I upgraded my account because we had reached our limit in free responses. The dashboard says we need to upgrade, but when I go to billing it says we are on the basic plan and the money has come from my account. Unfortunately I sent the email out to all of our customers (on a paid service) and now support hasn’t been in contact for 12 hours and Im a bit frustrated as people are viewing the email and the survey isn’t working.
Any ideas?
