Happy to help out! You mentioned you didn’t sign up, could you clarify what you didn’t sign up for? Did you create a Typeform account? 

Did you create a question that has a video answer where people can record a video to answer your question? If yes, you can find the videos and download them in the Results section of your form. Once you click on Results, click on Responses and you’ll be able to see all the individual responses your form has received. More information can be found in this article.

If you can share a screen recording or screenshots of what you created in your account, we can look into this further.
