Issue with Video Upload Limit

I have a Professional subscription and have created a form named "Feature to fly – Amalfi". There's a field for participants to submit their video, but currently no one is able to upload because the file size limit appears to be only 10 MB. As far as I understand, the Professional plan should support file uploads up to 2GB. Could you please confirm if that's correct, and if so, help ensure the form accepts larger files as intended?

Change color of description font

Hi, Is it possible to change the color of the “Description” font? In my case it is grey, which is a bit hard to see on my black background. I checked the Theme properties but the description font does not appear there. Thanks!

Automatically add commas for numbers

Hi All, I’ve created a typeform that asks users to input project budgets in order to generate a quote based on that input as well as a series of questions. The issue is that these budget inputs and the generated quotes may have a significant number of digits in them. Looking at these numbers without commas can be very confusing (especially if there are a series of 0’s). Is there a way for a number question input to have a currency symbol, as well as automatically add commas every three digits? Same thing for a calculated variable (though I know I can manually add a $ sign before the variable in the question). If this is unclear, you can check out the typeform here: Thanks!

Hours of edits disappeared! How can I retrieve them?

Last night as I finished 7 hours of major edits on a form, I navigated from the logic map back to the form questions and they had reverted back to the version from the day before. All work disappeared. I had been conscious to save each logic window as I completed work on it throughout the day. All new questions and associated logic are gone. And all edits on questions and header pages are also gone. When I click on “Version History”, it is blank. I submitted a help ticket on Typeform, but wondering if anyone can suggest a way to access my work?

Help with using a relative URL to generate SMS

Hi, I’ve created a link that will open an SMS message on someone’s phone and auto-populate with some simple text so that people who take our survey can invite their friends and family to do so. (This was inspired by referral programs that some companies have.) The link is written in the format: sms:?&body=Message%20Here I’ve confirmed that it works when I copy and paste it into my browser. However, when I add that as the “Button link” to the last page of my form, the response reads: “This URL doesn’t look right.” Of course, I recognize that it’s not in the usual absolute URL format (https://www…) but I’m frustrated that Typeform won’t take it since it’s such a cool use case. Suggestions, or workarounds?

How to have automatic email sent to customers after completing form?

I have set up the q_price variable for customers answers for an estimate on our services, now how do I have the email that will be sent to them say, thanks for completing the form here is your estimate $xx? Also is there a way to select that for a specific answer it takes 10%, 20%, etc. off the q_price end score?

Workflow - Help

Hello community,I'm working on a survey where I have a Multiple Choice question with 6 options, and each option has its own related question group. The initial condition is that users can choose up to 3 of the 6 options, but I need that depending on what they choose, they are redirected to the corresponding question groups.The problem I'm facing is that when setting up conditional logic (Logic Jump), Typeform only redirects to one of the question groups (the first one that matches), instead of taking users to all the groups related to their selections.How can I solve this? Remove form animation + Old Design style

Hello, is there any way to remove that new extra slow form animations with each question? Why is it forced and not behind On/Off settings. Same with that new redesing to put Design from right edit bar to small pop-up. Why? We have hundreds of designs what we use as we create many forms and it is so confusing, small and time consuming to look for design what we need. It is a step back. Editing in Pop-up is the worst UI decision right now. It is getting frustrating that you guys focus on stuff thats not really needed, but not the problems that TypeForm have, like grayed Publish button when you edit questions, Reload pop-up with error when you do simple changes in form and etc. which does nto save your edits and your edits are lost.

Contigent Questions Populated

Hi - Im setting up a new application for our Members and I want to have the Members rank their previous answers. Is that possible without creating a logic for every single scenario? Ex - Im a new Member and I click Organization Design, PR & Partnerships, and Market Research as my skill. Logic in Stripe Form

Hi There I have connected to Stripe and I am on the Business Tier of TypeForm Subscription (Can’t even get live support to answer me) so wondering if the community can help. I have built logic to calculate a price. And I am hoping to inject that price into the Stripe Payment amount - the help videos show a logic tab in the payment page setup - but I am not getting that. Whereas the help / support on Typeform indicate that I should have something that looks like Can you help me understand why the Design and Logic options are not appearing? Many, thanks in advance. And TypeForm Support - I am looking at you. How can your AI say I am connected with a support agent when I am not!!!!!

How can I stop my logo overlapping the question and image when scrolling?

When scrolling on mobile, or when viewing in a smaller desktop window, my logo overlaps the question content (text or image). Is it possible to prevent this? Ideally the logo would stay at the top and disappear above the fold when the person scrolls down. Example:

Previewing a specific section

Hello everyone! I was wondering… Is there a way to preview a specific section without having to go through the whole process of viewing each previous questions? Setting a static value in a form?

Hi there, I’m trying to do something that feels pretty straightforward, but so far I’ve been struggling. I’d really appreciate any guidance :) I’m trying to set a parameter/answer to a static value in a given form. Example: in the results when the form is submitted, the answer to the “question” language should always be DE for all respondents of this form. I’ve tried to use variables and logic rules to skip questions but it’s all a mess so far tbh :) Thanks a million in advance!!

Video only responses to questions on the screen

Hi Community, absolute novice newcomer here. I’d like to create a multi-choice questionnaire in which the questions appear on the screen and the “respondent” can answer via video only, and then emails it to us (or whatever) - any template solutions available for this, or pointers? Rank only the options selected in previous question

Hi. I'd like to ask a multi-select, multiple choice Q, and then follow it up with a ranking question that includes only the answer options selected in the first question. For example, if the user selects answer options A, C and E in Q1, they'd be asked to rank A, C and E in Q2 (but they would *not* see answer options B and D in Q2, because they didn’t select them in Q1). Is this possible?
