We are on the Professional Plan but each time I create a new form with email notification, I receive the message below. Why am I not allowed to create a notification in Typeform rather than use a 3rd party?
 

Email editing temporarily disabled

The ability to edit email content is temporarily disabled to prevent misuse. In the meantime, you can set up Zapier and/or Slack integrations. If you have further questions please contact support.

@ccs - Typeform is working on a solution to the problem. it came up as a result of nefarious characters creating a form(s) and putting in hundreds(??) of emails to notify upon completion … none of which had anything to do with the form - spammed a whole whack of people. 

they are working to solve the issue and put in place a solution that doesn’t inhibit paying customers from normal operation. 

 

Contact Typeform support, raise a ticket if you haven’t yet and they can reset for you.
