Typeform conversations

It’s been 3 days since my payment page is broken and it has cost me loose customers. No contact from support. This is horrible. My Question is typeform going to reimburse the losses i suffered. As paying that heavy subscription amount is no joke and getting no support.

My payment page comes in blank on the live site. User cannot fill their card details etc.Any recommendations. I’m using Stripe as a payment gateway  

The payment field in our form stopped working more than 48 hours ago - after what appears to be an update to Typeform’s Stripe integration. We’re not the only users reporting this problem. We submitted a proper support ticket a while ago now and yet, we’re still awaiting a resolution. This issue is affecting payments, so it’s fairly critical, and the team really needed to have escalated and gotten it sorted out a long time ago.

I’m trying to translate my very short form now, and the AI translation is partially wrong so I’m trying to do the few necessary tweaks myself via the template download and upload.The problem is that no matter if I actually edit the downloaded file or not, when I re-upload it I systematically get the error message “Translation file doesn’t match form questions. Your new translation file has 7 rows of information. It needs to have 6 rows to match your form. Please edit and try again.”Funny thing is that if I delete a row (which I shouldn’t do because the original file actually has 7 rows), I get the same message but now it talks about a file of 6 rows instead of 5, so the issue seems to adapt to how long my file is and never gets resolved. 

Hey there, I am trying to access support to fix an account issue but when I try to raise a ticket via Zendesk I get the following error message. I have tried deleting cookies, incognito browsers, Edge and Chrome as well as a few links I found on the community pages. This page isn’t workingtypeform.zendesk.com redirected you too many times. Try deleting your cookies.ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I wanted to create a typeform for my site. I wanted to create a typeform in wordpress. I am new  and I wanted to know Is typeform compatible with wordpress. 

I want to create a simple calculator:I have these number questions which the user answers:Your Fabric cost (per meter) Number of metres Pattern cost Notion cost  Estimated hours to sew (optional) Hourly rate (only if Estimated hours to sew is greater than 0)The ending that appears on the screen is:The cost of your sewing project is: (v_total) with a summery of the costs belowv_total = (Your Fabric cost x Number of metres/yards) + Pattern cost + Notion cost + (Estimated hours to sew x Hourly rate)All optional questions do not require an answer and if they do not have one, then proceed to the next question. Except if Estimated hours is blank then it skips hourly rate and goes to end.I have created these custom variables, but not sure how to correctly link them to the number questions. I have had a go with logic branching etc...but don’t seem to have it right. Can someone help me create this in Typeform logic? Greatly appreciated, Jane

When  I finished the  5 response in  video ask  and  ready to response next question  the response are not saved  but questions started  in the beginning and not when I was  ,in 5 question! What can I do? 

Hi,  Hope someone can help answering the following questions about the possibilities in Typeform-I am looking for a tool that can be used to find which style (variable) the respondent has, in order to offer the correct online course based on the result from the survey. I have an online course for each style in my programme. I don`t want the style to show for the respondent, but each answer (one per style) will collect the style/variable chosen and then indicate which style based on the tag of variables. Can I add a tag with a variable per answer, for each question in the survey? Is it possible to show a graphical presentation of the result, showing which style/variable got most hits, based on the answers, but also show the result for the other 5 variables (percentage..?)?

Hi everyone.So I am doing a website for a client who is running a telehealth operation for weight loss. They are asking me to have a form created, as a quiz kinda setup to see if they would qualify for a weight loss prescription program, and this is where they collect credentials of potential patients height, weight, age, gender, medical conditions, etc. I am grateful that Typeform has the capability to do some pretty decent Conditional Logic options, and I saw another thread from before where someone did a BMI Calculator formula.But here is where I’m stuck.I need to find a way where, when I collect a person’s height and weight, a BMI number will be calculated in the background, and then that BMI number will determine eligiblity based on further questions they are asked, where certain BMI numbers will not qualify for their program.I see that someone was able to make a BMI fomula work successfully, but it creates the end point of saying “Your BMI number is ____” and I need it to go furt

Hello everyone,  I’m trying to create a “how much would you save with us” calculator but to no avail. I’ve done thousand tests, tried setting numerous variables and the logic chart doesn’t seem to be responding adequately. Has someone done something similar so I can take a look at their breakdown to try and replicate? I’m on a deadline and these have been the most stressful weeks of my life. I’m certain my formula is pretty close to functioning but I obviously don’t see the missing piece. Help please!

I want to add a feature to my Shopify store that will allow visitors to “Make an Offer” on certain used items. Is it possible to see the URL from which the completion came from?For example:User visits mysite.com/product/some-used-item and clicks the button labeled “Make an offer”I want to be able to see the product they are trying to make an offer on based on the URL. I made a scoring quiz about leadership styles. It asks 10 questions, and each answer is assigned with a 1, 2, or 3. Then there are three possible ending pages the user is sent to depending on their score (i.e., a score of 10-17 = “needs to improve”; 18-24 = “making progress”; 25-30 = “looking good, here are next steps”). That all works fine. What I want is for all the users, whichever of the three scoring pages they are sent to, to end up on a final goodbye page. How can I do that? Thanks. And if the answer is to put the three scoring pages in the Pages section instead of the Endings sections, I can’t figure out how to do the logic to get the user to the scoring pages. Thanks.

I manage a food-related site called Modern Food Catering, and I’m using Typeform to collect recipe feedback and small survey responses from users. The issue I’m facing is that the responses aren’t grouping correctly into the categories I set (like cuisine type or meal preference). Hi,I want to add 100000 points to my score total if someone choose more than 1 item in my selection list. Is this possible? For example: What foods do you like:Apple Orange Pear Banana CheeseIf someone just selects any of these, it will give a score of 1. If someone selects more than 1 item in this list, it will add 1000000 to the score. Is it possible?
