and get a link of her submission which she can view without logging in to videoask2. We pass her name and email from our react app without she having to enter3. All conversations between coach and customer via videoask is neatly threaded within our application Optional; 4. We can do a JS call back to send these links via our chat support tool (crisp) I have looked through the Dev hub but not sure if above is possible. Any ideas?
