Hi TypeForm fam! So, the progress bar is not ONLY the thin strip of line, and we no longer have the option to see % complete. This is fine. Unfortunately though - the progress bar is a thin, white stripe of line which is hard to see on the grey TypeForm template I’m using. I’m wondering if I can make the TypeForm Progress Bar both wider/thicker so it’s more obvious, and darker (e.g. black) so users can actually see it against the grey TypeForm template?
Hi there, I am trying to embed a Typeform within my Canvas LMS course page (not Canva for design), but when I use an iframe, it strips out the <script> tag. I found a way to use an iframe without the <script> tag, but it is not responsive. I am trying to avoid a scrollbar within the iframe to align with best practices. When I tried using the “Embed in an email” option, the embed code was not stripped from the Canvas page, but I worry about how long these links will remain valid, as this course will be retaught in future years. Any information about how long email embed links are valid, or ways to make the form embed responsively without using any HTML tags that aren’t included in the Canvas HTML Editor Allowlist, would be very welcome!
One of our clients had a quote-request form on their site, name, address, phone, email, service type, budget, timeline, message, and a few more fields. Standard "capture everything upfront" thinking. Conversion was rough, something like 8% of visitors who started it actually finished. We rebuilt it as a short Typeform: what service do you need, roughly where are you located, how urgent is it, and how should we reach you. Four questions, one at a time, progress bar visible. Completion rate roughly doubled, and the leads that came through were actually more qualified, since the shorter form didn't scare off serious buyers the way the long one did.The one thing that took some trial and error was the logic jumps, routing "urgent" answers to a different thank-you message than "just researching," so the follow-up feels tailored instead of generic.Curious if others have found a sweet spot for field count on lead forms, or if it's more about question order than raw length. We're a small marketi
Hello!I cannot figure out how to collect information with Partial Submissions. I have an appropriate plan (i.e., Business), and I’ve added “Partial Submission” in an appropriate spot based on the instructions. However, it’s not collecting “Partial” information, even though I can see in the “Results” that it should have collected email addresses.Thoughts?
It seems that the function to go to branching is broken for all my forms. And on top of that I can not create any tickets !!!Any idea on how to get support ?
I’m interested in creating a holiday campaign with Typeform that is engaging, personalized, and easy for people to complete. What are the best practices for using Typeform Logic, personalization, tagging/segmentation, and follow-up automation to create a successful holiday campaign? I would also appreciate an example of an effective campaign structure for increasing engagement and conversions.Typeform supports tagging respondents based on their answers and combining tags with logic to customize their journey, so this is a technically relevant question rather than a generic one.
Our Typeform links appear to be inaccessible from the Philippines. What we’re seeing: All forms are affected, not just one form. It happens across all devices we tested. It worked previously and only started a few days ago. The same forms are still accessible from Vietnam and South Africa. Please investigate whether this could be a regional routing, ISP, or access issue affecting the Philippines.
Hi everyone, I run a content site called www.crabguide.com, and I have been going back and forth on how to build a small interactive quiz (helping readers figure out shell size/type for their hermit crab). I looked into custom JS and even a separate Webflow page, but honestly just embedding a Typeform quiz into my existing WordPress page might be the simplest route. For something this small and specific, would you recommend Typeform's quiz/scoring logic, or is it really meant for bigger surveys and overkill for a 5-6 question tool? Also curious how well embeds perform speed-wise inside an existing WordPress page. Thanks!
I'm managing a website focused on Tomodachi Life ROM and I'd like to collect better feedback from visitors.I'm considering using Typeform to create a user-friendly feedback form.I'd like to know:Which question types work best for gaming websites? How can I collect bug reports and download issues in one form? Is it better to use conditional logic based on the user's problem? What are the must-have fields for technical support requests? Can Typeform responses be connected to Google Sheets for easier management?I'd love to hear how others use Typeform for gaming or content-based websites. Thanks!
I am having trouble embedding a new form on a webpage. On my desktop it is showing the mobile view not the desktop view. You can see there is another older form above that views fine. I don’t know what to do to fix this.

Hello,We have a problem with the conversion tracking of our Typeform forms.Indeed, we have integrated the forms via an iframe directly on a landing page: https://www.irrijardin.fr/devis/piscine-exterieureIf we put utm's on the form via the utm tracking function, they will be associated to the form but not to the page which is a problem for the Adwords conversion tracking. Can you help us with this?Have a nice day.Best regards.
I want to create a simple calculator:I have these number questions which the user answers:Your Fabric cost (per meter) Number of metres Pattern cost Notion cost Estimated hours to sew (optional) Hourly rate (only if Estimated hours to sew is greater than 0)The ending that appears on the screen is:The cost of your sewing project is: (v_total) with a summery of the costs belowv_total = (Your Fabric cost x Number of metres/yards) + Pattern cost + Notion cost + (Estimated hours to sew x Hourly rate)All optional questions do not require an answer and if they do not have one, then proceed to the next question. Except if Estimated hours is blank then it skips hourly rate and goes to end.I have created these custom variables, but not sure how to correctly link them to the number questions. I have had a go with logic branching etc...but don’t seem to have it right. Can someone help me create this in Typeform logic? Greatly appreciated, Jane
Hello,is it possible to track conversions from facebook in Typeform? I need to insert the “lead” tracking code to the SUBMIT button or is there a particular URL when participant submit the form?Thank you,Honza
Hello, I would like to make an inquiry about a problem that we have. Here’s an overview of our current situation:We funnel our audience from ads on Meta and Tiktok to a typeform where they answer a few multiple-choice questions to help us qualify them. The leads then go into our Hubspot CRM where they are segmented into two groups:Qualified leads, the people who chose the right answers. And general, the people who are not eligible to receive our services. Here’s the problem, TikTok and Meta ads manager are not reporting the correct amount of leads, we get hundreds and thousands while our ads manager shows us that we get a few tens of leads. We would like to see if there’s a way for us to communicate our real number of leads, especially the number of our qualified leads to Facebook and Tiktok so that they get a good idea of who actually becomes a lead. Some sort of tracking software, a conversion API, or an excel template that is easy to export so that we can send it back to those platf
Hello Community, I am building a quizz like this one https://www.florahealth.com/pages/biological-age where you can calculate your biological age. I am adding score to every potential answer. My question is - how i can add all the scores from the answers in order to calculate the age at the end of the quizz? Thanks,
After editing a published form, I cannot publish the changes - This message appears on a pop up dialogue: Sorry, we’re dealing with a technical issue. Please refresh the page—but note that you’ll lose any unsaved changes. If you still can’t save, please click here for more information. I’m in Chrome and have tried safari and incognito. Thanks for help.
I want to add my copy to the video but the system seems to not allow for that type of customization. Does anyone know how to make that happen?
When developing a survey its cool to see which questions are marked as ‘required’ through the use of *. But when the survey goes live people are asking me ‘why is there an asterisk on this question?’. Is it possible to hide the asterisk for a survey when it goes live?
Asterisks next to questions
The asterisk placement from required questions acts a bit weird and this is especially noticable on mobile. We even removed the required mark from a question just to improve the styling. The problem is that only the asterisk gets placed on the next line, like so:In a crowded question on mobile it severely hurts the styling
I would like to know why Typeform automatically adds an asterix next to some questions?* And why they cannot be removed?
Hi everyone I am new here and I need help on how to understand the website
Hello can someone please help me out with the onboard booking link so I can reschedule please.
Question is simple... Why is it ON on paid plan? Why do I have to turn it off now every time I duplicate form? We have over 500 forms and it starts getting annoying… That option should be completely GONE. Paid plan. Can’t edit name.
