VideoAsk and HubSpot

Hi community, I'm trying to connect VideoAsk with HubSpot and everything went well, the connection was successful. However, I'm not able to map the user's responses because they are coming through as ID/code instead of the actual response text. Any solution? Thanks

Hi ​@Claudia_MC welcome to the community 😊

Are you using Zapier to integrate with HubSpot or have you gone direct? The direct integration is a bit buggy, some customers report issues with mapping fields and at the moment we’re not able to get this fixed, so would recommend using something like Zapier or Make as a workaround to connect the two products, if possible 🙏

Hi Grace, thank you for your response. Yes, I’m actually trying to connect it with HubSpot through Zapier, but the responses are showing up as code [I’m sharing an image], and they’re not transferring correctly to the CRM.

Ooh interesting ​@Claudia_MC I know that part of it is the response ID but I’ve not seen it looking like this before. Would you mind sending a screen recording of your set up to the VideoAsk support team so they can troubleshoot with you? You can send it to support@videoask.com and I’ll ask them to look out for you!
