The Typeform team will be taking its annual end of year break, to give everyone a chance to relax, unwind, and enjoy the holiday season.
Our Global Week of Rest allows the company to collectively take some time off, and recharge creative batteries ready for the new year and all the exciting things we have planned to deliver to you in 2026.
The break will take place between December 24th 2025 and January 2nd 2026.
What does this mean for you?
During this week of rest we will be operating with reduced staff, but will continue to provide support for any urgent issues.
You can continue to submit your questions to our Typeform support team via this link.
Typeform email support will be available during this period. However, live chat will be offline from December 22nd - January 2nd.
VideoAsk and Formless support will be available at a reduced capacity. You can continue to submit your questions via support@videoask.com and hello@formless.ai.
Our Community will remain open for peer to peer support, and I will be around to moderate chats when needed.
Please note that you may experience a delayed support response time during this period.
