Our go to way of sharing reports is getting removed without notice.

Hey Typeform Community, 

 

We’ve been using Typeform for several years now, and love the sharing feature where we can design the shareable report with a cover photo and logo. 

I’m trying to find a Typeform customer representative to help me answer a few questions on what we can do next since we’ve received a warning message that says

“This report is no longer supported and will be removed without notice. Ask the sender to switch to the new version described in the Typeform Help Center”

The new option and feature doesn’t allows us to edit the colours of the shareable report to match out brand. Is there anyone who can help us?

I’ve shared it with the Product team, there are plans to update the new report style to including branding, but the team want to make some updates to brand kits first. In the meantime, you can continue to use the old version as we won’t be switching it off yet. Hope that helps 🙏

      I am not clear/couldn’t find instruction on how to “Switch to the more powerful alternative described in our Help Center...” are you able to provide guidance on how to do this?

      Hi ​@WTV my understanding is the new version is only being rolled out to new users at this time, how long have you had your Typeform account?
