What forms get the most responses?

I have been using typeform for a long time and have a lot of live forms, some with very high response counts. Is there a way to see what forms get the most usage? I keep getting close to the plan limit and am not sure what form(s) are responible. The task of exporting data from all the forms and manually comparing would be massive.

One option to see usage over time in one place is the Google Analytics integration:

Integrate your typeform with Google Analytics

By using GA, you could see submissions each day by form, as well as which traffic sources (e.g., organic search, social media, email etc.) are driving the most form completions.

No built-in dashboard to sort forms by response count, unfortunately. Best bet is connecting to Google Analytics to track submissions per form and spot the high-volume ones. That'll help identify what's pushing you near limits.

We ran into a very similar situation on a site with multiple interactive tools, where it wasn’t obvious which ones were actually getting used the most. Manually comparing data wasn’t realistic, so we ended up relying on Google Analytics event tracking to see usage per tool instead of guessing.

Once events were set up properly, it became much easier to spot which tools were driving most of the activity and which ones could be deprioritized. It also revealed patterns we didn’t expect, like differences by traffic source and language.

The same approach has worked well for us on a font generator site (fontesdeletras), where tracking interactions like tool usage and copy actions gave a much clearer picture of what users actually value. GA isn’t perfect, but for this kind of usage insight, it’s been the most practical solution so far.

That’s a solid approach. When you’re tracking usage per tool, are you mostly relying on GA events, or did you also set up custom dimensions / labels to differentiate between tools?

I’ve found that once you have multiple interactive elements, things can get messy fast unless the event naming is very consistent. Also curious if you noticed any big differences between desktop vs mobile usage when you started tracking interactions more closely.
