Unable to Set Up Email in Typeform

I hope you’re doing well.

I am trying to set up an email in my Typeform account but I am unable to do so. Could you please assist me with this issue?

Hi ​@epiphanyxo,

 

From the screenshot you provided, it looks like you’re missing the set up of the action to send the email. When you click on Notify myself/team via email, you can select which action you would like to trigger. You can click Receive email notifications. Then follow the process of setting up the email you would like to send. 

If you’re wanting to update the contents of the email, you’ll need to verify your Typeform account if you haven’t done so already. More step by step instructions can be found in this Help Center article.
