Hey Typeform Community! ๐Ÿ‘‹

ย

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for todayโ€™s Tune-up Your Typeform session โ€” whether you came along live or are catching up now.

ย

If you missed it (or want to steal a few ideas for your own forms), the full replay is ready for you below.

ย

In this session, our team took real customer forms and turned them into higher-performing, more connected workflows โ€” using everything from Typeform's AI features to Contacts and Automations.

3. Articles in Common
ย

  • Original typeform: Sell your gear form
  • Challenge: Reduce friction and send auto-notifications to respondents and the team
  • What we changed: Restructured the form with a one-at-a-time item upload flow, added branching logic so people can more easily submit multiple items, Added FAQ with AI and payment block to capture leads/sales for their WildUp program, used Contacts and Automations to handle follow-ups to respondents and get self notifications

Participating in this session is highly beneficial because you wonโ€™t just get theoryโ€”youโ€™ll also see real, practical examples from forms actually used by other users. This allows you to understand common mistakes as well as proven, effective solutions.

In addition, this session helps you directly improve the quality of your formsโ€”from reducing friction that causes respondents to drop off midway, to designing question flows that are more engaging and user-friendly. This is important for increasing response rates.

The use of AI features is another advantage, as it allows you to work faster and more efficiently without having to do everything manually. On top of that, automation helps ensure that follow-ups with respondents are handled in a more organized and professional way.

Most importantly, you will learn how to turn incoming data into actionable insights that can support better decision-making, rather than just being a collection of responses.
