Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to block a respondent by email. However, you can toggle on Advanced spam protection if you’re a lot of spam responses. More information on how Advanced spam protection works can be found here.

Another option is turning on duplicate response prevention. You can choose to prevent duplicate responses by cookies or cookies and IP address. If you choose to prevent duplicate responses by cookies, respondents may be able to submit another response if they clear their browser’s cookies, change to a different browser, or change their network settings.
