i see documentation that free typeform only give 10 time request/response. if get 10 response in one month, will typeform reset the limit in next month?

Yes, it’s 10 responses per month, so it resets. Just to note, that’s 10 per account, and not 10 per form you create. You can learn more about what’s available on the free plan here, but feel free to ask any more questions if you have them!
