The weather was gloomy for many of us around the world in April, but our new features weren’t! This month, for example, we welcomed a brand new eCommerce integration, Square and some fancy updates to our logic map. Let’s dive into the numbers from last month. Since April, we’ve had 880 new members join, bringing us to a total of 14,270 users. 64 of you were VideoAsk users - yay! 217 conversations were started, handing out 1963 likes along with it. 72,765 visitors stopped by the community and 29,504 of those were unique views. 64.80% of questions were answered - yay for answers! March was the month of feature enhancements, updating everything from the Calendly app to the Results panel. While we were updating different areas of the product, we welcomed more conversations from VideoAsk users, hosted webinars, and witnessed some epic Typeform building from all of you! 2022 is shaping up to be a busy year, so let’s dive right into the numbers from last month. Since March, we’ve had 1217 new members join, bringing us to a total of 13,392 users. 200 of you were VideoAsk users - yay! 286 conversations were started, handing out 2224 likes along with it. 84,383 visitors stopped by the community and 33,705 of those were unique views. 76.25% of questions were answered - yay for answers! Just when I thought January flew by, so did February! We must be off to a great start this year with VideoAsk creators officially joining the community. If you haven’t given VideoAsk a try or don’t know where to start with it, now’s your chance! Ask around to see what folks are using the product for or drop a link to your form to share inspiration for others! And with that good news, on with the good stuff! Hello amigo@s, I want to give you all a quick update regarding upcoming changes to the community content structure.As some of you may know, we’ll soon be welcoming VideoAsk creators to our community. This means amongst other things: Ability to sign up to the community with both Typeform and VideoAsk accounts (enabled already) Look and feel improvements (enabled already). Community categories to be structured by product. (coming soon). Updates to navigation menu (coming soon). New Inspiration Library (coming soon). New Product Updates area split by product (coming soon). Updates to onboarding and community guides to cater for users of both products. Many of you have been asking for other eCommerce integrations with Typeform… so for 2022, we’re happy to announce our next upcoming eCommerce integration: Square Online! The app will enable Square Online merchants to: Embed typeforms in their Square Online eCommerce sites Create new leads in their Square CRM from Typeform responses Create product recommendation quizzes for their customers Before our product team launches the Square app within Typeform, they’d love to have a few of you test out the integration to gather your feedback. Not a Square customer? That’s fine, we’re happy to bring you along for the journey if you have an interest in setting up a Square Online store and connecting with your Typeform account. Does anyone know where January went? I don’t! January flew by, and we’re already a month into the year. It seems like many of you came back from the holiday season ready to start off this year with a bang, diving right into your forms and finding all the use cases for them! This month we welcomed Grace to the Community team, who comes from VideoAsk support and now will be creating plenty of wonderful content for you to make even better use of your VideoAsk accounts. If you have a form you’d like to show-off, drop it in the comments here! On that note, on with the good stuff! Since December 2021 we have had 1586 new members join, and we’re currently at a total of 11,287 creators. Hello my friends! The holiday season is here and I couldn't be more excited about it! It's time to reflect on 2021 and think of goals for 2022. 2021 was very important to Typeform. Our Community is one of the highlights of this year, so we'd like to thank you for that! Thank you for bringing so much knowledge, insights and empathy to our Community. We hope that, together, we can achieve even more next year! The highlight of 2021 for me was joining the Typeform family! I've learned so much here and I can't wait to learn more with you next year. At some point, you realize that doing content the same old way that everyone else does it just won’t get it done. As products have flooded the marketplace, and competitors are more than happy to copy every feature and design you have, you realize you need something more. In the Meaningful Brands framework, you begin with a solid product/service. You have to deliver here, even if you have copycats (or perhaps you’re the copycat) following your every move. The next area of this framework is delivering more “personal” benefits, something beyond the product. This is Chris Do’s expertise. It’s why he’s an influencer of influencers. Hello Typeform Community! It's great to be here 😀 I'm a former Typeform employee and current operating partner at VC firm Seven Seven Six. I'm also a mamá, a wife, a friend, and a daughter who has to – much like you – juggle thousands of different tasks every week. @James told me about your Meaningful Mondays and I wanted to stop by and (re)share something I've started doing which has been helping me a lot – in the hope that it will help you a lot, too. It’s been just one week since I set my final quarterly goals of 2021. But these aren't company goals – these are my goals: they help me decide what is most important to me to focus on now so I can drop anything that doesn't help towards that. It's part of an approach towards sustainable decision making that I came up with based on my own experience living and losing at the fallacy that "you can have it all". I spoke about this earlier this year at Typeform's Meaningful event where I presented a way to find more balance in your life
