Hey all!I'm here with some BIG news. As you've probably already worked out from the title of this post, we've now hit 20,000 members of the Typeform Community 🥳  This is a HUGE number, especially given that we only started this community last year. We're made up about hitting this magical mark and would like to say thanks to all of you for joining us on our adventures.  When we set out building the Typeform Community our mission was to create a space where talented folk could join together to help us all "build the future of online conversations". We didn't intend this to be some schmaltzy claim – we actually meant it (and we still do!) So, needless to say we're delighted to have been able to support and inspire so many people so far. Congrats to our 20,000 member @sergeyeni  - welcome to the club 🫶 And thanks to our treasured members including the wonderful @john.desborough @mathio @picsoung @Paulo @vickioneill @Michaela @andrew_videoask @Darnell @the conservative @jvh   In celebrat

A little over one year ago we launched this community as a place for creators to help each other build great online interactions. 15 months later and we've just hit the 15,000 members mark! 🎉 We've been truly humbled by the popularity of the community and are delighted to have been able to help and inspire so many people. Hello Community…or should I say award-winning Community!!? Yep, that's right, our awesome little corner of the internet has been named as a winner in the 2022 GameChanger Europe Awards, by customer success platform Gainsight 🏅  A panel of judges awarded Typeform the Architect Award, for "creating a community that is of help across an entire customer journey, and for its track record of building deep, one-on-one connections with customers".  The awards ceremony took place today at Gainsight's Pulse Europe conference in London. Our very own @Grace  was there to collect the award, rubbing shoulders with some of Europe's elite B2B companies.  Congratulations to all of us for this award, it truly belongs to everyone here who has helped shape this community into what it is today. Now that we’ve had a full month of everything pumpkin and a full month of the Brand Kit feature, I figure it’s time to look back on all things community! It’s been a quiet October, but the community has been bustling with activity from all of you great folks!  Off we go!  Since October, we’ve had 838 new folks join the community, bringing us to a total of 19,358 members. 90 of you were VideoAsk users - yay!     203 conversations were started, with 944 likes handed out     83,250 visitors stopped by the community and 36,775 of those were unique views.    78.33% of questions were answered. Here are some of the highlights from last month:  The VideoAsk team has been hard at work publishing new guides to inspire your creativity with VideoAsk. Update - 31/10/22 - Winners revealed! We now have our Halloween contest winners! Congratulations to @john.desborough  for his devilishly well designed entry, which wins the prize for best overall typeform 🏆 The judges loved the various different avenues this horror tale took and were impressed with the way the scary imagery was woven into the story. Second prize goes to @derekresults for his spine-curdling tale of a road trip gone bad. Summer is officially over, and I’m not ready for it! I know many of you are all about your pumpkin spice latte season, so hats off to you if you’ve been waiting for September to roll in. While the temperatures cool down for a lot of us in the world, let’s take a few moments to remember the last month of summer here at Typeform.  Off we go!  Since August, we’ve had 821 new folks join the community, bringing us to a total of 17,703 members. 101 of you were VideoAsk users - yay!     218 conversations were started, with 1381 likes handed out     79, 724 visitors stopped by the community and 33,809 of those were unique views.    90.37% of questions were answered - yay for answers! Here are some of the highlights from last month:  Even though many of us were on holiday the month of August, @Grace  created this handy guide here on converting your VideoAsk URL to a QR code. Likewise, if you’ve thought about embedding your typeforms and decided not to, we'd also love to know why.  Our product team would like to know more about what embed types you’re using and why, any pains or frustrations with the embed process, and why you’re not using certain embed features we offer.  If selected, you’ll speak face-to-face with our product managers for no longer than 30 minutes via Zoom. Congratulations folks 🎊10,000 is just a number, but it gives us the perfect excuse to pause and reflect on all the amazing moments and the hard work we’ve put in this year. Community growth isn’t about adding more members - although that’s always a good sign!. The weather was gloomy for many of us around the world in April, but our new features weren’t! This month, for example, we welcomed a brand new eCommerce integration, Square and some fancy updates to our logic map. Let’s dive into the numbers from last month.  Since April, we’ve had 880 new members join, bringing us to a total of 14,270 users. 64 of you were VideoAsk users - yay!    217 conversations were started, handing out 1963 likes along with it.     72,765 visitors stopped by the community and 29,504 of those were unique views.    64.80% of questions were answered - yay for answers! Here are some of the highlights from last month:  Grace is still releasing VideoAsk-related content like none other. March was the month of feature enhancements, updating everything from the Calendly app to the Results panel.
