However, I can’t find a way to do it using the system that our committee wants to use….To explainQuestion one asks the voter to select one option from 4 possible options. Question two asks the voter to select one option from 4 possible options. Question three asks the voter to select one option from 4 possible options. Question five asks the voter to select one option from 4 possible options.All good so far… I can do this, and at the end of these 5 question I have 5 answersWhat I now want to do is to ask the voter to take the responses from those 5 questions, and rank them in order of preference…. I can’t see a way to dynamically generate answer options, by taking their answers from previous questions. Is this possible in type form? Or am I going to need to jump o

Hi everyone — I’m hoping for some guidance on a scoring issue I can’t seem to resolve.I’m building a score-based assessment (Likert scale, 1–5 per question). The goal is to display the total score on the final End Screen using {{score}}.Here’s what I’ve already done: All questions have numeric values assigned (1–5) Score quiz is enabled No branching rules are active (I deleted all rules) No outcomes are intentionally set The form flows naturally to a single End Screen The End Screen includes Your Total Score: {{score}} / 125 I’m testing on the published link, not preview However: The score does not calculate {{score}} renders as blank In the Scoring tab, I sometimes still see

We use matrix type question a lot in our surveys. Is there an ETA on when it will have full functionality in TypeForm? Specifically we are after the currently missing ability to work with the matrix in the survey logic (advanced only for starters if need be is fine) as we often need to assign variables and split the survey further based on responses in the matrix questions. Advanced piping would also be great, but not necessary.

Hello,I am new to typeform and have just started creating quizzes for user development and education. I have run into an issue assigning logic to matrix questions. Am I able to assign a correct answer for a matrix question similar to how i can create a rule for a multiple choice? Example: The user selects the correct “column” that corresponds with the appropriate “row.” I would then send the user to the next statement slide informing them “incorrect” or “correct.”Thank you

How can I create a field for my customer to enter a time for the service. I dont see any time option.

Hello team,I’ve built a Typeform and embedded it as a popover on my website.Now the problem is that it takes a lot of time (3-4 seconds) to load the form once a user clicks on the popover. I checked with my internet, and it is fine.Can someone help with any optimisations that can reduce this loading time? I’ve been trying to reach out for support, and nothing works. I get this error whenever I click on Submit a request. There is no human support in chatbot as well nor there is an email address to reach out to. Please look into it as it will deteriorate customer trust if there is no way to reach out to support. 

I have been using typeform for a long time and have a lot of live forms, some with very high response counts. Is there a way to see what forms get the most usage? I keep getting close to the plan limit and am not sure what form(s) are responible. The task of exporting data from all the forms and manually comparing would be massive.

Hi, I’m trying to do something that seems like exactly what Variables + Recall are built for, but can’t seem to figure out how to do it.We want to have users tell us (a) how many miles they drive each year (b) their car mileage and (c) the price of gas where they live.  After they input A, B and C, we want to feed back a Statement that says “We think you’ll pay (D) for gas.I’ve created @milesdriven @mileage @gasprice @gallonsperyear @gasperyear that are conceptually linked as follows:.@milesdriven (A) / @mileage (B) = @gallonsperyear (C) * @gasprice (D) = @gasperyear (E)A, B, and D are customer input.  I’ve set up logic for A, B and D so that when someone answers how many miles they drive = 10,000, that is added to @milesdriven, etc.  So they answer these questions and the A, B, D variables should then retain their answers.I’ve then set up logic in one of the questions saying [Always] [divide] [@milesdriven] / [@mileage]), which shou

Hello Typeform team and community,I am trying to transfer ownership of my Typeform account to my professional email, but I get an error saying that this email is already associated with an account. Here’s the situation: I started creating an account with this email, set a password, but never completed the email verification. As a result, a “ghost” or incomplete account exists in Typeform’s system. I cannot log in, reset the password, or access this account, yet the email is blocking the ownership transfer.I cannot use another email address because this is my official professional email, and I need it to be the account owner.Could someone from Typeform or the community help me? Ideally, the ghost/incomplete account associated with this email would need to be deleted so that I can complete the ownership transfer.Thank you very much for your help!

Hi everyone,I’m on a Typeform Business plan and I regularly use the AI translation feature.After several uses, I sometimes get the following error message:“Translation file too big – We were unable to complete your AI translation due to a large file size. You'll need to reduce the size of your form and try again.”What’s confusing is that: the form content hasn’t changed, and the next day the translation often works again without any issue, with the exact same form. 👉 Is this expected behavior related to a temporary AI quota or usage limit (daily/monthly)?👉 Is this limit based on overall AI usage rather than the actual form size?👉 Is there any way to track or view AI usage on a Business account?Thanks in advance for your help 🙏

Hello Typeform Community,I’m currently setting up a form for an invitation to join our Beta Program, and I’m testing the email notification feature to send a confirmation email to responders who agree to become Beta Testers. The email will include a list of instructions and a URL to access the program.However, I encountered an issue when trying to pass a field value as part of the URL path. I learned that Typeform can only pass field values as URL parameters, but I need to include this value in the path/slug of the URL to make the URL dynamic.Is there a way to pass a field value as a URL path in the email notification, or is there any workaround that could help achieve this? Hello everyone,When trying to connect my Zapier to TypeForm, some of the forms of my organization are missing in the wizard. I can see all the forms I create but only some of the others.I guess it’s a question of ownership. Any help? 

I want to use my typeform via SDK in typescript. But it says Sorry, you can't access this typeform until its creator says so. How do I make my form public and use it in my projects? Could that be done with the free plan?
