This year we are introducing an end of year break for the Typeform team to give everyone a chance to relax, unwind and enjoy the holiday season.
This Global end of year break will allow the whole company to collectively take some time off, recharge creative batteries and feel refreshed and ready for the new year and all the exciting things we have planned to deliver to you in 2025.
This break will take place between December 23rd 2024 and January 1st 2025.
What does this mean for you?
During this week of rest we will be operating with reduced staff, but will continue to provide support for any urgent issues.
You can continue to submit your questions to our Typeform support team via this link.
- Typeform email support will be available during this period. However, live chat will be offline from December 22nd - January 5th.
- VideoAsk and Formless support will be available at a reduced capacity. You can continue to submit your questions via support@videoask.com and hello@formless.ai.
Our Community will remain open for peer to peer support, and Liz will be around to moderate chats and assist where possible.
Please note that you may experience a delayed support response time during this period.
