how can i make the link a hyper link on my instagram bio?

Hi, yes I am. But I think I can only have one link in my bio and at the moment that’s my website. Unless there is another way?

Hi, yes I am. But I think I can only have one link in my bio and at the moment that’s my website. Unless there is another way?

The reason your link isn't clickable is that Instagram doesn't allow hyperlinks inside the 'Bio' text area itself. To make it a proper clickable blue link, you need to use the dedicated 'Links' feature in your profile settings.

  1. Go to your profile and tap 'Edit Profile'.

  2. Tap on 'Links' (or 'Website' depending on your app version).

  3. Add your URL there. This is the only place where Instagram generates a real hyperlink for your followers to click.

 I’ve noticed that adding a 'pointing down' emoji (👇) right above the link in your bio text helps grab attention and increases clicks.
