Hey all. I’m new to VideoAsk, but am absolutely loving it! However, I’m finding that the majority of my responses come in as Anonymous. I’ve tried moving the Collect Data slide earlier in the process, and I get that if people bail when it’s time to leave a testimony, it may come in as Anonymous, but I have a bunch that are filling out the entire form except their contact info. Any advice, best practices, or help on this front would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

There’s a good article on Anonymous responses here that might be helpful, have you set the contact fields as required already?
You might also want to check the drop off points during the videoask sequence, to see if people are leaving at a certain point. That could be a good way to determine where to put the contact form and whether you need to make any changes to the steps to encourage people to leave their details.
